After Ginny finishes her final year at Hogwarts, she's stunned to learn that Harry, who's been out of school a year, is engaged. Not wanting to return to the Burrow, which will be full of wedding planning and activity, Ginny escapes to Diagon Alley for a bit of independent living. The twins kindly take Ginny in and offer her a job, and she drags Neville and Luna along as flatmates. Who knows what will happen now that they are living independently?

This is a VERY loose storyline so far, but we want to have the chance to explore these characters as rising adults. I have all of the main characters filled at this point. If you are interested, go ahead and post your character idea. To be honest, I'd prefer HP characters (but not necesarily HRH) rather than made-ups... although a quality made-up is always welcome. If I don't feel your character will add to the story, I probably won't say yes. Also, we're quite serious about RPing, so if you aren't on at night EST, CST, or you will only post very sporadically, don't bother. This is advanced RPing, so YES, your posts need to be longer and more detailed and we DO care about your spelling and grammar.

"I guess I just need to be thankful for what I have," Ginny smiled sadly into Harry's eyes and touched the side of his face with soft fingers. "You mean everything to me, Harry, and we need to take each other just as we are. You're going to need your alone time, and I'm going to be moody sometimes. You're right. Being apart will be good. We can date and get to know each other properly."

This was worth most certainly worth the repercussions, he thought as he lay with Tara in his arms. He would like to keep her with him but, she needed to get back to Dani with her clothes and he needed to finally answer that call. "Yes," Snape responded, rubbing her shoulder. "That would be nice. But, for now, we both need to attend to our duties."

Tara rolled out of the bed and dressed slowly. This still felt like their business arrangement in some ways, with one or both of them rushing off and no time for the small talk and intimacy that went along with the loving. She wished that they had that Italian vacation really coming up, simply because she wanted to spend an entire night in Snape's arms. She wanted his companionship.

"Well, I should be back within the next few days," Tara offered a feeble smile. "Next time you'll tell me a bit more about what's going on with you," she looked pointedly at his arm. "And I'll wear my green and silver underthings." She grinned unexpectedly and opened the door.

Snape stood and dressed, as Tara did the same. As she walked to the door and opened it, she made a comment about her underthings. Thinking back to helping her pack in her room, he smiled and moved to the door, embracing her one last time before they parted. "Someday," he said, stroking her hair away from her face, his long hands lingering on the side of her face. "We will have our uninterupted evening."

Harry smiled. "I think I like that... dating normally... even if I'm really not supposed to leave Grimmauld Place... it'll be fun." He stood there, wondering if he should stay or go, but then deciding on the latter. "I think I should go, now..." He said, pulling away from their tight embrace.

I swear I've lost my touch. Unless...How about a scarf...that tries to eat its owner face!?! We need a test dummy," Fred said whipping his scarf off and scanning the room. He couldn't test things on his lovely, sweet Hermione...who was looking particularly nice in her ensemble. That only left George, Dani and himself. "Dani...do you think this scarf is nice?"

Tara leaned into the hands on her face, then turned her head to kiss one of Snape's palms gently. "You are such a surprise to me. Even in all the horror in the world right now, to have you and Dani in my life..." She put her own small, warm hand on his cheek. "I look forward to that night with everything in me." She turned and left then, knowing she probably couldn't walk away if she stayed any longer.

Ginny stuck out her lip. "You just got here... but I guess you need to stay safe." With an exaggerated sigh, she walked with him towards the fireplace. "Next time, Potter, you better come with flowers." She went up on her toes to kiss him lightly. "I love you."

Dani stopped swinging the parasol around in circles and looked at the scarf in question, which was made of a swishy kind of material that would be very pretty if it weren't black. "Its... alright." She reached for it, but George swatted her hand away.

"You git," George laughed at Fred, twining the scarf more tightly around his twin's head. "Don't give the small child a man-eating scarf. She doesn't even have a wand."

Fred struggled with George, but the scarf ended up on his face. "I wasn't really going to give it to her..,'he said, his voice muffled from the scarf. THen Fred fell to the floor, wailing and pretending that the scarf was really eating his face.."Help me Dani! Help me!" he said in his damsel in distress way.

Dani stared at Fred rolling around on the floor, his face being eaten off by the horrible black scarf. She was frantic, but George was just laughing at Fred's silliness and the Hermygirl was rolling her eyes and trying not to smile. "Stop, stop," Dani tugged on George's arm, although her words wre for the scarf. "STOP!" The scarf on Fred's face burst into flames and Dani burst into a flood of tears.

George poured a stream of water on Fred, hoping that his twin hadn't been burned. The fire went out quickly, and he turned to scoop Dani up in his arms.

"I love you too, Miss Weasley," Harry said, smiling down at her. He kissed the top of her head before he took some floo powder and threw it into the fire. "Bye, Gin..." He stepped in and was on his way back to Grimmauld place.

Fred, had really only been faking, and was quite surprised to find his face on fire. He yelped out and swatted at the flames, but was relieved to feel the cool water leak down his face. He sat up and looked around. He felt alright..but something for sure didn't smell right. "Do you smell that? It smells like....well, it smells like the time Ron "accidently" set Crookshanks on fire..." Fred looked around, and then it him: Hair. Slowly, he took his hand up to his bangs...all the front of his hair...was singed. "Oh no..." he said, quietly...

Snape carefully locked his door before heading out onto the castle grounds. He apparated at the border and appeared at the bottom of the hill in the cemetary. By the time he arrived at the meeting point, nearly two hours after he had felt the Mark burn, many of the others had left. He closed off his mind as he stepped inside the mausoleum and prostrated himself at the Dark Lord's feet.

Dani saw Fred sit up, and he looked to be pretty safe. She wriggled her way out of George's arms and threw herself at Fred, getting tears all over him. "I burnt your head! I burnt your head!" she cried over and over. "I thought it was hurting you and Tina wasn't going to help." She ignored George's outraged squeak.

Bellatrix had been seated behind and to the side of the Dark Lord. He hadn't asked her to stay, but generally he would let her stick around to see others get punished. He knew how much she enjoyed it, and he seemed to enjoy her pleasure. "Well, well, Severus," she purred his name as a lover might. Being one of the only women in this organization had its perks, one of which was being able to USE being a woman against the others. She rose from her seat and stepped down to the floor. "Good of you to join us."

Fred was taken by surprise. First his head was on fire, then he had some very burnt hair, now he had a crying child in his lap, clinging to his robes. He sat stunned for a moment before responding. "No, no, Dani...don't cry.."he said wrapping his arms completely around her small little body. "You didn't do it, no no. I set myself on fire all the time. Not a big deal. Please don't cry..not because of me.."Fred rocked her back and forth a bit, trying to help...

"Really? You really set yourself on fire?" She wiped her nose on her sleeve and laid her head against his shoulder. "I do that too. Well, I did it once. And I made my hair turn blue. Maybe if you want it enough, you can grow your hair back."

George sat on a crate across from where Fred was looking rather helpless with an armful of little girl. "Sure, D, he loves to set himself on fire. We both do. We also set each other on fire. And sometimes we set strangers on fire. But not very often." He smiled when Dani giggled.

You might just be the next little Weasley to pass through Hogwarts. I'd love to see that.."Fred said wistfully, thinking back to al the mischief he and George had managed in their priceless years at Hogwarts..

The Dark Lord stepped back and Snape sat up sot aht he was on his knees with his head bowed. He dared not address Bellatrix's taunts before explaining where he had been. He knew he had waited a moment too long when the Dark Lord's foot gave an impatient tap which echoed in the almost empty mausoleum. "A thousand apologies, my Lord," he began, raising his eyes to meet the Dark Lord's, knowing he was very suspicious of those who would lower their eyes while speaking to him. "But, I'm afraid I could come no sooner as I was in a meeting with Dumbledore."

After struggling with the flashy boots, Hermione joined the others, barefoot, and frowned, looking at Fred's hair. "They really do set themselves on fire, sometimes," She told Dani, kneeling down beside her and Fred. "It's actually quite entertaining...." She had heard Fred mention Dani becoming the next Weasley at Hogwarts. "You might not want to do that, Dani... become the next Weasley twin... they were always getting in trouble... lots of detention. And one time, in their seventh year, they just... left on their broomsticks because they had had enough."

"You left the castle?" Dani's voice was hushed with awe as she looked from one twin to the other. "Its lovely, isn't it? So big and full of things to look at? Except that ghosty thing chased me and said it was going to eat me and I had to go and stay with Professor Snape until I felt safe again. But other than that... what house were you in?"

Bellatrix's cruel, full-lipped smile flashed white in the gloomy room. She tilted her head back, her long expanse of pale neck against the mass of dark hair she wore down. With one hand, she caressed Snape's face until her hand came to rest under his chin. She jerked her hand upwards, snapping his head upwards forcefully. It didn't hurt too much, simply stinging his tender skin under his jaw, but it was a show of displeasure and power. "Naughty, Severus. If you must lie to our Lord, you should really come up with something believable. You're a fool. Dumbledore was seen in the village during the time you were missing by someone else fool enough to show up late." She nodded her head at a broken heap in the corner.

Snape only gave a cursory glance at the heap in the corner, having seen it often enough. When he and his friends, including Bella, had been younger, they were the ones found in the corner. That is, until they learned how to properly behave. This was the first time he'd been caught in a stupid lie since those times and he had no other excuses at the ready. If he paused a moment longer, they would know he was lying. With a brief, unhelped, glance at his old friend, he looked back up at the Dark Lord. "No, I wasn't with the Headmaster," he said, pausing a bit. "I'm afraid my embarrassment of the situation compelled me to make up that little falsehood. I was in the company of a woman."

"I'm tempted to believe him, my Lord," Bellatrix said casually, letting her fingers linger on Severus's face again. She was tempted to try to seduce him again, just to be sure she was the one who still had the power, but now was not the time to dwell on such things. "Rodolphus saw him in Hogsmeade with a woman and a child. A... Sinistra, who is a fellow professor, am I right?" She looked back at Voldemort, deferring to him with her eyes. She could act as if she were in charge, but every move she made was for his benefit and within his control.

Snape tried to ingore the fingers which continued to linger on his face and when he found he had trouble in doing so, he realized how similar the feel of her touch was to what he had felt not long ago with Tara. Mentally shaking off the thought, he looked to the Dark Lord to see whether he should answer to Bella or not. To his dismay, the Dark Lord merely stepped back to sit in a chair, like a throne, which had been conjured for him and he gestured to Bella to take over whatever interrogation or punishment she deemed necessary.

Knowing now whom was conducting this interview, he looked up at Bellatrix, wanting to stand but, knowing better than to try it. "Yes, I was with Professor Sinistra," he sneered.

Bellatrix stuck out her lip playfully and circled Snape, twining her fingers in his hair and then jerking his head back so that he was looking up at her. "How... disappointing, Severus. And here I thought you had taste. Wasting your time and skills on a woman who is a Mudblood herself? And a daughter? She's never been married, in the Wizarding or Muggle world. So she's a Mudblood and a ****." She stepped back and hit him with a short but painful Cruciatus. "I've done my homework, Severus. What's in it for you?"
