Sir... Ted laughed. "Sir? The last time someone called me that was when I was applying for a job at the Apothecary. I'm fine with Ted!" He raised his eyebrows, chuckling some more.

Hazel grinned. "Do yah wanna see my secret candy stash?" she whispered excitedly. Only CERTAIN SPECIAL people got secret Hazel candy, and this girl was AWESOME!

Ameliah landed gracefully at the front gate of her house with Logan. "Aaand THIS is my house!" she wanted to stay out a moment so Logan could see the whole thing. IT WAS THE BEST HOUSIE EVER.

Damon chuckled, "She promised my father she would do it if she ever caught Taylor and I acting like a couple at school."

Callidora's eyebrows threatened to disappear in her hair, she had raised them so high. "Merlin, she's never promised anything to anyone before! So I guess when she and your father are in a room together...?" She laughed.

"Chaos breaks loose," Damon laughed, "She seems like she really likes my Father, almost like she should be his child instead of me."

Ronnie gasped. SECRET CANDY STASH?! OOOO! "YES!" she said, jumping up and down out of excitement. She giggled.

Logan landed on the broom, looking at the large mansion. "Wow!" he gasped. "This place is awesome!" he exclaimed, smiling at Ameliah and hugging her again. "Thank you sooo much. You have no idea how much this means to me.." he said, smiling at her.

He made his way into the house, glancing around for Ella, feeling his heart start to thump hard against his chest. She was here, right? Ameliah said she was...oh, he really hoped she was here. He didn't care about anyone else. She was all that mattered right now.

Ella let out a quiet gasp when Logan walked into the house. Oh my. This was...happening, wasn't it? EEP. The tiniest part of her wanted to run out of the house, mostly cause she was nervous about what Logan might say to her, but he was kinda blocking the door now. ..so that wouldn't work. Taking a deep breath, the blonde decided to stay and be brave. Besides, this was Logan. He was her very first Hogwarts friend. This would be brilliant, yeah? ...Hopefully.

The badger took a small step towards the door, a nervous smile on her face. She glanced at Harvey for a minute, not exactly knowing what made her do it, before making eye contact with Logan. "H-hi." She said, her voice a little louder and squeakier than necessary. WHAT? She was freaked out!

Logan looked around, smiling and saying hello to everyone. There were a few people he didn't know, but he still said hi and introduced himself. Then, he heard a familiar voice and he froze, feeling his heart begin thump loudly against his chest again. He turned to face Ella, his cheeks slightly pink. He opened his mouth to say hello, but nothing came out. What the heck?! ...erm. Okay. That was...weird...

Suddenly, without thinking, he wrapped his arms around Ella, pulling her into a big hug. "I missed you so much Ella!" he said, feeling tears begin to stream down his cheeks. "You h-h-have no id-idea!" he gasped, sniffling and squeezing her tighter. "Y-y-you just...I....you..mean so much to me! I th-thought about you e-every s-s-second of...e...every day!" he said, crying into her shoulder, not caring what the others around them thought.

Ella didn't even notice the pink cheeks, something she would have normally picked up on instantly. She had too much going on inside her head right now, though. She was kind of freaking out internally. And then...Logan was opening his mouth and her eyes grew a little wide when nothing came out. Umm...he was okay, wasn't he?!

Ella was momentarily stunned when Logan pulled her into a hug but then he spoke, and Ella squeezed him tightly. She was completely relieved by what he said. "I missed you too, Logan." He knew that, yeah? And then he was crying, which pretty much broke Ella. The blonde just stood there, squeezing Logan more tightly, trying to comfort him in some small way. It didn't help that she too was getting all emotional now. Tears welling up in her own eyes at what he was saying. It was only now with him here that she realized just how much she'd missed him. "Logan, I-" She went blank, not knowing how to put into words WHAT she felt at that moment. She decided to just let her heart do the talking. "I thought about you too, okay? You mean a lot to me as well and I...I just...I really don't want you to go away for that long again, okay? I can't have anymore people l-leaving me." And with that, Ells was crying too, what a scene they were making. The blonde didn't care though. She had needed Logan and he was back now. It was a BIG deal.

Logan sighed, wondering if they should go somewhere else. That seemed like a good idea, since he wanted to really talk to her in private. He just didn't want anyone else around, this time was only for him and Ella to talk. No one else.

He looked around, and decided to go outside with her. "Come with me." he said, putting his arm around her and walking her outside. Once they were outside, he hugged her again. "I promise I won't leave you." he said. "I seriously did think of you every day." he said. "I sometimes cried myself to sleep too..." he admitted, his voice a little more quiet. "I just...ever since what went on you know...at the platform, I just felt so bad, Ella. I really did. I never got over it. I still really do...love you..." he said, feeling the tears begin to come down his cheeks again.

Ronnie watched Logan and Ella as they left. She walked up to the door to block it in case anyone went out to talk to them or anything. "No one goes out. They need to be alone right now." Ronnie said with a firm nod.

Ella simply nodded when Logan told her to come with him, feeling completely ridiculous for having just burst into tears in front of Ameliah's family and some of their friends. It was...weird, to say the least. Though those who knew what had happened between Ella and Logan wouldn't be too surprised, yeah? The blonde let Logan lead her outside and she did her best to stop crying, rubbing her eyes with the backs of her hands.

She allowed Logan to hug her once again, mostly because she needed the comfort at the moment. She raised her head to look at him when he finally spoke, biting her lip. "Promise properly." She demanded, wriggling out of the hug and holding out her pinky to him. He knew what to do, yeah? "You are my first and best friend, y'know. You can't just...disappear from my life." Ella said, speaking more quietly this time as if that was some big secret. "I hate when people...leave." It made it harder to want to meet new people when the old ones were always abandoning her, not that Logan had been at fault for leaving the way he did. Her eyes grew a bit wide at the thought of him crying himself to sleep, she didn't like that. She leaned in and gave him another squeeze, wishing she had some gummy bears to offer him too. He looked like he needed them. Her stomach kind of fell when he mentioned the platform and she looked away from him, her eyes filling with tears again. She really didn't want to talk about that...

"Y-you...you love me?" The blonde looked up at him in shock, not know exactly what to say or do. "You shouldn't s-say that."

Logan locked pinkies with hers. "I swear on my life I won't leave you." he said firmly with a nod. He smiled as she gave him a hug. "Th-thanks..." he said.

"But it's true. It really is, Ella." he said. "I really do..." he said. And most people would say 'young love' blah blah blah. But he didn't feel like it was. He really liked her.

Ella was relieved that Logan remembered how to properly do a pinky promise, as if being kidnapped by his evil aunt might have changed that. She nodded at what he said, hoping that he didn't break that promise...especially because he swore on his life. That was a SERIOUS promise. She returned his smile with a small one of her own. "Welcome."

The badger stood, kind of stunned by what Logan had just said to her. "How can you be so sure?" People who were in love could hurt each other. Ells didn't like that. "Logan..." Ella said, a small frown on her face. "I don't want to be in love, ever." And she hugged herself. "When you fall in love, it's easier to get hurt." Sheesh. She had only liked Logan before and he really hurt her.

Logan frowned a little, not sure what to say. "I..." he sighed, biting his lip. "Well...whatever makes you happy." he said with a firm little nod. "But we'll always be friends, right?" he asked, looking at her seriously. Because he'd always be her friend no matter what. She was his first best friend and she'd always be.

She'd hurt his feelings, she could tell. When he frowned, she mirrored him almost immediately. Stepping forward, she grabbed his hand with hers and looked up at him, meeting his eyes. "I...it doesn't make me happy." She said quietly, biting her lip. "It's just I...I can't risk doing what my mom did...I don't want to hurt anyone like that ever." He could understand that, couldn't he? Besides, she was only thirteen. This was a lot to process. "And I don't want to get hurt." She whispered this, looking down at her feet. "It's not that I don't still like you...cause I do." Which had been a problem for her, really. Especially after what he did. "And I do love you, as my best friend. Honest." She was looking at him again, this time. "Of course we will, you promised me, remember?" But where exactly did this leave them? Logan loved Ella and she still had feelings for him, but she was scared of those...and she also liked someone else. UGH. CONFUSING >.<

Logan listened as she explained. "Okay. I understand." he said with a little nod. Jeez, he was nodding a lot. He was gonna break his neck at some point if he didn't stop!

"Okay. No matter what happens, I swear we'll always be friends." he said with another firm nod. "I want what's best for our friendship. I don't want a simple crush to ruin anything." he said, looking at her seriously.

Harvey saw her dad laugh as he had called him sir "Sure si.. I mean Ted" he chuckled with her father. Well it felt good to have finally met her father the one she had told him about. "Thank you for inviting me here, its good to meet Ameliah's family" he smiled as he talked to her father.

Just then he heard a noise behind him and saw two familiar people.. one was Ameliah the other was... Logan? Ella's Logan? well she had mentioned Ameliah bringing Logan to stay with her right.. so this must be it then. But why did he feel weird seeing Logan there, he then saw movement from the other side and saw Ella walking toward Logan, she then glanced at him before continuing her walk towards him. He then watched as they hugged each other and then walked out and wondered what they were talking about.

Ella frowned, not sure if he really understood fully or not. "I know I'm being confusing." She said, looking down at her feet again. She was even confusing herself these days. The blonde smiled a bit at what he swore to her, nodding her head seriously. "Always." And there would be NO promise breaking as long as Ella had anything to do with it. Simple crush? But it wasn't that, was it? Not if Logan loved her..."I do too. I just...well what does this mean, then? What are we?" Cause they'd never actually talked about this and Ella needed to know...because maybe it would make things simpler.

Callidora laughed a little. "I get the same idea when she and my sister Hazel get together. Nice little storm of loudness mixed with every other word out of Mum's mouth being 'Reparo'. I swear one day Hazel's counting Ameliah as her honorary sister,"



Eimear gave a short nod to the boy that must've been Logan and waited before he was out of earshot before: "Wow, Am, is that Mr. Vipertooth? Not bad!" She laughed.



Eimear noticed that Ameliah's boyfriend was a-talking away to Ted. "So you must be the famous Harvey Watson? The one Am won't shut up about?" she teased.



Adam opened the door and found his way to the living room. He opened his mouth to say Hi to his sister and her pesky orange-haired Half-Veela friend Eimear when he was distracted by another girl with black hair. "Well, hello, gorgeous, I'm Adam." he said with his usual cocky grin and wink.

Hazel GRINNED. "It's right here!" she whispered excitedly, opening a sliding panel of the wall to reveal sweets of all kinds. "My favorite is Chocolate Frogs! I have them EVERYWHERE!!" 'NOTHER GRIN. "What's your favorite?" Cause odds are, Hazel has it!



"Anytime, Logan!" Ameliah hugged him back and walked in the house with him. She smirked as she saw Logan get emotional about Ella and remembered something he had written to her.... "I figured out I don't want to have a girlfriend anymore. I'm not ready, y'know? Seriously, I'm 12! What kind of 12 year old has a girlfriend?! Not Logan Floyd! That's for sure. 12 is too young of an age...."

"My foot." she muttered as she watched the two go to sort everything out.



Ted laughed, "Well, not much of us left, so you'd better meet who you can!" Where were they, down to four? INCLUDING Ameliah? Lucy and Mathorda better get married and continue the Black/Cypress Legacy! "Though I'm pretty sure honorary family'd count to." he jerked his head in the direction of the others. "There's Eimear, Callidora - er, ASH, - I think Ash's sister Hazel is somewhere... Fergus might be coming and so is Adam."

Ameliah did a little double take when she saw Harvey. "Harvs!" she grinned as she made a quick move to hide the scar on her left cheek with her hair. She could always blame the winds from being out on the broom, right?



Ameliah blushed furiously at Eimear. "Oh, shut up, Trench."

Her blush only depened when A COMPLETE STRANGER came up and flirted with her.... She turned around to find it wasn't a stranger BUT Ash's other brother!

Ameliah tried not to laugh. "Um... Adam? It's um... It's me... um... Ameliah? Frooom like two, three years back?" He probably didn't remember her. That was it... right?

Harvey looked round as a girl came upto him and recognised him instantly though he didnt know this girl was but he guessed that Ameliah talking about him alot since this girl had told him as much "Er .. yeah thats.. thats me. She talks about me that much.. huh? I guess I should have figured as much" he chuckled "Er.. and how do you know Ameliah?" he asked the girl politely



Harvey listened as Ted said that he had better meet all of them as he jerked his head towards a bunch of people as he started naming them all and Harvey nodded even though he had recognised a name and smiled "Callidora's here? erm might I ask how she is related to Ameliah?" he asked cause he had something to tell Callidora about how Ameliah had fooled him and Mins using her name and a disguise. "Well this is a nice family Ted" he said smiling before someone else called out to him he looked round to see Ameliah "Hi Ameliah, how are you?" he asked as he noticed she seemed a little weird as if she were hiding something but he didnt know what.

Eimear laughed. "Aw, does Ickle Ameliah feel somefink fow Logan?" she joked. She laughed even more when Ameliah started to talk to Ameliah, "And look! Here's the Longhorn!"

Adam blushed as he eventually recognized it. THATS when he knew the world was gonna end right here... Adam O'Dare actually BLUSHED. "Uh... sorry 'bout that...." he scruffed his hair nervously. "It's uh... been awhile."



Eimear laughed and ran her fingers through her Veela hair (cleverly hidden with orange hair dye). "Am was right, you do say 'er' a lot! I'm Eimear!" she said brightly, sticking her hand out, "Ameliah's best friend since seven!"

Ameliah ignored Eimear and did her best to try and ignore Adam's now pink cheeks. "It has," she agreed, clearing her throat.



Ted shrugged. "Well, like I said, she's more 'honorary family', not real flesh-and-blood related. She's over there talkin' to Tay's boyfriend." he motioned to the other side of the room where the two were. He grinned. "Yeah, we aren't like normal families, we're a bunch of crazies." he laughed.

"I'm great!" Ameliah hugged Harvey happily. "I'm pretty sure Logan's aunt is clueless that I grabbed him! Untill she finds he's not there...." She pushed the thought from her mind and changed the subject. "So I see you've been getting along with Dad fine? Seeing as you both find amusement in sneaking up on me," she added, remembering when her father had done exactly what Harvey did in the corridor.

Damon laughed, "Well... We luckily have nothing breaking when they get around each other... Just a ton of plotting to break Taylor and I up..." He shook his head, "Really, I have no idea why Am has a problem with us... I mean, she has no real reason to not like us being together."

What were they..? Well, Logan didn't want any dramatic things or whatnot going on between them. And of course, he would always wanna be her friend, crush or not. "We're friends." he said finally with a nod. "And that's totally fine with me, don't worry at all." he said truthfully.

Ronnie's eyes widened at all the candy. OHMIGOSH. Candy all over the plaaace! "My favorite is jellybeans!" she chuckled. "I could live off of 'em. But that'd be unhealthyyy.." she said with a little frown. Stupid healthy foood. She hated vegetables. Bleh!

Adam was thankful she didn't point out the blushing. "I'm going to Hogwarts this year!" he said for change of subject, not wanting things to be akward.



Callidora raised an eyebrow. "She may not be plotting to break you guys up. Maybe she just pranks for the heck of it and you two are just her choice targets." Or she was jealous and liked Damon. But Callidora thougt that unlikely so she didn't say.
