20 years after Harry Potter banished Voldemort from the wizarding world, he comes back with a plan to control Middle Earth. Now it is up to Harry's daughter Joely and a group of our favorite Lord of the Rings characters to stop that from happening.

The day of her graduation from Hogwarts, Joely is sent to Middle Earth, where she befriends King Aragorn and his son, Aerosepth, who is assigned to protect her. But when Aerosepth and Joely fall in love, he is sent away, will they ever see each other again, and will Joely be able to stop Voldemort from taking over the world?

Orion looked at her again, "Yeah, earlier." he said quietly, not really wanting to talk about it.

"You." Aspeth smiled and kissed his cheek, "We should gather up our stuff and go inside, just in case something else happens." she said, casting another glance in their son's direction

"Dad I am graduating! It's not like I am leaving you forever or something!" Joely laughed as she was hugged to death by her father Harry Potter.
"I know Joely but it's just that I am so proud of you! I haven't been this proud since I graduated!" Harry smiled.
"But what about when you defeated him?" Joely whispered.
Harry's smile was wiped away.
"Joely I am proud of you that's all that matters. Now go get you diploma so we can go home and you can have fun at your...bedroom".
"Bedroom?" Joely asked.
"See you later!" Harry said as he walked away from his daughter. He was about to tell her about her surprise party after the graduation ceremony. But one thing Harry James Potter didn't know was that Joely might not even make it to the party...

Idril glanced over at him. "Look, I don't know about you, but I was having fun," she said, turning to watch the path before them. "And then you just walked away, and had to get all serious," she said, sighing.

Falcrin nodded. "We should take a report to the king immediately, so that he can send out troops to scan the area," he said, standing up. He gathered the remaining food and put it in the basket that had been brought. Then he gathered up the various towels. "Well, we're both armed, so I think that very few things could get by us," he said, hugging her with one hand.

Orion nodded, but didnt look at her, "All right then, no hard feelings." he said softly, trying to push his thoughts of why Idril's company drove him crazy.

Aspeth smiled and called out to Falcrin, picking him up in her arms, "Come on sweetie, it is time to go inside." she said to him.

Falcrin shook his head, "No mommy! I want to swim!" he whined, wriggling out of her arms.

Idril rolled her eye. Sometimes men were so hard to talk to...or even read. By then, they had walked into the area in front of the lake. "Forest is clean...no sign of anything," she said with a sigh. "Need any help?" she asked Falsath and Aspeth.

Falsath shook his head. "I'm fine...but I think Aspeth might need some help," he said, grinning over at their son. He gathered up the towels and blanket, folding them together so that they made a neat pile.

Idril nodded and walked over to Falcrin. "Are you giving your mommy trouble?" she asked, squatting down next to him. "I know you want to swim, but you can play with your toys inside today," she said, smiling at him.

"Will you play with me Iril?" he asked quietly, reaching out for her hand.

Aspeth smiled at Idril and Falcrin, "Falcrin honey, Iril has stuff to do sweetheart." she said sweetly.

Orion shook his head, and looked around the forest, "We really shouldb't stay out much longer." he said, not liking the feeling he still had, "Especially you." he said, nodding to Aspeth.

Idril smiled, and ruffled Falcrin's hair. "I think I might have room in my schedual...I'll have to do it later though, is that alright?" she asked him, standing up. Idril nodded in agreement with Orion. "Especially, especially you," she said, winking at her friend. "Let's start up," she said, and fell into step next to Orion. "So, did you get a chance to talk with your father?" she asked as they walked.

Falsath smiled as he lifted the stuff. "Come on Crin, I'll race you!" he said, and began to trot up the hill. Not at a full run, because he didn't want his son to get hurt on the way up.

Aspeth smirked and hit Idril's arm lightly, "knock it off." she said in an undertone.

Falcrin clapped and ran up the hill after his father, and soon he was ahead of him laughing.

Aspeth followed behind the others, carrying all that she could keep up in her arms, looking back to the woods.

Orion looked at Idril, "About what?" he asked.

Falsath grinned as he struggled to keep together the basket and many of the towels in his hands as he raced up the hill. He knew he could have beaten Crin, but what would that have proven.

Idril looked at him. "Well, we had mentioned a ball, and I knew it had probably come up again," she said with a shrug. "Did you decide anything?" she asked him, smiling slightly. "And if so, who's invited?" she added, grinning.

Falcrin raced all the way up the hill and did not stop until he was insidr the castle, bumping into one of the Lords.

Aspeth gasped softly as she walked faster trying to reach her son so that he didn't do anything foolish.

"We have decided to hold a ball for all the royals once my mother comes back from Rivendale." he said to her, watching Falcrin collide with a Lord.

Idril watched Orion closely, but he still refused to look at her. "What is up with you?" she demanded, stopping where she stood. She watched him closely, wondering if he would play it off, or finally turn to face her.

Falsath laughed lightly as he set the stuff down on a nearby bench. "Apologies, my lord," he said with a small inclination of his head. "My son and I were having a race, but he seems to have tried to out do himself," he said with a small smile. "Please pardon this...Falcrin, say you're sorry," he said quietly to his son.

Orion stopped walking and glared at her, "You are my problem Idril." he said, before storming into the castle.

Aspeth walked up beside Falsath just in time to hear Falcrin say "I sorry." softly, she ran her fingers through his hair and smiled at the man, "We are quite sorry." she said.

The man dropped to a low bow and smiled, "Not at all Princess Aspeth." he replied, he looked up and inclined his head, "Good day to you Prince Falsath, and Prince Falcrin." he added with a smile before walking away.

Idril glared at his back for a minute and then ran after him. "Oh really? And is there a reason to this sudden hate, or did it just spring out of nowhere?" she asked him as she tried to catch up.

Falsath smiled and bowed back to the man. As he walked away, he sighed. "Luckily, he was one of the nicer lords," he said, grinning slightly. He turned to Falcrin. "Now, you have to watch where you're going...it may not be a nice man that you run into next time," he said as they walked back up to their rooms. HE heard Idril and Orion start to yell at eachother. "What's going on with them?" he asked Aspeth quietly.

"I don't believe that it is any of your business Idril." Orion shouted, causing many of the Lord and Ladies to look up at the two.

Aspeth shook her head, "I'm not really sure, but they have been like this all night, havent you noticed?" she asked, steering him up to their rooms where they could change and drop off Falcrin. "Did he say anything to you?" she asked, while changing Falcrin out of his wet clothes.

"Oh really? Because I thought it was me you have a problem with? If its with some other random girl named Idril, please let me know!" she shouted back, glaring it at him. "But it is my business, and how dare you deny me by saying that it isn't!" she exclaimed, glaring at him.

Falsath shook his head. "We were talking and he was wondering if he had feelings for her...but right now I'd say that the only thing he's feeling is anger," he said quietly. They turned Falcrin over to a nurse, and smiled and waved as their son walked away. "He also mentioned not being able to stand being around her," he said quietly as they resumed their walk.

By this time, Orion had reached his room, and he walked in quickly slamming the door in her face, making sure to lock it behind him.

Aspeth shook her head, "It doesnt make any sense, he has been acting all weird lately, not like himdelf at all." she said quietly as they walked the hall, "I wonder if he does have feelings for her, and he is too scared to realize it. Orion has always been a loner."

"UGH!" Idril screamed in frustration. By the time Orion had the door closed, two of her knives were sticking out of the wood. She had known that she wasn't going to hit him, it was merely so that he knew what he was dealing with. Wrenching them out, she stalked off and sheathed her knives, determined to clean the one that he had handled very thouroughly before going for a very long ride.

Falsath shrugged. "And what about Idril?" he asked, looking at Aspeth. His wife knew everyone a lot longer and a lot better than he did. "She always seems like she would say something...did she say anything to you?" he asked her as they walked. "Yes, well, I would say I was too scared to show mine...Orion is just being a jerk about it right now if he does like her," he said with a small smile.

Orion stalked through his room in a blind rage and headed for the bathroom where he took a bath and tried to make himself look presentable for the talk with his father.

Aspeth smiled as she looped her arm through his, "Well if you hadn't we wouldn't be here right now." she said, remebering whe she had no idea that Falsath liked her whatsoever. She shook her head, "Well, if Idril does have any feelings for him she is denying them, I mean, she laughed when I suggested the possibilty." she replied

Idril walked back to her room, still in a rage, and tossed her knives onto her bed. She also quickly changed into a better change of clothes. Deciding that she was too angry for horses, she decided that fencing would help her better. Quickly, she got her sword and stalked out of the room to get to the fencing courts.

Falsath sighed. "Well, I guess it would be best to just see if we can calm them down in some way...otherwise the next couple of weeks are going to be...chaos," he said with a shrug.

Orion walked out of his room, feeling slightly better, he bumped into Falsath and Aspeth in the hallway, "Well hello you two what are you speaking of in such hushed tones?" he asked.

Aspeth looked up at the sound of Orion's voice, "Orion- we were talking of what to do for Falcrin's birthday." she lied quickly, she had always been a bad liar.

Idril walked to the fencing courts and was surprised that no one was there. She sighed as she began to stretch out. Suddenly, she heard a noise, and looked up.

Aragorn had finished his meeting and was ready for a good workout. He was surprised to see Idril there. "Hard day?" he asked her, as he redied himself.

Idril smiled slightly. "You might say that...we'll need to talk after I beat you," she said, slightly back to her usual self. She began to put on the light armour that prevented them from getting hurt.

Aragorn laughed. "We'll see about that," he said, putting on the protective gear.

Falsath nodded. "We were wondering what toy we should get him, and I was suggesting a sword, but Aspeth thinks that would be too dangerous. Although, I didn't want a full sized one, and it would be dulled," he explained to Aspeth. "What do you think Orion?" he asked.

Orion shook his head, "Isn't Falcrin's birthday nine months away?" he asked, raising an eyebrow at the two of them.

"Well-yes, it is, but uh-" Aspeth didn't know what else to say, so she looked up at Falsath.

Falsath smiled. "Yes...well, its never too early to start planning!" he said with a grin. "We'd have to talk to the swordsmith as soon as possible in order to get the sword made," he said with a shrug. He knew he had to change the subject in order to keep his wife from cracking. "So, sounds like you and Idril were having a nice time," he said calmly.

Soon, Aragorn and Idril were all geared up, and a small crowd had gathered. Idril sighed, she had never liked fighting under pressure. She held her sword up in the ready position. "So, why are you down here your highness?" she asked, as they began slowly to parry back and forth.

Aragorn shrugged. "Meetings can get long and boring...and an old Ranger like me gets a little stiff," he said, grinning as he blocked her attacks. "What about you? You seem a little more agitated than you were this morning," he said as she thrust again.

Idril let all of her anger go into fueling her strength. "Well, we had an incident down in the forest...and I was planning on talking to you about it later, but I guess the sooner the better," she said, and explained about the cloaked figures. "I only arrived after they had attacked Orion and Falsath," she told him.

Aragorn stopped and was almost impaled by Idril's sword. "A troop must be sent out immediately," he said, and turned to the nearest guard to give instructions. After he was finished, he turned to her. "I will need you to tell me everything again," he said, taking off his gear.

Idril felt another flare of anger hit her. "You might want to talk to your son, he's the one who got everything first hand...I only arrived in time to arm and fight them," she said, throwing off her gear.

Orion raised his eyebrow at his sister and brother in law, "Whatever you say." he replied, sure that they wwere lying, "Does anyone know if Fthaer is in his room?" he asked, changing the subject quickly.

Aspeth smiled softly, "We were just heading there to look for him." she said, realizing that she had been watching him closely. She looked away to Falsath quickly and gripped his hand for support.

Falsath shook his head. "We don't know...as Aspeth said we were just going there," he said quietly. Suddenly, the distant echo of metal on metal reached their ears. They were passing the fencing courts when Falsath looked over. "Looks like we have the answer," he said, smiling as he saw Idril and Aragorn fighting. They were pretty evenly matched, but Idril's movements were not as graceful, but more choppy than usual. "She's fighting angry," he whispered to Aspeth. He walked over with her as they finished. "Your majesty," he said, bowing to the King.

Aragorn looked at Idril. Rarely had he seen her so upset. "What's wrong?" he asked her, coming over to put a hand on her shoulder.

Idril looked up and saw that her friends and Orion had found them. She glared at Orion, but didn't say anything.

Aragorn noticed the glare, but pretended that he didn't. "Idril told me what happened in the forest, and I'd like to hear your sides of the story," he said, inclining his head his head slightly to Falsath.

Idril continued stripping off her armour as her friends and Orion approached. She didn't say anything, but only focused on unfastening each buckle. She glanced up and met Aspeth's eyes quickly.
