Rose sighed with releif as Teddy seemed to come round. She shook her head and picked up her wand, trying not to look at the fire, it would only frighten her some more.
She turned to look at Alexi and tried to think of a way out. "We could try apparating..." she suggested, though she wasn't sure about this, some people were still a bit unstable with apparation. "Though it could be risky in the current situation."

Serena smiled to herself inwardly. The shadows had appeared. Yelling slightly, she looked at Gabe and the rest of the people she was with. "Come on!" She said to them.

Hearing Rose's suggestion, she immediately shook her head. "You can't apparate on Hogwart grounds, remember?" She said, readjusting her grip on her wand.

"Who ever is doing this has most likely put a barrier up where we can't apparate out." Gabe's calm voice found what he was looking for. A tunnel seemed to be in the forest. a long straight line with no trees, but trunks and branches up above and to the side- all on fire.\

Alexandra looked at Gabe and nodded. "He's right. And not everyone knows how to do it so well. We'd all end up somewhere else." Alexi looked at what Gabe had seen. "We could take a risk."

She grabbed hold of Ted's hand and helped him up. She put his arms around her shoulder to help him out. "Through that tunnel thing, and quick."

Gabe wasn't looking at the rest of them. Instead he looked through the tunnel of fire- a small smirk across his face that no one has seen. It disappeared as he turned around and looked at the rest of them. He took hold of Victoria's hand and lead he through the tunnel. "It's out only hope."

With a deep breath, trying not to let the fire get to her again, Rose turned to look at what Alexi and Gabe had noticed. It looked like a tunnel. Rose knew it would be a big risk to go through there and it made her heart race in her chest. "I...er..." She started, nerously, her voice quivering with fear. As she watched Gabe and Victoria head towards it, she heaved a sigh, "Fine." She breathed in defeat as she started to follow Gabe's lead and head for the tunnel.

John watched the fire with a satisfied smirk on his face. He hadn’t been the one to set it, but it was still awesome. Leaning against the wall of the cave he was hiding in, he watched the students curiously. He really didn’t understand them. Why go back into the fire? It was only risking yourself for another. It was stupid.

Teddy used Alexi's shoulder to lean on while he caught his breath. He needed a chance to get from fresh air. He was thankful that she was willing to help him out.
"Yes..that seems like the best bet..Alexi, I don't want to burden you, I think I can run myself, I don't want to hold you back..."

Alexi looked at Ted and laughed a bit. "Now c'mon Teddy Bear you can't run. Don't try to tell me you can." She followed her brothers fast steps with Ted around her shoulder. This was so odd. Why was this all happening. "You aren't a burden. So don't you worry."

"Come on Rose." Serena said, following Gabe's lead. It was their best bet and it was the only way they could really go. The fire was starting to consume everything - living and dead- in sight. Taking her hand in her's, she followed Gabe, careful not to brush anything of her's in the flame.

Dylan stood by John with a smirk on his face as he watched the scene unfold. He was so amused at the students' reaction and couldn't help but laugh as they headed for the tunnels. "Ah the fools." He spoke outloud to John. He peered his eyes, carefully watching Rosalyn especially, glaring daggers at her. "Ugh, look at her." He grunted to his fellow follower. "That pathetic brunette, blood-traitor!" He spat the last two words with venom. "How could I have ever been involved with her?" He asked, to himself more than anyone. Folding his arms across his chest he turned to look at John, a mischevious smirk on his face. "How long do you bet they'll last until they burn to death?"

Rosalyn smiled slightly at Serena and nodded as she took her hand. She hoped they wouldn't come across any more fire as they made their way through the tunnel. She gasped as she caught her sleeve on a nearby branch and it ripped through her cloak, creating a gash in the exposed skin. Grumbling to herself, she cursed loudly and followed Serena.

"Are you alright Rose?" Serena asked worriedly as they disappeared into the tunnel. As they left, the blonde glimpsed Dylan and John standing there in the small clearing looking absolutely calm. She shook her head, smirking to herself. Those boys. At least act like they were scared to death.

Gabe turned around to look at Rosey as she swore out. It was just a mere cut. He pointed his wand at her arm "Episkey" He hissed out of his mouth and then kept walking, hands in his pocket.

Rosalyn nodded at Serena's question, "I'm fine." She assured her as she batted the branches away from her with her arm. "Thanks Gabe." She muttered lazily as he healed the cut on her arm. She couldn't help but wonder where the tunnel would lead them to, it seemed the fire only got worse as they headed deeper into the forest.

"Well, I don't know if I can run, but I'm gonna try" He smiled at her. He always liked a challenge, and when someone said he couldnt do something, he would have to try.
Teddy unwrapped his arms from her should and started to jog next to her. He had to take shorter, quicker breaths, but he could keep up.
"If I start to lose my breath I'll let you know." Then with a competitive look Teddy started to run a little bit faster and pass her up.

John smirked back. “I don’t know.” He answered both questions, wondering if Dylan would catch it. He squinted, trying to see through some of the smoke before he realized the group was heading their way. “Hmm, so what do you suggest we do now?” He asked quietly, frowning.

"Hey wait one second." Alexi stopped in her tracks and pulled out her wand from her blazer. Why were they running when they could. "Accio Nimbus 2001." She said clearly. It was a good thing she left her firebolt at school and brought her Nimbus in the bus with her. A few moments later 7 black brooms were zooming their way.

"Oh god I just wanted mine." She said with her eyes wide. The brooms all zoomed up behind them and then stopped dead in their tracks, all in a line. "Well... we have some brooms." She said looking at off them. "There mine!" He broom stick had metalic teal writing on her handle saying her name.

Gabe watched the brooms stop and fall on the ground in the line. Well his sister stupidity sure got them a way to move faster. As he watched everyone he heard a small snap in the forest. "You guys wait here." He said looking through a small section where he could barely get through. He looked at them- but before any of them could protest he rolled into the small hole.

Where it lead him didn't surprise him in the least bit A small section of the forest, not burning up. From the other side it looked as though it was. He looked around and saw two faces.

"Jonathan, Dylan." He looked at both of them and gave them a nod of his head.

Dylan shrugged, trying to see where the tunnel would lead them. "I think we ought to beat them to the other end of that tunnel. I'm sure Vega wouldn't mind us having a little fun, would she?" He asked John, a low chuckle escaping his throat as he spoke. Of course, what Dylan meant when he said "little fun" was more along the lines of "a little torture" by the use of the Cruciatus Curse.

Serena nodded at Alexi's brilliant idea. Spotting one that she had used last year in practise when her own Firebolt needed touching up, she released Rose's hand and grabbed the broomstick. Swinging her leg over it, she sat on it, ready to fly.

Gabe caught the last words of Dylans talk with John. "Dylan you won't have any fun with those children just yet. We all know Vega wants something with them. If she didn't I wouldn't be leading them to her right now." His voice was still calm, his face was too as he looked at the two men. "If you harm any of them I will have your tongue in my living room on a plater where my dog can eat it."

Serena immediately dismounted when she saw Gabe disappear. She grinned. She knew exactly where he went. Dylan and John. "I'm going to go after Gabe!" Serena said. "We can't go off alone." She said, knowing that this was a plausible excuse.

Still holding onto her broom, she disappeared in the forest. Lifting up her wand, she immediately fell upon her certain followers. "Vega put you on this?" She asked the three.

“Doubt it.” John looked up as he heard a few sticks crack. “Oh, it’s you.” He gave the kid a little nod before listening to Gabe talk. He couldn’t hold back a chuckle as he threatened Dylan, crossing his arms and feeling the fabric of his jacket stretch taught. “Didn’t know you had a dog.” He jumped in, smirking lightly.

Teddy chuckled "Good idea, Alexi....but I'm sure you were just worried that I was gonna beat you, heh."
Teddy grabbed a broom and sat on it. He didn't feel comfortable letting Gabe go off by himself..he could get hurt and we might not know. But he didnt feel good about leaving all the girls alone. Then Serena ran off after Gabe. That made it easier to decide to stay.

Gabe glared at John. "I can turn you into a dog into a matter of seconds. How do you think Dylan's tounge tastes? You can find out soon if you want." He bore the same smirk that his sister often wore- and he rarely ever did. Execpt on him at this moment looked more sinister than his sister could ever pull off.

Gabe's head swirved as he heard someone else. Someone followed. He pointed his wand without even looking at who it was. "Serena." He said as she lifted up off the ground, paralyzed. He needed to think of something last. "I thought you were another one of them." She went loose again and dropped to the ground. He looked at the two men thinking of an act. "I found them. They are trying to kill us." He pointed his wand at the two of them.

Dylan groaned at Gabes words, "Oh come on, Gabe." He tried to protest, twisting his wand through his fingers. "Not even Rosalyn? You know how much I want to punish her." He spoke, his voice strong with a hint of amusement in it. He sighed at the rest of Gabe's words and shook his head. "Oh fine, I'll wait." He replied grumpily, leaning back against a tree. "So what do we do then? I haven't seen Vega around yet."

Rosalyn smiled as Alexi conjured the brooms, "Well this will help us avoid the flames, I guess." She said, trying to look at the positive side of it all. She mounted her broom steadily and took off towards the end of the tunnel.

Serena got herself up from the ground. "Thanks for that Gabe." She said looking at him. She had to admit he was good. The word Protego had gotten halfway out of her mouth and she had ready been stunned. Hearing the word kill, she laughed as she looked at John and Dylan. "You know Vega's orders. You're not allowed to kill any of them." She said, playing with her wand in her left hand.

"Besides, I rather like you two. Wouldn't want to have to carry you guys in my purse now." She said, smirking slightly. She had overheard the dog comment by Gabe.

John grimaced. “You’re no fun.” He muttered, not really wanting to think about what Dylan’s tongue would taste like. That was just weird. He sighed as he listened to the ensuing argument, idly adjusting his top hat. “When did I ever suggest killing any of them?” He asked. “We just wanted to have some fun.”
