It is in the all too soon future. Or in our world. Harry and his friends are but 16 and have a big problem. There is a new law that says in every family, only two children are allowed. But Molly and Aurther Weasley have seven! Harry and Hermione is safe, but there are others that aren't. If they don't help the "Shadow Children" as they are called, they might.....no one knows. But they can't let that happen. Because a league of Shadow Children is formed and they will fight for their lives. Harry is still a wizard and so is his friends BUT some of the Shadows are Muggles, so they have to keep that a secret. All of the Shadow Children have aliases and fake I.Ds. They need your help!!

I need a couple of rules here. Some of my other RPs have been abandoned and I don't want this one to end that way. Please follow these rules:

Rule # 1: I need people who are active. Please, post at least ONCE A DAY. If you don't I will have to PM you. I understand that it is a busy season and I too have busy things to do. But please state WHY you have been missing.

That is the only rule and I wish you would obey it. Please and thank you.

Hallie smacked her forehead lightly.
'Uhh Jacob my purse has my ID card which is back at the carnival' she whispered to him after standing up adn brushing off her jeans. 'I got my excersise for the day' she thought wryly although she was in deep trouble.

"Oh no," he said. Now is your chance: RUN! The Voice said, naming it Charlie.

"Don't have them, do you?" he asked, putting a walkie talkie to his mouth and saying, "Smith, this is James. I've found two lovebirds with out thier ID cards. Yes, I know they maybe illegals. I will," he said, putting it down and grabbing Jacob harshly, putting handcuffs on his wrists. He done the same to Hallie.

"Don't hurt her!" Jacob said, wishing he listened to 'Charlie'.

Hallie glanced at Jacob , she smirked slightly to tell him she was okay although the handcuffs were slightly cutting into ehr wrists but she gritted her teeth and ytried to ignore it. 'your an idiot' she thought 'no ID card'

Jacob looked at the man, pure hatrid in his eyes. The man, James, was it?, shoved the two into the back of a Population Police van. He chuckled evily as he slammed the door shut. Jacob sat beside Hallie, sliding closer through the dim light that you could barely see through a crack in the side and said, "Just like before."

'What are you talking about?" she asked whispering wishing the Population police officer would drop dead. 'I wonder if he's the nice one' she thought

Hallie turned and looked at him through the dim light. She kissed him softly "we will be okay" she whispered moving her hands over and laying them on his thigh. "I promise"

"I know," Jacob said as the van started to move. He kissed her back, softly on the lips, and forced a smiled. "Hopefully they don't -" he said, then stopped. Beat you? Kill you? 'Charlie' said.

Hallie looked up at him trying to be strong. "dont what?" she whispered wondering how long the trip would last. She wanted out of the handcuffs.

"Nothing," Jacob said, hoping his voice didn't quiver, didn't reveal he was trying not to cry. "How can you be so strong?" he asked, marveling at her.

Hallie bit her lip blinking back the tears threatening to spill over.
"because we cant let them think we are terrified it will only make them think we are illegal third children more" she whispered laying her head on his shoulder gently. "and you are right here" she added

"Oh," Jacob said, as the van stopped. He looked scared, not terrified, and waited for the James.

James stumbled out, opening the van door and shoving the two. "You two are going to a cell for now, then you will be held for questioning," he said, looking at the two. He shoved through the Prison and pushed them into their cell together.

Hallie closed her eyes and opened them instantly hearing the door open. She lifted her head off his shoulder. WHen he threw them in a cell and was about to leave she spoke up.
"Could you please take the handcuffs off now?" she asked trying to be nice.

Jacob examained his wriests. Minor scratches, no big deal. At least to what they are going to be doing.

Hallie smirked as he took them off but her teeth were gritted from pain.
"Thank you" she said rubbing her wrists sitting down. She closed her eyes getting tired of being so strong she needed to cry she hated jail she wasnt going to stay sane. All these thoughts kept going through her mind and she tried to ignore them but they wouldn't go away.

"It's OK," Jacob tried to smiled, kissing her on the forehead. All though he wanted to cry too. He sat beside her and held her. He wished he was back at the carnival. "Maybe Mr. Talbot will come," he said hopefully. Maybe not. Maybe they'll kill you or beat you. Leave you for dead because you were born third.

Hallie looked at him and kissed him carefully tears shimmering in her eyes. "Yeah maybe Mr. Talbot will come" she whispered but who knows how long we will be stuck here" she said whispering the last part to herself.

Jacob smiled sadly at her. He kissed her softly and waited, holding her hand tightly. Then, the guard James came back and shoved them into an interagating room. Jacob huddled closer to Hallie, holding her hand and waiting for the interigating to begin.

Hallie smiled and layed her head closer to him feeling safer with him arund. She squeezed his hand softly her stomach in knots for what was about to happen. Then the gaurd she despised came back and she bit her tongue softly as they were taken to an interregating room. She stayed close to Jacob
