Please, do try not to be afraid-- the home of Lucretia Cypress (now also home to Ameliah and Ted Black as well as Natalie Cypress) is much less scary than it appears. Lucretia has the inside of it decorated quite beautifully, as she enjoys entertaining guests, and does her best to make others feel welcome. Of course, with a house this big, there are indeed many secrets to be revealed... Which may or may not include a boisterous ghost that enjoys a good prank.

Visitors are indeed welcome to take a chance and use the eagle-shaped knocker, so come on in!

Scene One:

Ameliah and her friends are throwing a party to celebrating Logan getting back from his Aunt's house, as well as Ameliah and Lucretia's new house together.

Lucretia smiled. "My pleasure. So is Taylor spending the night here?" she asked out of curiousity.

Ameliah giggled. "They have fake names at school, we've gotten into quite some trouble." she explained to Taylor. "Be-- Eimear was a friend of mine before I went to Hogwarts. She was also orphaned."

Callidora laughed. "I can drink to that! Biggest prat in the morld."
Eimear nodded at what Am said. "We did get into a lot of trouble didn't we? That time you flew into that russian hag's house," she ticked off her fingers, "When Fergus killed that plant by peeing on it, I accidentally stole a car..."

Lucretia smiled. "She wouldn't be a problem, really," she assured. "The house is surely big enough for her, and she might want to help Ameliah do a bit more exploring."
Ameliah laughed. "Oh yeah, I remember all that... And didn't Fergus pants the guy that was yelling at him?"

Eimear laughed. "Oh yeah, he did, didn't he?"
Callidora raised an eyebrow. "So how are you and Fergus Cain doing?" she asked.

Ameliah's face went red. "I keep telling you two, I'm not seven anymore. I'm happy with Harvey, okay?"

Eimear scoffed. "Your still his Bumblebee, Am."

Ameliah's face went a deeper shade of scarlet. Bumblebee had been what Fergus called her when they were younger, and she still blushed when she heard it.

Callidora scowled. "Eimear, you're bothering her. Stop."
"But--"
"Trench, drop it." Callidora snapped, and Eimear obliged. There was a sudden burning in Calli's pocket. "Am, I think that's for you."

Callidora's brow furrowed as she noticed Tay looking uncomfortable. "Don't worry, they have that argument a lot. They'll get over it, trust me, I've spent years with these two-- Am, if you don't pull out the Parchment it's gonna light our jackets on fire."

Am reached into her pocket a bit too quickly, and she pulled out a piece of parchment, throwing it down as it burnt her. "Dammit, I keep forgetting to let it cool.... Kay, lemme see..." She read the slip and clapped excitedly. "Ash, your sister's coming! Aaand... Tay, Aunt wants to know, you wanna sleep over?"

"Great!" Am took out a quill and quickly wrote: Tay said sure and stuffed it in her pocket.

"We have our own communication system," Eimear explained, sure that Tay would be confused, "All our pockets are linked so we can write and answer faster--"
Callidora leaned over a little, staring at the wall behind Eimear. "Trench, move your butt, there's a tunnel behind you." She ran her fingers along the wall to find yet another trick wall section, which opened to a huge tunnel.

"Nice, Ash." Ameliah was grinning. "Tay, feel like a bit more exploring?" She spun around to look at her sister (for she refused to disprove Taylor as family no matter how many different families she went to). Einreal was already up and barking happily, Mel riding on her back.

Eimear grinned. "C'mon then!" She was already halfway down in it, Einreal yipping at her heels.
"I'm sort of a find-it girl, I can find anything, anywhere," Callidora said, grinning. It was her talent, like Am had reflexes, Fergus had strength, and Eimear was extremely persuasive.

Hazel had just went down the slide into Ameliah's hidden room. "Wait for me!" the seven year old said indignatly, standing by Ameliah.
Ameliah grinned as Hazel approached. "'Course, squirt." Hazel was her favorite person ~~besides Harvey~~. "Haze, this is Taylor."
Hazel grinned. "Hey."

As they were nearing the end of the path, Ameliah could see they were underground. "Woah," she said softly as the mouth of the tunnel gave way to a giant stoned area.

Eimear stared, trying to take it all in, but it was too huge. "Dang, you could do a lot here."

Hazel grinned. "NOT IT!" she shouted, and it echoed along the room as she darted off, hidden in shadow.
Ameliah ran off too, not bothering to stay to find who would be "it".

Callidora smiled. "Oh, I guess we're playing tag then. Eimear, you'll be it then," she said, taking a few steps back. "And a reminder, Tay, you do not want to let Hazel tag you. It's almost as bad as when Am hexes you." And without another word, she ran into the shadows.

Feel free to give Tay some action too, there's stuff everywhere

Eimear laughed. "C'mon, guys! Can't see a damn thing!" But just then, she noticed an intricate detail on the floor. "What's this?" she mused.

Ameliah had continued running until she found a wall with a bunch of shelves on it. "Potions!" she muttered, pulling off as many bottles as she coud and stashing them wherever she could fit them. "SUCKERS!" She screamed as she ran again, accidentally dropping a vile. Flames shot up all around, and Ameliah shrieked. But, wait, they seemed to be following along the strange lines on the floor.

Callidora ran straight by Taylor, panting. "Tay, you seen Am? I think she caused the fire over there." She pointed to the corner where Ameliah was with the potions, now ablaze. The fire seemed to stay in that corner.

Hazel darted straight by Call and Taylor. "She did, she's getting out now, don't worry!" This was the most extreme game of tag ever!

Ameliah began to run away from the flames. "Get away from that corner!" she shouted, pulling Tay with her. Once she and Taylor were a safe distance away, Ameliah looked at Tay with disbelief. "What the hell? You don't just run into fire!"

While Am was scolding Taylor, Eimear snuck up on her and tapped her shoulder. "You're it, Trashcan." She ran off, grinning.

Taylor looked at her, "I didnt run into any fire, I only ran to you... close to the fire." She sighed and rolled her eyes.

"EIMEAR!" Ameliah roared as her half-veela friend ran off. She began to chase after Callidora, whom she had just spotted.

Call ran full speed away, almost slamming into the wall...or a painting of a man? She started to walk away when the man's voice boomed around the cave.

"I see you all are enjoying my game room."

Eimear gritted her teeth as she dodged a red light; she had no idea what it was, but it couldn't have been good. "Yeah, loads fun." She pulled Taylor to the ground just as sparks flew from the fire in the corner.

"There are several obstacles and items to be used in this room, to add a bit of excitement to the simple game of tag."
