It is in the all too soon future. Or in our world. Harry and his friends are but 16 and have a big problem. There is a new law that says in every family, only two children are allowed. But Molly and Aurther Weasley have seven! Harry and Hermione is safe, but there are others that aren't. If they don't help the "Shadow Children" as they are called, they might.....no one knows. But they can't let that happen. Because a league of Shadow Children is formed and they will fight for their lives. Harry is still a wizard and so is his friends BUT some of the Shadows are Muggles, so they have to keep that a secret. All of the Shadow Children have aliases and fake I.Ds. They need your help!!

I need a couple of rules here. Some of my other RPs have been abandoned and I don't want this one to end that way. Please follow these rules:

Rule # 1: I need people who are active. Please, post at least ONCE A DAY. If you don't I will have to PM you. I understand that it is a busy season and I too have busy things to do. But please state WHY you have been missing.

That is the only rule and I wish you would obey it. Please and thank you.

"Like what?" Jacob asked. "Like in school, married, kin, what?"

"ANSWER!" the man said. "Do you live with each other?"

"N-n-no!" Jacob studdered. "No, I mean - no, we don't. We are in a relationship."

"I see," the man said, waving his hand and two men, including the James, came in with whips. "Are you telling the truth?"

Hallie turned around and saw the whips her eyes got really big.
"We plan to move in together in the future but currently we dont live together" she said not taking her eyes off the whips.

Jacob nodded. "Yes, yes. We plan to live together....very soon," he said.

"Well," the man said. "That is....not convincing. Once, men." he said, motioning them. They whiped them once, them being a little nice and only giving them minor whip cuts. It still hurt, and the man laughed evily.

Hallie closed her eyes a second before she was whipped and it hurt tears stung at the corner of her eyes but she would not let them fall. She hastenly wiped them off glad they had taken the handcuffs off. She blinked a couple times and looked at Jacob hoping he was okay.

Jacob bit his tongue as the whip came in contact with his stomach. He felt blood in his mouth, realizing he bit his tongue to blood. He kept quiet, wanting to scream at them for hurting Hallie. But that would make them whip them more.

"Anything you need to tell us?" the man said. "Like are you illiegals?" he said, saying the last word minicingly.

"That was rather a quick answer. Once agian, boys." the man said.

Jacob wanted to scream after the whip hit him in the same spot. "Ow," he muttered softly, fingering it. You should've ran when you had the chance. You never listen to me, do you?

"I've had enough, get them out of my face." the man said, stomping through the door. The other officers shoved them into their cell, whiping them one last time for fun. This time, across the chest.

"Ow," Jacob muttered agian.

Hallie grabbed her stomach again as they whipped it once more. She gritted her teeth and was glad when he said to take them away. She walked side by side with Jacob as they got there but the gaurds whipped them once more across her chest. She moved a hand and covered the scrap right below her neck. She said down and leaned her head against the wall. 'stupid stupid stupid' she thought to ehrself.

Good grief, Cole, you should've ran with her. Jacob shuddered, fingering the now deep cut of his stomach and the not so deep cut of his chest. He frowned, sitting beside her. "Everything will be fine," he said, as the lights went out.

Hallie shuttered and finally got the bleeding on her stomach to stop. She stopping the one on her cest as well and looked at him jsut as the lights went out. "Have I said yet I'm not the biggest fan of the dark?" she whispered trying to keep her voice light. She wiped her hand on her jeans and lifted them to her chest before laying her head on her knees.

"Don't worry," Jacob said. "I'm here," he said, taking his shirt off and wrapping it around his stomach. "Need some shirt?" he asked, taking his other shirt off and gave it to Hallie and kissed her lightly.

Harry smiled and got a lollipop for him and her. "OK, I'm ready."

Hallie smiled slightly. He could always make her smile even in the worst of situations. Hallie took his shirt and wrapped it around the two cuts on her stomach she smiled. "Thanks" she whispered and kissed him lightly."we should probably try and get some sort of sleep....I'll sleep on the floor" she said softly.

Hallie smiled slightly and carefully got off the wodden bench and layed beside him laying her arm under her head as a sort of pillow. She yawned slightly. "I love you Jacob" she whispered.

Harry laughed. "Sure," he said, taking her hand.

Jacob smiled. "I love you too," he said, whispering in her ear. He held her closer, yawning a little. He kissed her and looked around a bit and then looked back at her.

Hallie closed her eyes and felt safer in his arms. Her mind didnt seem to want to shut down though and she continued to thik about things finally she was able to fall into a light sleep.

Jacob really didn't sleep. Well, a light sleep where he could hear everything. Finally, someone was banging on the cell bars, handing them two candles, matches, and some stale bread and nasty water. Jacob got up and got them, lighting the candles and sat beside Hallie's sleeping body and ate his bread, and drank a little water.

Hallie blinked slowly and opened her eyes to see candles lit close by. She rolled on her her back considering her stomach was throbbing. She rubbed her eyes and looked at Jacob.
"How long?" she whispered mening how long had she been asleep. She blinked and pulled herself carefully into a sitting position.

"we could knock someone out with this" she said smirking but she continued to eat since she was pretty hungry. She looked at him, and held her arm to her stomach wishing it would stop throbbing. "I shouldnt have spoken so fast" she whispered
