Ladies and gentleman:

Here we start a new stage into the life of someone who was believed dead, finished, out of the Magical World forever: Melinda Anne Black.

So, you most of you would know that she left to go to Marseilles, France to live with her biological grandmother(Mirelda Jacques), for safety and her health matters.That was according to Jade, her foster mom.

Time passed by, she started University to study Gastronomy; she then found a job and had everything she wanted. Except Chris, who she only got to see a few days between school breaks. Even under such circumstances, they kept a relationship going until...

Oh no...Melinda, from a very young age, has had a heart problem which required a transplant soon or she'd die in a couple of years. So, she received an offer in Luxemburg and on the way to the interview, she and her cousin JoAnne, along with her husband, had a terrible car accident. JoAnne and her husband died, but Melly received a terrible hit on her head, leaving her with amnesia.

And with this, Mirelda, her grandmother, takes advantage and tells everyone Melly knew in England that she's dead.The news breaks in the Magical World, first told by Jade to Chris, then going along with newspapers and all media possible. Melinda wakes up three months after the accident, having no memory of her past as a student in Hogwarts nor her life.
Mirelda tells her that she's Loraine Jacques, her grand-daughter, who had just suffered an accident. Also, that she was entitled by JoAnne and her husband to be the foster mother of two gorgeous twins, Caesar and Ulises; oh, and let's not forget, she was also told to be the owner of a restaurant to be open soon in Paris. That life was easly believed by Loraine/Melinda for three long years.

Although, recently Loraine keeps having these dreams, glances of her past. This all becomes inmensely suspicious and confusing, making her do some research about her past getting no results.

But let's not lose hope: Knowing specific locations in London, wondering what they were, she arrives, along with the twins, to live there and start her restaurant, leaving all life in Paris behind her.

And guess what? the restaurant is near the Ministry of Magic...so, it's like she's so stuck to her magic past from then until forever.

This is just the beginning, guys...you know! But think about this...

What will people, the ones Melinda loved and loved her, think as they see her back in London? Would they think of her as a liar? Or what?

What will her reaction be when she finds out the whole truth about her past?

And...what would happen when that truth comes out??

Lor tried to eat his food. But all the compliments and stories Chris had were just perfect, even better than the food in front of her. And well, making a Christmas dinner was not easy, but it was worth the time because everybody sure enjoyed it. "So...I used to spend time with your family? Like...a lot of time. Because of what Nick has said, he got to talk to me a lot...before the accident." She mentioned the tragic event, that changed both their lives.

"I guess...it can be a test." She teased back, although she never thought of it that hard, to make him do something that would bring back memories to her. "I wonder if dancing with you could bring things back to normal." Just a flirty way to be with him, close as they used to be.

Chris took a bite of his food as he listened to Lot's next question. "Yeah you did spend quite a bit of time with my family. They all really loved you,it was like you were already part of the family." He said honestly.

"You want to dance with me?" Chris asked before laughing lightly. "Well I guess we have to make that happen." He answered smiling.

Lor bent her head and smiled shily. "It feels relieving that I did have a family before that happened. Grandma said I had spent like all my life inside an orphanage and when I turned 17, I could proclaim where to live and I chose to live with her." Of course, now comparing sides of stories to Chris', she lived maybe some part of her life in an orphanage, then attended that magic school, possibly?

Nodding, Lor was sure she wanted to dance with Chris.

"But yeah you were like part of the family and it was amazing. You know you proposed to me?" He asked raising eyebrow playfully as he took another bite of his food.

Okay. Yes, Grandma Mirelda had been lying, and that one about her childhood was the biggest of them all. "Who did I live with, then?!" She proclaimed more answers, and gladly Chris was saying everything that let him do so. "Again, I thank you so much...for making me see these things that totally explain a lot of other things that have happened lately." Like her, fainting in the middle of the day...

Gulp!

HER, proposing to HIM? Was she nuts or something? Probably. "Oh, wow...I was out my mind." In some sort of way, really. She could only explain such action if...she was deeply in love with Chris, which seemed the matter.

Eeeeh! So, she actually had a mom, that took care of her before Lor decided to live with Mirelda? "Do you know where is she? Maybe there are things she knows and you don't..." She was all ready to take some paper to write anything down, though she really looked too nervous and didn't want to freak Chris out. And well, his hand holding hers just made it a bit more...weirdly nervous. Smiling, she took her fork again and continued eating.

In love. Two words, meaning everything. "I see..." She whispered, biting her lip.

After a long hiatus from work and Helena, Blake was finally back home. He was on vacation for a week to spend time with his family however, things got a bit more delayed. Instead of staying for a week, he was made, actually forced by his mother, to stay a week longer.

Dropping his bag on the floor as he apparated inside his teensy apartment, the first thing Blake did was send a text message to Helena. He missed her like crazy through out the vacations, a tad bit more than normal since his mother kept insisting him to think over his decision to be with Helena again. He could never understand the reason behind his mother's dislike for her. Sighing, he flicked and swirled his wand around the room to neaten up the area in case she decides to drop by and went over to sit on the wooden chair by the window overlooking the street. Home sweet home.

Helena was just clocking out fro work when she felt her phone gently buzz in her back pocket. When she was getting into her car, she pulled it out to see a message from Blake. She opened it quickly as she swung into the low driver's seat of her car and felt a wide grin slide onto her face. Instead of replying, however, she pulled her door shut, locked her seatbelt across her and took off as fast as the speed limit would allow her. Luckily, Blake didn't live too far from her work and she was there in less than ten minutes - good considering the early evening rush was still dying down. She found a parking spot and quickly made her way up the steps until she was in front of the oh-so-usual door. She knocked three times, unable to keep herself from smiling as she waited on edge for Blake to open the door.

A loud thump on the door jolted him out of the light doze he had sunken into. He pulled up his falling jeans, rubbing his eyes on his way to the door. It better be the person he's expecting or else he's going back to sleep. As he opened the door, his blue eyes flickered open at the sight of Helena who was smiling brightly up at him. "Come in." He took her hand into his and pulled her into his arms, a lopsided grin growing across his scruffy face.

Closing the door behind him, he leaned his head against the door as his arms snaked around Helena's petite waist. "Missed me?" He asked with the usual pout and smiled softly, "I was ready to come back last week but they made me stay this long." He would've never had the mother & son one-to-one, had he not stayed.

Helena was immediately soothed as Blake opened the door and she only too-happily allowed him to pull her into his arms; she hugged him tightly to herself. "Boy, did I," she said into his shirt as she pressed herself against him. "I know, you don't have to be sorry," she added, looking up at him with her sparkling blue eyes. She knew it was his family.

A smile was spread across Lor's face, although a buzz interrupted. It was a call, from the restaurant although Lor knew the place would be closed by then, it was already past ten. "Umm...anywhere we used to go?" She asked, ignoring her cellphone. She'd call before they left the restaurant.

And how could she tell Chris that whatever feeling invaded her not too long ago was already coming out again? Shily, she huffed a strand of hair and looked away.

Hesitating for a bit, Lor nodded her head and answered, "No...I wouldn't mind...but what are we going to take?" She asked, sort of titetting her teeth. At that moment, she felt sort of nervous. What was there to show her? Maybe pictures?

Oh gosh. It was their first date.

He placed one hand behind her head as he felt her weight on him and gently stroked her hair. Soft as always. "All right, then have a ...seat." He muttered, scooping the room, however, the only 'seat' was either the mattress or his favorite chair by the window. This place needs furniture or at least a decent chair! Pursing his lips, he glanced down at her as she gazed up at him. "Ohai, blue!" He smiled, waving at her pretty blue eyes. It's fun, you know, sitting all day just watching her eyes switch colors. "By the way, I've got you somethinggg.." He said in sing-a-song- tone as he took out a tiny box covered in purple wrapping paper from the pocket of his jeans but just to tease her, held the box up high. "You'll have to earn it." He said puckishly and winked.

Yay, he didn't miss her!! Not. Mental tongue-sticking-out. Helena chuckled as he waved at her eyes which could only be blue judging by how happy she was to see him. When Blake said he got her something, though, she frowned just ever-so-slightly. Then her head tilted curiously to the side as he said that she'd have to earn it. She looked up at it with a dazed expression before looking back at him with a grin. "And just hooooow do you expect me to do that?" she asked, still smiling widely.

He said, walking away from her as he toyed around with the box. He was slightly nervous. Helena frowned slightly as he walked away and crossed her arms over her chest. Blake was being mysterious, and although she didn't mind it in the slightest, she wasn't used to it; Blake usually just outright said what he meant at all times. So hoooooow to approach this new Blake, hmmm? ....grrrrr.

Doing some quick thinking, Helena walked over to Blake, pushing her straight hair behind her ear (as that was she was accustomed to wearing it nowadays) and stopped right in front of him with no interest in the box he held. Though she was standing up, it wasn't too much of a stretch for her to lean down and kiss him gently.

"I'm sorry." She quietly said, trying to smile to Chris and hoping she hadn't made him feel bad. "I...trust you completely, as I said before. And nothing is going to change that." Whatever they were going to do, or see was probably the mystery of the night, even before the life they could have together. Gently, Lor reached for his hand, squeezing it. "If I was blind...I'd let you to take me along the Everest mountain..." And that whisper, really could say something.

And as for the transportation they were to take, "I think the car would do fine for now. We can't leave it here..." So, she could take the broom or apparition anytime later. She raised her hand, asking for the account of service.

And the cellphone buzz came up again. UGH. Checking, it was a text, from her Grandmother's cellphone. It said Where are you? and I've arrived to London...

It was time to ignore it. Gladly, the kids were somewhere far the restaurant, where not even Mirelda could figure it out.

Hearing those words meant everything to Chris. She trusted him. But when she took his hand and squeezed it he smiled. "Just remember how much you trust me no matter how weird this gets ." He whispered looking at her right in the eyes.

"Alright that sounds good." He said smiling. But then he noticed her trying to get the check. Oh noooooo he was the guy he was going to pay. Though he knew she was going to be stubborn about this. "I got it." He said taking out his wallet.

He then heard her phone but then she quickly shut it. "Everything okay???? He questioned.
