THE LIFE OF JAMES POTTER

The oldest son of Harry James Potter. James is also the prankster of the five people in his family. But James also has a couple of secrets too. 1. He’s a shape shifter, 2. He’s in love with his best friend and he just doesn’t know how to tell her how he feels. But when a new generation of Death Eaters starts to plan kill all the Gryffindor’s for what Harry Potter did in the past for killing Lord Voldemort. Too bad that none of the teacher’s will teach any of the students. Thanks to James he’ll help out all of us students to defend ourselves.

If she even tries to lay a hand on you or Socrpius, we'll be there with the Headmistress of course." she said, with a smile. Because Luna loved the Potters a lot. Or that was at least what Rose thought.

Rose nodded and tried to get Scorpius' attention to see if he was okay. She gave him a small wave and a look that said "Good luck with your cousin." She sighed and gave a small smile. Why couldn't Scorpius been a Gryffindor??

James listened to headmistress Lovegood. He really liked her, she was a little odd but she was good friends with his parents plus she would tell him stories of when his parents were young. He nearly sprayed his pumpkin juice at the Gryffindor sitting across from him
"what! no way this is happening." he turned to persephone and Rose "tell me I'm hearing things...please."

Gwennan greatly respected the headmistress, in fact she wanted to be headmistress of Hogwarts one day herself, she had to wonder though if Professor Lovegood had had a little to much fire whisky or something. She turned to Al "oh sweet Snape, this is gonna be an interesting year, I have no doubt about that." she winced when Scorp freaked out.. but so would she if she were in his place "Link is right, Scorp" she said from across the table "I can't believe I'm saying this , but maybe it won't be so bad....Oh hell what am I saying"

Scorpius turned to look at Link, shaking his head slightly, "That's not what I'm worried about, though mate. I don't mind the muggle things." Did he still think the class was useless to take at Hogwarts? Yes. But were he NOT with Chanel he might have been looking forward to it. "It's being stuck in a room with Persephone and Chanel. By them, he basically meant Chanel. Banging his head on the table, Scorpius groaned, "Why couldn't it have been me, Persephone and Rose!" Thatt would be a fun group!

Scorp turned to catch Rose's eye, and noticed she was already trying to get his attention as well. Waving back, Scorp rolled his eyes, trying to communicate how impossible it was going to be NOT to hex the girl. Smiling slightly, before he turned back to his food, Scorp took a bite, before standing. He'd wait outside the hall for his Prefect duties.

she couldn't take this anymore. Gwen pushed her plate away and stood"not really hungry." she said to her housemates who looked at her with raised eyebrows before she walked away.

(ooc: I had an idea that Severus Snape is buried on the grounds of Hogwarts in a black mausoleum/tomb and she goes there to think. I know, kinda weird)

Persephone looked at James. "Ah but it is." Persephone said rubbing her head. Her head was pounding but she didn't want to go to the hospital wing but she knew that James would make her go when the feast was all over.

James hated when she was angry with him so he sat.He couldn't help being protective. "If thats what you want." he speared a piece of carrot with his fork and glanced over at the Slytherin table. I really hope Chanel doesn't cause any more problems...fat chance.

gwen had left the great hall and gone from the castle along the grounds to where she usually came to think. The black marble mausoleum was tucked away near some trees. It was the final resting place of potions master and former headmaster Severus Snape, thanks to Harry Potter Snape had been buried as a war hero and this tomb erected on the school's grounds. It was spelled so that anyone who wished harm on the tomb or Snape's remains were not permitted to enter.
There was one flaw.. it was not spelled to protect anyone visiting the tomb from those that wished to do them harm.
Gwen entered the mausoleum brushing the dust and cobwebs off her school robes. Snape had been laid to rest in the middle of the place in a black sarcophagus made to look like him. the effigy of Snape looked so real one would think the it was real and that he was just sleeping. "I thought you might like these." She placed a bouquet of wild flowers that she had just picked on top of the sarcophagus.

Hannah Abbott-Longbottom her some foot steps and looked around to see Persephone Manson. She looked like her was in pain. "Persephone dear." she said lead Persephone to one of the beds.

"I'll just wait here." james said sitting in a chair so that Perse and Mrs. Longbottom could have some privacy.

"I don't know if now is the right time to tell Al that I like him" Gwen said to the marble likeness of Snape. "If I do tell him and he doesn't return my feelings then I'm afraid things will just be to awkward and then our friendship will deteriorate."
She ran a finger along the cool marble. "maybe I should just chance it..."

Albus had been silent for quite some time, ever since they'd left the train really. His mind had just kind of wandered to nowhere in particularly and he hadn't noticed much of anyone's conversation. He vaguely heard Gwen getting up and walking away, but he was still slightly out of it. Finally, he was jolted back to reality and it was then that he noticed most of the people had left the Great Hall by now. For whatever reason, mostly because he didn't want to go down to the common room alone, he went off to find Gwen, having a hunch at where she might be.

He made his way easily to the final resting place of one of his namesakes', having been down to see both the White Tomb and the one belonging to Severus Snape many times before. However...he felt a certain pull toward the first tomb where Albus Dumbledore rested. He didn't know why, but he just felt he needed to pass by. Just to see it. And without really thinking about it, his feet slowly carried him to the tomb by the lake.

Gwen turned when she heard a noise behind her and was surprised to see a young girl, about her own age in Ravenclaw robes.
the girl moved closer to Gwen"well the things you learn when taking a walk.seems little miss blood traitor here likes a certain Potter."
damm, she thought she had spelled that door right so she would know if someone entered.
"what do you want, Lorna? just go away.."
Lorna moved closer, she loved to spread gossip.. no matter who it was about. "you know it's not that hard to figure out Gwenny, Imagine how embarrassed you'll be when I blurt it all over the school that little Gwenny loves the youngest son of that dirty, muggle lover."
Lorna hated Harry and what he had done, when he had defeated Voldemort her family and been ruined. Her grandfather had been one of the death eaters that had survived the war and imprisoned in Askaban. she smirked. "I wanna try a little experiment, you think your prince will come and rescue you..if I lock you inside with this other traitor?"

(OOC: I don't remember, can fifth years apparate yet? and on the grounds of Hogwarts. I haven't read the books in ages.)))

((No, fifth years can't Apparate. Only those who are seventeen years and older can, and no one can Apparate or Disapparate on Hogwarts grounds.

Staring down at the white stone of the tomb beside him, Albus felt his mind wandering again, this time to many years in the past, back to when the current occupant of this tomb was still alive. He, obviously, hadn't actually known Dumbledore, and from the stories that his dad told him about the former headmaster, Al really wished he had. But only a Time-Turner would allow him to do so, and as he neither had one nor had the ability to get one, he was left only to imagine what it must have been like to be in the presence of one of the greatest wizards of all time.

After several minutes' silence, Al's mind jolted back to reality once more and it took him a moment to remember why he'd come out here in the first place. Gwen. Right. Quickly averting his attention from the tomb in front of him, he turned it instead in the direction of the second one, and his feet carried him toward it.

As he drew nearer and nearer to the tomb, Al thought he heard voices. Voices. Who else was here? He didn't think many people went to this tomb - or either of the tombs really. Heroes though the two men were, it wasn't exactly a thrilling hobby to visit tombs every day.

And yet by the time he reached his destination, the only person he found was a girl who he vaguely remembered was name Lorna. "Lorna? What are you doing here?"

Gwen was scared out of her wits, she was lying next to Snape's sarcophagus in a full body bind and.. she couldn't move to reach her wand.. plus she didn't know how much air she had left. Gwen felt like crying. She was going to die in the tomb of a man she respected without even telling Al how she felt about him.

Al's eyes narrowed. "He's not a traitor," he snapped, "and Gwen's not creepy. And if you think she needs help then so do you. You're hanging around the tomb right now, aren't you?" Eh? How did Lorna come to the conclusion that he must be dating Gwen? Because he definitely wasn't. But then she was insulting Al's grandmother, and immediately he drew his wand, quite ready to hex her, when she was suddenly talking about Gwen again and then running off before he could stop here. What had she meant? Was she just trying to annoy him - which was certainly working - or had she actually meant something by it? Something didn't feel right here.

"Gwen?" he said into the night, only half-expecting an answer. Then he peered into the tomb, hesitantly calling out, "Gwen?"

Albus' eyes widened when he heard Gwen's voice call back to him. She WAS in there? What in Merlin's name...?! "Lumos," he said, and the tip of his wand lit up as he entered. He raised his wand arm just a little over his head so the light would spread out farther, and it was then that he saw where Gwen was lying. Rushing over to her, he bent down, extending his hand to her to help her up. "Did Lorna do this?" he asked, though he thought he already knew the answer.

Gwen was so relieved when she saw the light of Al's wand coming toward her. Gratefully she took his offered hand and leaned against him. Though she had only been locked up a little while in the tomb she had been breathing in foul air and felt a little off. "Thanks." she breathed in and out. "yeah, loopy Lorna strikes again.she put me in a body bind and left me to die in here" she backed away from Al and looked into his vibrant green eyes that she could make out from the light off his wand. "I.. um..I came here to think but you already know that. "

Supporting Gwen with one arm and holding his lit wand with the other, Albus carefully led her out of the dark, musty old tomb. "No problem," he answered and then listened as she relayed what had happened between her and Lorna. Stupid Lorna. Why did she have to be so annoying? "Well she's an idiot," he said once she'd finished and they'd reached the fresh air outside. Al let her pull away, his arm falling back to his side, and said, "Nox." The light at the tip of his wand died - now that the moon was out, half full, and the stars were bright. He nodded at Gwen's next statement. "Yeah, I figured. I thought I'd find you before going to the common room," he explained.
