THE LIFE OF JAMES POTTER

The oldest son of Harry James Potter. James is also the prankster of the five people in his family. But James also has a couple of secrets too. 1. He’s a shape shifter, 2. He’s in love with his best friend and he just doesn’t know how to tell her how he feels. But when a new generation of Death Eaters starts to plan kill all the Gryffindor’s for what Harry Potter did in the past for killing Lord Voldemort. Too bad that none of the teacher’s will teach any of the students. Thanks to James he’ll help out all of us students to defend ourselves.

Jinx smirked and pushed Albus to the ground next to Gwen, "look at Potty and his little girlfriend...seems they'll die together," she cackled and raised her wand, "Avada-" she stopped in mid sentence her eyes grew wide and fell onto Albus and Gwen, "help me please......run I can't control my-." Jinx blinked and regained compusure, she turned to the other deatheater, "Kill them."

Gwen crawled to her wand and pointed it at Jinx and the deatheater.
The deatheater, who went by Joesph, smiled at Jinx. "You have done well." he grabbed Al's hand. "this ones a fighter." he smiled when Jinx pushed Al to the floor. Then noticed Gwen. "Tsk, tsk, little one." he pointed his wand at her. "crucio"
Gwen felt the stabbing pain race through her entire body again, she twisted around and let go of her wand screaming. how much more of this could she take? the Slytherin felt her world going dark.No, you can't black out Gwennan

Albus wasn't sure what to do for a moment when Jinx, in one second, was about to kill them, and in the next seemed to be talking normally, and in yet another second was back to killing them. What was going- "NO!" he yelled when they started torturing Gwen again. He tried to kick the Death Eater's feet out from under him and make him stop.

Jinx nodded at the death eater, she looked down at Albus who was struggling, "The more you struggle the more we tortue you and her," she smirked as she raised her wand once again, "Cruc-" and once again her eyes widened and she stopped she looked at the death eater. "Crucio," she yelled the curse hit him directly.

Gwen managed, she did not know how, to stay conscious. vaguely she heard Al yell for the death eater to stop. "Al....Al" she said weakly. "get ...away...leave him alone."

The deatheater stumbled when Al kicked him. Then Jinx turned on him. He writhed in pain...loosing the grip on his wand.

Jinx kicked the death eater over and took his wand, she kicked him in the head and he was out. She turned to Albus and gave him the deatheaters wand plus her own, "I would feel much safer if you kept those," she said as she helped Al up, "Gwen honey, can you walk"

OOC: Teachers never notice anything, my friend abused me with a book in math all last year...and the teacher never saw him.

Jinx helped Gwen up, "Just lean on me," she said, "I'll help you get to the Hospital Wing." Jinx's eyes found Gwen's wand she blinked a couple of time, "Would you mind if you kept the wand out of my reach, wouldn't want EJ to make another appearance."

Gwen felt a little better at the moment, she knew she needed rest and lots of potions though to mend her magic. The gash on her arm and stopped bleeding which was a good sign and that would be no trouble at all for madame Pomfrey to mend.

The old witch had said once that she would not leave Hogwarts til the last breath was gone from her body. Gwen would often times help out in the Hospital wing or just sit and have tea with the old woman. She liked to hear her stories especially the ones about Minerva McGonagal and the other professors that had come before. I was named that because when I was born my grandmother was so mad at my mother for having a child with my father that she cursed me....she put a curse on me that causes me to act with the Death Eaters." Jinx lifted up her left sleeve and there black against her pale skin was the dark mark, "Evil Jinx, or as I call her EJ, takes over whenever a death eater is near.....like back there," she said as she rolled her sleeve down, "this has been the first time I have ever regained control of myself."

Jinx nodded, ”Least I could do after I turned on you,” she said as she looked down at her all black converse. Jinx looked at Gwen and smiled a small smile, ”Al cares about you Gwen a lot, just not in the same way you care for him……he wants your friendship and it hurt him horribly when you told him that you wanted nothing to do with him,” she nodded, ”don’t worry I am sure you two will figure out a way to remain the best of friends" Does she ever stop talking about herself and her problems, said a voice in Jinx’s head, we have problems to…like the fact her an Potty are still alive. Jinx winced but kept controlling, Go away EJ the voice disappeared. Jinx looked at the moon and the stars and sighed, ”The only way to break my curse is to have my true love kiss me while I am EJ not Jinx,” she said with a frown, ”so I guess you could say that this curse will never be removed.”

Albus did not follow the other two in, though he had started to. He didn't want to leave Gwen alone with Jinx, but since he had Jinx's wand, he figured - hoped - she'd be okay. He also couldn't just leave these two Death Eaters where they could be happened upon by any student, and even if he had their wands, he didn't know what they were capable of. But mostly he just figured Gwen wouldn't want to be around him so he stayed behind. Grabbing his wand and stuffing the other three carefully into his pocket, he decided it would be best to tell the Headmistress about the Death Eaters; she could then decide what to do with them and figure out how exactly they were getting in the school and why.

But how was he to let her know? Al couldn't leave the two unconscious men here and he definitely couldn't lift or carry both of them at the same time, with or without magic. He'd never exactly tried to levitate two full grown men, and they were definitely a lot heavier than he was used to. So...what could he do? Nothing really; nothing he could think of at least. So all he could do was wait here with them and hope Gwen and Jinx would let the Headmistress know.

Figuring that he needed his wand, Albus took his eyes off the Death Eaters only long enough to pick up it up where it had fallen a little ways away. He stuffed the other three carefully in his pocket. Now what? Just wait? He supposed he ought to be thankful for a few moments of peace after all that, but he didn't want to start thinking about it all. His body ached, he was tired, and all he really wanted was to just lay down and pretend this day never happened. Unfortunately, he couldn't. He needed to keep his guard up, just in case the two men woke up or, worse, more Death Eaters were around.

Well great, now he was feeling paranoid.

Gwen nodded and slowly rose to her feet. The two had made it to the hospital wing, seeing many students gaping at them. Poppy Pomfrey rushed toward them.
"what in the world happened?" the elder witch asked as she helped Jinx get Gwen to a bed.

"We were attacked by death eaters on the grounds. They are still there, Al is watching over them." she gritted her teeth as Pomfrey looked at the gash on her arm.

"death eaters? but thats not possible."

"madam we need to alert the headmistress and capture the death eaters." she paused. "Al was hit with the cruciatus curse, as was I twice." she looked at Jinx. should I betray Jinx? "Jinx heard us fighting and helped Al and I." she added quickly.

Poppy nodded and went to floo call Luna and fill her in.

Lorna happened upon James and Persephone. "oh Jamie.....I have a bit of gossip that I think you may like. I happened to see your dear friends Jinx and Gwen hobbling through the halls. looks like innocent little Gwenny was pretty beat up." she pretended to be sad. that Jinx was supporting her, she looked like something a hippogriff stomped on.

James sighed and turned to look at the annoying little pest."what?...geez, I wonder what happened to them." he looked at his girlfriend.

Neville and a few of his fellow professors were sent out by Luna to capture the death eaters and get Al. Neville saw Al and rushed to his friend's child. "Al? Al what happened." he looked the boy up and down.

Albus shifted his weight from foot to foot, ready move in case there were any more Death Eaters around. So far nothing had happened, but he knew he needed to stay alert, just in case. Then, suddenly, he heard someone calling his name and he jumped slightly at the sound but, when he turned around, he was relieved to see that it was only a group of professors, including Professor Longbottom.

"There were these two guys-" he nodded at the two unconscious men on the ground "-came out of nowhere and attacked Gwennan Neil. I think they're Death Eaters, or something like that. Jinx and I fought them and she knocked them out." Well, that was only partially true, since Jinx had kind of fought on the Death Eaters' side at first, but there was something really odd about it. It didn't seem like she'd really wanted to side with them, like she was Imperiused and trying to fight against it or something like that. "Jinx took Gwen to the hospital wing, so I think she'll be okay." He certainly hoped so. Just because she hated him didn't mean he wanted her hurt like this.

"So what're we going to do about them?" Al asked, referring, of course, to the Death Eaters. "I've got their wands." He pulled the wands out of his pocket. "Oh, and Jinx's too. She, uh, forgot it when she was taking Gwen to see Madame Pomfrey."

Neville gently patted the boy's arm. "don't worry about those two." he motioned to where the death eaters were coming around. Hagrid had one in a tight grip and the other was being hauled to his feet by another professor.... The others all had their wands trained on the two. " the " I think you should go to the hospital wing, just to get checked out. Gwennan should be just fine as you said last I heard anyway." he smirked at Al.'" your dad will be very proud of you."

(((ooc: that was not that good, I am typing this on my phone... I hate typing on my phone. Ok, I am at a loss as to what to do with Joseph and Stefan...))))
