Merlin, I know my titles are lame.

But I promise, the plot isn't as bad as the title makes it sound.

The Plot

It's the holiday season at Hogwarts and the castle is virtually empty during this time of year. Except for a group of students who decide to stay at the castle and relax with their friends there.

But soon, it gets boring. There's not much to do in the empty castle so they do the only thing there is left to do and decide to explore the dungeons. Many students tend to avoid the dingy underground of Hogwarts but it'll keep them busy for a while until something better and more fun comes along.

And while they're down in the dungeons, the students make a rather interesting discovery. There's a mysterious ghost down there. But it's not a normal ghost. It's the spirit of a young lady. She's actually a beautiful, young ghost and in time the students soon learn more about her.

She's a cursed spirit. Her soul was cursed by a warlock centuries ago and she's been doomed to roam the earth for all eternity. Though, there are quirks. Unlike ghosts, she can actually possess the bodies of living beings (she's a spirit rather than a ghost after all). Turns out though, she's been lonely and now that students have crossed her path, she's going to have some fun of her own.

The mischievous spirit is now out to cause mayhem around Hogwarts. She's possessing students and teachers and causing trouble. The group of students that found her have now decided though that she has to go. They have to find someway to break the curse so that her spirit will be free and move on to rest. Until they figure something out though, they're going to have to try and keep her under control.

The Rules

There's only a couple of rules, really:
1. If you join please stay active! Or if you're going to drop out, let us know so we don't think your character is still in play.
2. Don't control other people's characters. Stick to your own, please.

There's no limit on the amount of characters you can have. Just have fun!

As far as characters go, we'll obviously need students and of course the mayhem-causing spirit. As mentioned in the plot, she has the ability to possess others. You don't have to possess any of the main characters, you can just have random teachers and students possessed. Though if you would like her to temporarily possess another person's character, make sure it's okay with that person. PM them and ask before doing anything. But not long term. Only for a few posts or so (in which case, you might want to have two charries so if you do let the spirit possess one of your charries, you still have the other you can control).

And if you do decide to play the spirit, you can just have fun with her. Make up her looks, background, personality, etc. Just keep to any personality traits mentioned in the plot (such as the fact that she is mischievous).

"No," said Shane shaking his head. "Oi!" he yelled at the group of people in front of them trying to get their attention. "What are you lot up to?" He waved his arms around while jumping up and down. If that didn't get their attention, he didn't know what would.

"I don't know," said Shane with wide eyes looking quite surprised by what they found before them.

"Hey!" said Raquel as the snowball hit her. She shook the snow from her hair. "Let's head back inside, I'm freezing," she said shivering slightly.

Maddie shivvered. "Yeah," she agreed. "I am too," she laughed. She prefered to be hot.

Oliver sighed. "Okay, fine," he said, smiling at the two. "Lead the way," he grinned to them....well, mainly Raquel.

"Let's ask someone what happened first," muttered Shane.

Raquel nodded and began trudging through the snow and up the steps of the castle. "Well, that was fun," she said once they were inside. She loosened her scarf a bit.

Laylee nodded in agreement and looked around the hall, just coming inside were Raquel, Oliver and and Maddie. "Hey guys." She said grinning, "come look at this."

Oliver nodded to Raquel in agreement. He looked at Laylee, who was talking to them. He looked at the girls and walked toward Laylee and Shane.

Maddie chuckled, and skipped to the two. "What's up?" she asked.

"Look over there." Said Laylee pointing over to the Professor that was on he ground and she looked back at the others. "I wonder what happened, we were just coming back from the kitchens and there was this crowd." She told them.

Cindy's mouth was in a silent "Ohhh" shape as she listened to Chin, "I'm really sorry, I didn't want to upset him!" She said her face falling, so that's why it was hard on Steven. "But didn't he consider that she maybe started a new life?" Cindy asked, she didn't mean anything she was asking about the obvious.

Cindy looked at the poor Proffesor, "I say we take her to the Hospital Wing too ." She agreed with Chinnie looking at Allitrya.

Maddie looked at the person on the ground. "Is he okay?" she asked, looking at him with a perplexed look. "I wonder what happened?"

"Don't know but it's not our problem and I say we don't worry about it," announced Shane. "Problem solved. Smart, he? Now, let's go and do something fun for once, how about it, eh?"

Raquel rolled her eyes at him. "Shane," she muttered.

"That's Shane's best quality!" Laylee joked with Maddie, "he's not that bad." She said, he could actually be helpful and kind, it was just when he felt like it and most of the time he didn't. "Where should we go then?"

Chinnieh brought out her wand, "Maybe we should levitate her?" she asked at CIndy and Allitrya. Smiling back at Cindy, "We'll continue to talk about that afterwards.."

She pointed her wand at the professor and muttered the spell, "Wingardium leviosa," she said. She watched the Professor rose up in the air. "You better cast the spell too, the hospital wing's a distance from here. Just in case i couldn't stand it any longer," she told Cindy.

"Here, I'll help." She said, " Wingardium Leviousa" She muttered waving her band to help Chinnie. She walked with her to the hospital wing, her mind elsewhere.

Chinnie found it easy enough to levitate the professor for CIndy was there and so reaching the hospital wing, they slowly lay her on a bed. "I'll go look for the intern or the nurse," she said. And she left CIndy beside the Professor.

A few minutes later she burst into the room with the nurse behind her. "CIndy, sorry it took a while." Chin turned to the nurse, "We didn't know what happened to her, Madam. It was our friend, Allitrya who found her first." she told her. "Perhaps we can go now?"

The woman nodded and said "thank you for bringing her here immediately." Chin went back to CIndy, "We can go..." she whispered.

Cindy walked out of the hospital wing with Chinnie, "So back to our discussion." She said walking, "Didn't he think she started a new life?" She asked her again.

"Oh gosh, some of her stuff has spilled out of her trunk!" moaned Allitrya.
"I will deal with it!" said Allitrya.
"Locomotor," she muttered.
She zoomed the teacher's weird ornaments beside her bed in the Hospital Wing.
"I hope she gets better," she said under her breath.
It was nice of Chinnie and Cindy to drop her off.
