On the outskirts of a little neighborhood in london, stood a rather big, clearly old, but very nice house. with a specious back and front yard. a short elderly plum tree to the side; it's scarlet leaves as heathy as ever. and afew flower bushes wrapped around the large front porch. The newly rised morning sun giving off a light gold glow. A small waist-high wooden gate wrapped around the side's of the house, blocking any animal's or little ones from getting out of the backyard unless someone were to leave the gate latch open. When you went around the side of the house, and into the back. You come across quite afew outside toys laying in the grass. already blown up floaties of all different shapes and kinds in the open shed; and very close to that was the pool, the water reached up to six feet, and back down to three. pool chairs with adjustable back's sat all around one side of the pool. Back in the living room, on the wall right above the fireplace hung pictures; muggle and wizarding alike, the whole wall was covered with baby pictures, pictures of kids running around playing, pictures of people whom Emma's siblings hadn't even met before; Benjamin's family. One picture stood out most though, probably because of the small plaque that was attached to it.

Running barefoot, in PJs, down the stairs inside the house. and into the kitchen at five thirty AM in the morning, was Emmylyne Lawley. or better known as Emma Mae - Savannah's eldest sibling. the newly married woman continued on her way to the microwave, and grabbed the bottle she had prepared moment's before; yes, she was not only newly married, but a new mommy to a Six month old. Where was her husband? Already off at work, Benjamin Lawley was working hard training to become an auror. though he tried hard to spend as much time with his wife and baby as possible, He had gone to work early that day on purpose just to be home abit after the guests arrived.

The twenty-two year old's, thick blown hair bounced at her shoulders as she just about flew back up the stairs, heading for the nursery. It was pretty clear which room was the babies, The nursery door had big fun bold letters in pastel going down, to the side that said 'Nursery', As she quietly entered the room, going over to the endtable that said beside the two rocking chairs, She placed the warm bottle down before checking up on her sleeping baby girl.
Everything about the room seemed to be light and soothing.. much to a baby's needs really. Right above the crib, 'Lainie' was painted in bright blue. A Rocking baby swing was folded up, against the wall closes to the closet, tons of clothes were visible through the open door. And little toys and stuffed animals layed here and there.
Satisfied after seeing her daughter was still peacefully asleep, Emma left the room silently, closing the door behind her and went to get dressed and ready for the day. it was summer again, after all. and she had invited her younger siblings and their friends over for most of the summer. It was only a matter of time before everyone started showing up.

The house right next door was rather similar but abit larger then the Lawley's house. the backyards were contected by a waist-height wooden fence, in the very middle there was a small opening gate. on the other side of the house, barely visible from either backyard (unless you were on the left side), stood a indoor horse stable; only really big enough for two fully grown horses.

Inside you see there was only actually three stables, and two had put together, rather difficultly by taking out one of the rails.
A bunch of horse supplies of all sorts in the back end of the barn like room. The very first stable; the bigger one out of the two, held a small horse baby. better known as a Filly. the chestnut horse layed asleep in a pile of hay; the sunlight barely peeking through the window above her, giving off a golden glow. she only looked less then a year old. Pheobe belonged the person whom owned the house, Emma's dear friend Krissy; Emma had agree'd to take care of the young animal until her friend came back from a short vacation to a relatives.

Valencia soared about the small pitch, chasing after a bludger. With one swift hit, it sailed to someone on the other team. She hated hurting people so she looked away, not wanting to know who it hit. She then found the other one and hit it directly at her brother.

Dusty ducked as a bludger soared towards him. It skimmed his hair, making his eyes go wide with shock. "Oh this means war Vee!" he called. Of course, Quidditch was about trying to get the other teams chasers down...but it could be for getting back at a siblings..couldn't it?

Sam dived as a bludger swished by her. She regained control and flew toward the other goal. She watched as the ball flew into Ariana's hands.

"Shoot Air shoot!" she shouted excitedly. She hoped they would score.

Benny watched as Sam barley missed getting hit by a bludger. "Wow that was close." he said and started flying around the pitch again.

"This is why Im never Seeker." Benny thought. He could never find the little ball. His eyes werent fast enough to see it, let alone catch it.

Curt sat at the door until someone finally came to answer, and it was a woman that Curt didn't know. She introduced herself and invited him in, Curt smiled and said, "It's nice to meet you Emma. I'm Curt." Curt looked around the place, it seemed really nice, but, at the moment it seemed very empty, Emma did say everyone was outside though. Quidditch jumped involuntary to his mind. Then, coming down the stairs, was Savannah. He smiled and dropped his bags and hugged her back. Curt looked around and said, "Yeah me too. It's gonna be fun. Whose place is this?" Curt asked, looking around once again taking in his surroundings.

He waited for awhile before he turned to Savannah's older sister and asked, "Did you graduate for Hogwarts?" Because she looked around the same age as one of Curts older brothers.

"Very nice meeting you too, Curt." Emmylyne said, smiling, She went over and took Lainie from her younger sister. "Mine, and my husbands. It was passed down from his grandmother, was suppose to stay in the family.. Benjamin's the only one in his siblings that was able to take it, so, here we are." She explained with a small shrug, her hazel eyes now on her daughter, hearring the young boy's question, Emma bounced Lainie slightly, to keep her from fussing, and looked back to the two. "Nope, Beauxbatons. Started there as a little girl, so my mum decided to keep me there for the rest of my years of school."

Emma jumped as a timer in the kitchen went off, "Oh dear.. The others are going to hate me for breaking up their quidditch game.." She mumbled, placing a hand on her forehead before giving the kids a quick smile. "Vina, You can show your friend around if you like, or fill him in on our little events. Whatever you want to do, but I want you both in the dinning room in a few minutes please." Emmylyne said, and headed down the hall, before disappearing to get the other kids.

Katie let out a small scream, and quickly dodged a bludger that was coming her way. Spinning around on her broom, the six year old placed a hand on her hip, and held on with her other hand. "LEGEND! Whatever happened to you sticking close??" Kaitlynnh asked annoyedly. Honestly! The boy tried to scare her with the bat, then he doesn't even save her from the bludger?? Noooot nice.

Savannah nodded, it was going to be alot of fun. "I'm the only one so far to go to hogwarts, out of my siblings." She added to what her sister said, with a small smile. The thirteen year old supressed a giggle, watching Emma run off. "Mmkay. Em." She replied with a nod. waving to Lainie, whom waved her tiny hand back. "Okay so-" Savannah started, turning back to Curt. but was cut off by the house elf, Vivi.

Vivi apparated infront of the two kids with a loud 'pop', doing a small curtsey, to show respect, She sqeaked; "Hello, I will take your bags upstairsies for yous." before taking Curt's luggage, and disappeared with another 'pop'.

"Thanks Vivi.." Savannah called, looking around, She wondered if the elf had heard her.. Oh well.
With a laugh, she looked to Curt, "It's a mad house.. or will be once Emma gets everyone inside. By the way, Don't take anything Kaitlynnh may say personal, She's already snapped at Alexis.." She frowned slightly, shaking her head. "Anyways, Em meant Prankwar, as the 'events', We have them every summer in my family. Theres afew ground rules.. reasonable of course. like.. No personally hurtful pranks or anything that could physically harm someone.. that kinda stuff. Annnd when She seys we can start, which i'm sure will either come tonight, or tomorrow, She'll also make a list of people who do not want to be in our little summer war, so if you don't want to, no worries." She explained in a rushed voice, glancing down the hall.

Coming outside, Emma held Lainie in one arm, and waved the others down with her other. "Guys, Time for dinner, Sorry dears. I really am, you can resume tomorrow. I promise. Now come inside, wash your hands and get into the dinning room kiddos."
Madison groaned, flying down. "No fair.. we were just starting.." She mumbled, putting the broom away before heading towards the house. Katie in tow.

"I am really sorry kids.. I'll make it up to you guys, Promise promise promise." Emma said quickly,

Valencia was just about to hit another bludger when Emma called them in for dinner. "Oh well," she said to herself. She nearly missed getting hit with the ball as she flew back to the ground. She touched back down on the grass and looked up to see who was still flying. "Common Dusty! Dinner time!" she called.

Dusty looked down upon his sister, not hearing a word Emma had said. "Wha-?" he asked, sounding annoyed. Dinner? Of course he would come down for food. He touched down next to his sister and the two made their way inside to wash their hands and sit in the dining room. "Any idea what we're having?"

Sam looked down as her cousin called them down for dinner.
"Ah but we were going to win!" Sam said. She directed her broom to he ground and landed with a bouce. She put her broom up against the side of the house and walked inside.

Inside she saw a boy standing with Savannah. She walked over and smiled at him. "Hi. My name is Sam." she said.

Looking at the boy he started to look really familiar. "Hey werent you the one who played for Hufflepuff last school year?" she asked.

Benny saw it! The snitch! It was in his reach. He put his arm out and tried to grab it when he heard Emma down below. He looked down and heard her say something about dinner. When he looked back up, the golden ball was gone.

"Dang I was so close!" Benny groaned and he flew down. He landed on the soft earth with a thud and walked over to the door. He set his broom next to Sam's and walked inside. He looked around for Val.

When he saw he walk through the door, he walked over to her and said, "I was so close. I actually saw the snitch. Then Emma had to distarct me."

"Does is matter Dust? You'll eat anything," Valencia said to her brother. "You did?!" she groaned when Ben told her his news. "We'll get them tomorrow. How did I do as a beater?" she wondered as she began washing her hands. She hoped she hadn't hurt anyone. "You know what's for dinner?" Playing Quidditch really worked up an appetite, even if it wasn't that long.

Dusty grinned. "That's true. I will eat anything. I definitely take after Axel when it comes to food," he chuckled. He too began washing his hands. After he was done, he dried them off and went into the dining room to save a spot for Vee.

Ari was about to move away when the quaffle landed in her hands. She zoomed down the pitch, looking for a good spot to throw the ball when she heard a noise under her. L:ooking down she was dissapointed when Emma called up that it was time for dinner. She looked up suddenly as Benny zoomed past her, his eyes on something shiny. Putting the ball under her arm she sighed and slowly lowered herself onto the ground, landigng with a soft flump.

"That was great practise." she said a grin on her face as she put the quaffle away. Looking up she shouldered her broom and walked towards the door, realizing her hair was now tangled pretty nicely. Flattening it with her fingers she chuckled and walked in saying, "I'm starved." in a cheery voice as the smell hit her.

Curt nodded when Emma mentioned she came from Bauxbatons. His family had been graduating from Hogwarts for as long as his family tree could date back. Curt watched her head outside, and, a few seconds after that, there was a loud pop, and a house elf materialized out of no where! Forgetting everything else, Curt let out a loud "WHOOAAA!!!", before the house elf dissaparrated with his bags. He turned to Savannah wide eyed, "You have a house elf here! That's so cool. They are so fascinating I wish we could have one." Curt finished with a nod, before listening to what Savannah had to say about the prank war.

Once she had finished, Curt burst out laughing, thinking it was the awesomest funnest idea ever. He nodded his head continuously and said, "OH YEAH!! Being the youngest of eight I already have alot of idea's. You better watch your back Savannah." Curt said jokingly with a shifty look. "Are we aloud to use magic here?" Curt asked curiously.

After Emma had walked back in, many others started to walk in as well. Some he knew, some he didn.t. One girl came and introduced herself to Curt, and she did look vaguely familiar. Curt smiled and said "Nice to meet you. I'm Curt." She had recognized Curt from the Quidditch team and Curt smiled widely and said, "Yeah I play for Hufflepuff. Couldn't miss out on it!" Curt finished, watching the others come in. "What were yall doing out there?" Curt asked curiously.

Emma held the door open for the kids to come back inside, giving them an apologetic smile as they did. "I'm sorry kiddos. Dinner calls."
Madison and Kaitlynnh raced for the bathroom, Katie nearly running into Sam on the way, though thankfully didn't.

"Kaitlynnh! Madison! Be careful!" Savannah said quickly, after the two. before smiling to Samantha, "Heya Sammy. Curt- This is that cousin I told you about last term, the first -soon to be second- year Gryffindor." She informed him.

Conner put away the last of the quidditch things, while everyone got ready for dinner and came back inside. running a hand through his brown curls. That was fun.. but maybe now he could find out what in merlins beard was wrong with Wyatt and Gordon.

Seeing his sister, Conner said; "Your going to play tomorrow, Savannah." while taking the stairs, two at a time, before disappearing from view down a hall on the second floor.

"Sure Con, Sure.." The girl rolled her eyes, playfully of course. Although Conner wasn't playing around, and turned her attention back to her friends. Giggling at Curt's reaction to Vivi, She nodded. "She's a very sweet elf, from what I've seen."

"Ohhh!" She laughed once more, brushed her bangs back again, after shaking her head. "You too pal. I don't play nicely in these wars," Vannah said, although teasingly. "Nope, well.. we are, just not if it's with our wands. Underage wizarding isn't allowed outside school. but if your asking if its a wizarding town, then yes."

After washing her hands, Madison ran up the stairs to the girls guest room. without a word to anyone.
Katie, on the other hand went over and stood beside her big sister, and cousin, quietly.

Walking into the very large dinning room, Emma headed over to the highchair. The table was already set, perfectly, the food was out. Vivi to thank for that, and there was more then enough seats for everyone. Magic was a wonderful thing..

Settling the six month old down in her pastel colored highchair, that sat right next to the table with everyone else, the new mother took Lainie's teethingring from her, and placed the childs bottle down infront of her, before preparing a plate of food for her.. The table had many many different types of foods on it, from Chicken and pork chops to mac n' cheese, to you name it. Emmy had tried to think of alot of different things, since there were going to be alot of kids..

Sam glowed with pride when Savannah said she was going to be a second year. "Im so excited. But I feel so young. Everybody is going to be third and forth years. Im just going to be a little second year." she sighed.

"Hey Emma, whats for dinner?" she asked looking around for her older cousin. Her stomach rumbled and she was ready to eat.

Ari went upstairs and put her broom away in her secret hiding place. Soon she came downstairs again, this time her hair was brushed and she looked much happier. Walking into the dinging room she took in a deep breath and said, "My, everything looks wonderful, and smells it too." she said to Emma, a warm smile on her face.

Alicia flew down after Emma called them all in for dinner. She set her broom where they others had set theirs and walked into the house. Seeing Curt there, she smiled and waved. "Heya Curt," she said, walking over to him, Sam, and Savannah.

Heath frowned and lowered himself down before stepping off his broom. Putting it where everyone had put there's, he walked into Emma's house, his sister and cousin right behind him.

When Callie walked in, she saw Lic with Savannah, and two others. Giving them a wave, she went to wash her hands before dinner.

Massie bounced inside. The game was very short, but fun all the same. She followed Callie to go wash her hands.

"Oh, by the way. The three that just came in are my cousins, and little sister. The boy with the brown hair is my cousin Heath, the taller girl with the blond-ish hair is my cousin Callie, and the smaller girl with the blonde hair is my little sister Massie," Alicia said to Curt with a nod.

"Alot of different things, sweets," Emma called back, from the dinning room. She smiled at her daugher, and placed the plastic plate infront of her, that had finger foods on it. Looking to Ari, Emma smiled happily, going into the kitchen, and waited till she came back out with the jugs of water, butterbear, apple juice, and pumpkin juice on a tray (for easier carrying), to reply. "Thankyou dear, I hope you all like it, I honestly wasn't sure what to make, but after afew days we'll get more organized." Emmylyne just adored all the kids, she hadn't seen her family in quite awhile, and meeting their friends was great.

As Madison entered the dinning room, Emma looked up, asking; "Madi, deeearest little sister, Can you please go get the boys for me.. I think their upstairs." With a nod, Madison left the room and headed upstairs.

She already knew where the guest rooms were.. and didn't bother knocking, the ten year old just walked in. "What are you doing??" She asked slowly, eying the four boys. One of the not so identical twins were putting something in his bag, quickly.. like he was trying to make sure she didn't see it. Very suspicious. It looked.. well it looked like something she had seen, a potion.. from a joke shop, when she was younger she had visited with Emma and Regina. Shrugging off the boys' weird behavior, Madi added; "Emma wants you all down stairs. Prontoe." Running back down stairs, after closing the door, Madi yelled; "The boys are up to something!" smiling as she skipped into the dinning room with an innocent look, and sat down at the end of the table.

Savannah smiled to Alicia, but her smile quickly faded, hearring her younger sister. And running from upstairs. "Oh for merlins sake.." She mumbled, half hoping Madi was just being .. well Madi, and the other part of her was wondering what kind of thing the boys were up to.. Probably prankwar. They had it in for her.. that was for sure. This summer was Girls vs. Boys. As always.

"Are you menta-" Alex started to ask asked. his head darted in the direction of the opening door. BUSTED- or not quite. It was just Madison.

Gordo threw his cousin the potion, and Wyatt ran into the closet to hide it in his things again, right as Madison saw. after putting the joke shop item away Wyatt ran back out of the closet, Alex frowned inwardly when Madison ratted them out, with all that she knew. which luckily wasn't much.

"Lets go. NOW." Conner said, and darted out of the door. followed closely by all three mates. "Madison Elise Mae! Shut up!" He hollard after the younger girl, running down the stairs.

Once at the bottom of the stairs, Wyatt made lead for the dinning room, going around the small group.

Gordon tripped, at the bottom of the stairs, but didn't let that faze him and got right back up, running after one of the twins. Alex and Conner, almost both being tripped by the other two in their shuffle down the staircase, pratically running right into Savannah, Alicia, Kaitlynnh and Curt.

Alexander, of course abit red in the face, quickly straightened up and went to stand beside his girlfriend. not saying a word, he glanced to Conner, before turning his bright green eyes to Alicia.

Conner didn't trip entirely either, but picked Katie up and spun the little six year old around, playfully. trying to cover up their strange behavior as much as possible. "Why aren't you getting ready for dinner Cub?" He asked, bending down to his sister's height.

Alicia looked to Alex amusidly. It was clear that she was trying not to laugh. "Uh, maybe we should go to the dining room," she said, attempting to direct everyone's attention away from the miniature outburst.

Legend gave an annoyed look to the young girl as the game ended early and they headed inside. He rushed up to her and in a very calm voice said. “Next time make up you’re mind. You did say that you didn’t want me to stick close to you. You also said that you would rather take you’re chances with the bludger. So next time you say hurtful things, think about what’s going to happen to you up there in the air.”

Alexis took her and her brothers broom and put them back. She hadn’t really been paying attention to the game. Which wasn’t really smart but at least they would get to continue tomorrow. She rushed into the house and washed her hands and ran back off to look for Alicia. She had something VERY important to tell her about tomorrow. She finally found her with Alex and Curt and gave a wave to Curt. “Lic I have to talk to you about something very important. Has to do with you’re evil cousin.” She whispered the last part.

Alicia turned to look at Alexis. "Okay. Sure," she said, nodding. There was a small note of curiousity in her voice. It had to do with Heath? Well shouldn't this be a lovely conversation she couldn't help thinking sarcasticly. "I'll be right back," she said to the small group, before pulling Alexis into a deserted hallway. "What is it Lex?" she asked.

Alexis gave Alicia a small smile. "Don't wory It isn't anything bad. Anyways I told Heath that I wanted to play a prank on you and he agreed to help me. But don't worry it's all fake. I plan to prank Heath for you while he thinks we're pranking you." She though about her sentence again. "Yeah I know it's kind of confussing. But all i really wanted to say it watch out. You know just in case."

Valencia walked into the dining room, sitting down on a chair next to her brother. "Thank Dust," she said, patting him lightly on the head. "Everything smells delicious Emma," she said, taking in all of the delicious smells of the food. "Would you get me some water bro?" she asked, seeing as she couldn't reach it.

"No problem sis," Dusty said, nudging Vee gently in the ribs. "Yeah, everything looks great," he said, eyeing a bowl of macaroni and cheese. "Anyone know what we're gonna do after dinner?" he asked the room while pouring himself and Vee a glass of water.

"Cause I am ready for dinner, Con." Katie said, after being spun around, her baby blue eyes on the ground. She really hoped everything would come into focus again quickly.. and it did, thankfully.

The little girl frowned, looking to Legend. "I didn't mean for it to be hurtful! I was just playing around, and you said you'd stick close anyways!" She huffed, rather upsetly. Pulling out of her brother's arms, Kaitlynnh ran down the hall, pushed past Wyatt and went into the dinning room, and took a seat beside Madison.

"Wyatt! Gordon! That is enough, no running around the dinningroom table!" Emma snapped, furiously. shooting a glare over at the misbehaving boys. "Conner, No telling Madison- or anyone else to shuttup!" She added quickly.

Becoming much calmer again, Emmylyne checked on Lainie, quickly.

Savannah shook her head once more, looking to Conner, curiously. What were they up to.. Clearly something, and most definitally something to do with Prankwar, Because they wouldn't have reacted to Madison like that otherwise..
Finally speaking up, Savannah said; "Yeah.. Lets go into the dinning room now.." and led the way, quietly taking a seat near the middle of the table once in the dinning room.

"Thankyou sweethearts," Emmylyne said, smiling to Dusty and Valencia before looking back down to the baby. whom was already getting abit messy with her finger foods.

Benny took a sit at the table as his stomach began to rumble. He was hungry and the food was making his mouth water. Everything looked delicious.

"The food looks great Emma." Benny said to his older cousin. He then waited for everybody to sit down. He was brought up, that it was rude to start eating before everybody else was seated. So he waited, even though all he wainted was to pick up a piece of chicken and begin wating.

Sam walked into the dinning room and looked around for an open seat. She saw one by her brother and walked over to him. She took the open chair and sat down. When she looked at all the food on the table her eyes poped open.

There was so much! How did Emma make all this food by herself? She then remembered about the house elf Vivi. That was probably who helped her.
As Sam stuck her hand out to grab a roll, she felt a small slap at her hand.

She turned and looked at Benny. "What?" she whined.

"You know we have to wait until everybody is seated before we can eat." Benny said as Sam began reaching out for a piece of food. He couldnt help but smile when she moved her hand back and began to pout.

"Dont be a brat." he chuckled.

"Im not!" Sam said pushing her brother playfully.

Conner blinked afew times, and looked to Savannah. "She has your personality as a little girl" he said abruptly. shaking his curly haired head as he stood. the fifteen soon to be sixteen year old saw a mirror image of Savannah, in Kaitlynnh. well the little five year old Savannah that was. not by appearance, but by personalities and attitudes.

Wyatt and Gordo both halted, when Emma scolded them. the fourteen year old glared at Madison, behind Emma's back but quickly went and sat down at the other end of the table.

Gordon muttered a guilty "Sorry Emmzie" and sat down at the table, afew seats down from Savannah.

"Alright.." Alex said with a nod to Alicia, before looking to Conner who pushed him lightly towards the dinning room. taking a hint, he followed.

"Yes ma'am." Conner saluted, rather retartedly back to his older sister. grinning stupidly of course.
Alexander just shook his head, grinning and sat down on the other side of Conner, Wyatt being on their mates other side.

Wyatt looked to one of the other boy's, Dusty, when he asked what they'd be doing after this. "That would be prankwar rule time, right Emmy?" he asked, turning his brown eyes to the older girl with a curious but sort of excited five year old kinda look.

"Yeah! can't we start tonight, pleeeeasssse Sis?" Conner begged, giving her the puppy dog eyes in hopes of looking innocent. with a sideways look, Con kicked Alex from under the table.

Alexander had been pretty much oblivious to everyone around him, his green eyes on the table infront of him until getting kicked in the leg. throwing the two boy's beside him a sharp glance, before catching onto what they were trying to tell him. the fourteen year old then looked to Emmylyne.
"C'mon Lynzies, we'll be good kids. wont blow up the kitchen or use our wands or anything that can cause permanet damage and or harm.."

Legend shrugged. He didn't care if Kaitlynnh was mad or upset. So was he. He hadn't even done anything wrong. Like he had said before she was the one who had told him to stay far away from her. It was weird, he had been here for less than a day and already made an enemy. Slowly he walked to the dinning room and sat down somewhere far from Kaitlynnh.

Alicia's eyes widened. "You wanted him to help play a prank on m- oh," she said, when Alexis said that it was just a fake. "Oh, okay. That definatley works." She ginned and nodded. "So, if you don't mind my asking, what exactly did this prank that was supposed to be for me consist of? Wait. Wait. Lemme take a guess... Turning Tricky's fur pink? Turning my hair pink? Ooh! It was supposed to be dungbombs, wasn't it? I knew one of his backpacks had smelt odd..."
