Alex grinned, "Well who likes being grumpy?" She asked him with a smile and she put her arm around him and smiled warmly up at him. She knew that he would stay in bed, "You know before you go to bed, you should make me a list of breakfasts you want, so I can cook them for you." She said smiling. The past few mornings she had been really tired and not wanting to wake up, in fact she had been feeling nauseous as well. Hmm.. perhaps it was all the juggling? "Thank you my Darling, and no you didn't know that when you met me, but you did take the news well." She said with a wink.

She nodded as she relaxed into his embrace, "Yes you make an excellent first impression, looking too cool for school standing in the middle of the train juggling, I think I lost my heart right then." She teased a bit. "Well I am glad I passed the test then! It would have been awful if I had run screaming away when I saw the knife." She said with a giggle, though secretly she had been afraid he was going to use it.

Alex nodded, "Yes I was, and I was also torn,between you and Damon. Although I realized during the Thunderstorm, and our first kiss, that I liked you.. and only you. It was later in the year that I fell in love with you." She smiled, it had been a wonderful year. "The next two years were so hard after you left, I am so glad you kept owling me.." She said with a grin.

"Yes! Right under the Eiffel Tower! It could be small..ish.. Just my family, and yours? What do you say?" She asked him with a giggle. "Yes, and than we can juggle!" She nodded.

Cammy smiled over at her brother and nodded. "No you were silly! Lost a shoe, crawled around looking for it like a dipstick and then were SO close to hitting your head. OH anddd, you just fail. Dont question why." Because she was the better one here, and she actually hadn't got a reason why. But still, he wasn't allowed to question back, or she would... SHE'D CRY! And tell Little Tammy how BAD her daddy was.

"Hi Annie." Cammy gave her a little wave, and patted a seat by her. "I dont bite yano. Company would be nice.."

Cammy giggled then at her niece and nodded. "Good girl. He is silly."

Tammy laughed a little bit and widened her mouth, in mock shock. Just to please the child. "You get to throw flowers? Oh Tiger Tot, that's so good. Have you been practicing then ey? You must be very good at it right?" She giggled a little bit, and walked towards the girl, but didnt go right up. There were quite a few people at that doorway.

"Auntie Reese said Daddy was on the beach? Oh, thats bad of her isn't it?" Gigglesnort

As she had waited for anyone to acknowledge her, Adrienne kept looking around. She knew she heard voices, but with no answer she was starting to think she should keep moving. Especially when someone else joined her and still nothing. But then she heard Miles' voice call out from a couple doors down, and she laughed. Which felt really good, considering she hadn't felt like laughing much since she'd gotten to the beach. and then she saw Torin's head, looking toward them, and she waved as she headed over. Party it seemed to be, really. Awww, and Miles was holding Little Tammy. Or at least she assumed the little girl was, since it had been a few years or so since she'd seen her. "Hey. I figured I'd come check on you. Not like there was a lot for me to talk about out there," she said to Torin, before officially acknowledging everyone else. he knew what was going on with her, even though most other people didn't. She was good at hiding her personal life. Maybe not great, but still good. "Hi." She felt awkward, truly, since she only recognized a handful of people, but at least she didn't quite feel ignored anymore. And she could stop brooding.

Reese shrugged her shoulders. "Sadly, women are always the one's that have to change their surname. It's like a rule," she said. "And, thanks." Looking up at the sky, she squinted her eyes before opening her purse again and pulling out a pair of sunglasses. It was amazing how bright the sun was! She placed the sunglasses on her face, and then she looked back at Emiliano.

"Definitely!" She exclaimed. "Jack is here somewhere. Maybe after the ceremony, we can get together and figure out a day we can have dinner together." Oh, that would be wonderful! Having dinner with the Saenz's sounded like fun.

She twirled the end of her hair around her finger as she looked towards the ocean. "So, what have you been up to lately? How's work?" She asked.

Phoebe was in the bathroom, looking at her reflection in the mirror and fixing her hair. That was until she heard her granddaughter's voice. She turned around and headed out of the bathroom and into the room where this group of people have formed. "Hello everyone," she directed her greeting to everyone in the room. Her eyes landed on the Tammy, who was in this boy's (Miles) hands. "Hey Tammy," she greeted her granddaughter.

Tammy Kane was the CUTEST granddaughter in the world. She probably made other granddaughters jealous!

Chris laughed and pulled her a little closer to him. "And that just seems like I'm forcing you to make breakfast for me..." he said with a chuckle. "And I would hate to force you to do anything," he said, kissing her on the forehead. "And, breakfasts recently have turned more into lunch anyway... everything okay?" he asked her, looking over at her face.

"Well?" he asked with a laugh. "More like my eyes bugged out of my head," he said with a wry smile. "But it all made sense in the end," he added. For the most part, he had just been surprised that a half-Veela- who could have had any man- had chosen to like him. It had all just seemed surreal.

"I hoped we found it again- was it among the balls I was juggling?" he asked, referring to her heart. "Well, you know, I try," he said with a grin as he thought about his time on the train. However, his grin transformed into a wide smile as he thought about their Thunderstorm. "Yes, that Thunderstorm was a clincher for me as well," he said quietly. He laughed. "Well, you still had my sister- I'm sure she drove you crazy!" he said with a laugh.

"I like that," he said quietly, thinking about the location. "It would be perfect," he added, his smile widening.

Miles smiled and looked at Tammy with a grin, "Well we wouldn't want to make mummy even more stressed now would we?" Giving her a wink he looked behind him as everyone started arriving and then nodded toward Torin. "Thanks, I'll have her ready to go in a jiff." Or...well something like that.

Miles looked over her his shoulder as Tammy squealed and chuckled, "You can go play with your Auntie's after I get you all cleaned up. How about that?" Smiling he led her into the room and to the bar. Well since the bathroom was occupied this would have to do. Pulling the towel off it's rack he turned on the sink and smiled, "So...how did we get so messy," he teased tweaking her nose slightly. Handing her the towel he smiled, "This is for your hands sweetheart and..." He pulled out his wand and watched as the stains disappeared. "Voila. Good as new."

Cue another eye roll at his sister. "You are going to turn hr against me." Okay, so that wasn't true because Tammy loved him very much; he was her daddy. "And I did not almost hit my head." Okay, that wasn't true either. But he wasn't going to admit that. Because he wasn't stupid.

He then turned his gaze to Ad and smiled at her as she approached. "Hey, Ad! You look great." It was great to see her again. He hadn't seen her since Tammy was about a year old. "You remember my daughter?"

And now Miles was taking Tammy off to the bar to clean her. He headed inside and smiled at his mum. He had wondered where she was. "She must like you a lot, Miles. She hates being cleaned." Yet Tammy was barerly fidgeting. Just like when he and Brody cleaned her.

Tammy giggled. She loved her Aunties.

She kept clapping with Auntie Tammy as she chanted, "Daddy is silly! Daddy is silly!"

And then another woman came. "Hi!! I'm Tammy." She grinned at her. But then she was being taken inside by Miles and put on the bar. She whimpered and squirmed a bit as he cleaned her hands. She didn't like being cleaned at all. "I fell in the hallway when I was running after Auntie Reese. I fell on my chocolate." Now she wanted more chocolate. She could ask mummy for some.

And then she saw grandma. "GRANNY!!" She held out her hands from the bar, wanting her granny to take her in her arms. She loved her granny.

Miles nodded as Torin spoke and smiled at Tammy, "I have a knack for kids and it helps that I act like a big one a lot of times." He grinned and pulled another galleon out from his pocket now that Tammy was cleaned, "Alright...like I promised little one."

"Ahh so it's Reese's fault not yours. Explains a lot." He grinned again and held out the coin for her. "So here's what you do. You take a coin...doesn't matter what kind but I only happen to have Galleon's on me." He held it in his palm and closed his fingers, "You hide it so no one knows you have it..." Lifting his hand he raised it behind her ear and pulled the coin out. "And just slip your hand behind their ear and hold out the coin for all to see. Pretty simple really." He smiled and lifted Tammy up and set her back on the ground, handing her the coin. "Go show your Grandma what I showed you."

Walking over to Torin he smiled, "She's a sweetheart. You're lucky."

"Auntie Reese is mean!" She nodded. Even though she really did love Auntie Reese. She was nice even though she and daddy argued a lot.

But that didn't really matter now, because Miles was showing her how to do the trick. She watched him as he pulled the galleon from behind his ears, and clapped excitedly. "That's so cool!"

She happily took the coin from him and ran off to see her grandma.

"Granny!! I have something to show you!" She was gonna be so proud. And then she would show mummy.

He smiled as he watched Miles and Tammy. She really did seem to love the magic trick a lot. And she would definitely be showing it off to Brody.

"I know I'm lucky. And she's going to want to learn more magic now." Hopefully Miles knew a few more tricks. "So have you ever thought of having kids?" Hopefully that wasn't a sore question. Some people got sensitive over things like that. But Miles did seem to love them.

Fia looked up to Torin and grinned. Perhaps she spoke a little more than she needed too but..."I cannot reveal my source but just take it from me, I've known about it for years." It was true, Miles told her back when they were at Hogwarts about Brody's love, granted it was for the soul purpose to show that her heart belonged elsewhere...but...yeah.

"But yes, thank you for the invitation. You both have picked a very beautiful place." Okay. Too many people in the room and Miles seemed to wander off with Torin's little girl to clean her. Seeing him with a little child and taking care of them was something new, something she'd never paid attention to before. Maybe while they were here for a week, they could make time to discuss having children at some point.

As everyone was crowding around the groom, Fia slipped towards the wall closest to the door and stood around. She knew what it was like with so many people wanting to talk to the groom and/or bride to be.

Eh?

Wrong door, right? He should have known. Fyo rolled his eyes, straightened up, and FINALLY went over to where the people were. "Hi," he said. No time for distributing hugs. "You fine, Tor?"

Of COURSE he was. It wasn't like Torin would be nervous. This was Brody Summer. BRODY Summers. Whoa ... were those two really getting married? Fyo found it a leetle hard to believe. Those days when the three of them had been together... That was the life, seriously.

Then there was Tammy and --- wait, TammyBearie! "Bearie!" Fyo laughed out loud.

Miles watched as Tammy bounced off to show her grandma the new trick she learned with a warm smile. Hearing Torin he turned his attention toward him and laughed, "Well I can teach her some more if she needs me too. Then she'll start calling me Uncle Miles." He laughed and hearing his question glanced at Fia.

"Well...yes but we've been busy." For eight years. Well...they had been really. "I love Fia but she doesn't seem to enthused about kids and...I don't want to pressure her. One thing at a time mate," he said with a smirk. "We've been married for 8 years now and we're still young. In due time I'm sure we will." He looked over at Fia and smiled, "And she'll make a wonderful mum."

Fia watched Miles from where she stood, her eyes never leaving him. She loved him dearly and out of eight years, they were still as close as they were the day they both said 'I do'. There was a part of her that wanted to walk over to where he was but she knew that Torin and Miles were friends and didn't want to interrupt. She knew most of the people here and yet, after all these years, she was quiet and didn't speak up.

Waving at Little Tammy as the girl said hi to her, and giving her a smile, Adrienne stepped further into the group as Torin spoke to her. She wasn't about to interrupt Miles with Little Tammy, and Fia was simply watching Miles, so she may as well just speak to Torin. When he was done talking to the dozen other people in the room. Grinning up at him, she went straight into her old habit of teasing. Torin pretty much always had made her feel better about things. "You look tall. I mean, you look great too, but tall," she said facetiously as she smoothed down the skirt of her dress. "But maybe that's just because I'm not wearing heels around you for once. You always did kind of dwarf me, even in heels." She wasn't stupid enough to wear ridicuously high heels, which would still probably not get her anywhere close to Torin's height. It was much easier just sticking to using heels to get to Phoebus' height. Which conveniently also made her just about as tall as Riley, and she still liked having an advantage over her twin.

"Of course I remember your daughter," she added with another brief glance at Little Tammy, who by now had been cleaned up and was apparently going from Miles to her grandmother. "She's a lot bigger than the last time I saw her, but she's still so you. I don't think anyone could mistake her for not your daughter."

Alex grinned as Chris spoke, "No, not forcing me. I enjoy making breakfast for you! Hmm, perhaps I could lay out a menu for you or something and you can pick out what you want to eat the night before?" She said with a giggle. "That is very true, I am going to start making you sandwiches Mister!" She said with a wide smile. Truth was, she loved doing that for him. She shrugged at his question, "Umm, lately I haven't been feeling to good in the morning, I think I might visit the family doctor soon." She said softly, she hadn't wanted him to know.

Alex nodded laughing a bit, he had had a funny reaction to her news. "Yeah, and if you mouth had gotten any wider, you would have been able to catch bugs with it!" She said giggling. "Yes it did.. I am glad you accepted my affections and didn't think you weren't good enough for me or something like that." She said with a wink.

"Yes, I am pretty sure it was in with the balls you were juggling, perhaps that is what hit me, when you lost concentration and dropped them all?" She wondered out loud. She giggled more. "I know you try, and you trying is soo cute." She said softly as she leaned up to kiss him. His next words made her smile, the Thunderstorm.. "Me as well, that was our first kiss.. I thought I had died and gone to heaven when that happened." It was true, she had never felt anything like Chris's lips on hers, and now even ten years later.. she still felt that same rush when he kissed her. "Yes, she did drive me crazy,, but it was worth it." She said with a grin.

"Good! I am so glad you do!!" Alex said smiling as she stopped and put her arms around Chris and looked out at the waves, "I can't wait to marry you." She said softly.

Cammy frowned at her brother a little bit, and rolled her eyes. "You did." She huffed a little bit, and stood up, walking -- or dancing, her way over to the mirror checking over her curled brown locks. They looked presentable for now. Extremely presentable for now.

Tammy smiled at Fyo a big bit, and kinda pounced on him; through people. And chuckled as she hugged him. "I've misseddd youuu Fyodorus. Princess has been FREAKING!"

So had she, but Fyo would already know that.

He heard Fia speak, and raised his brow. He had almost forgot that she was there because she was so quiet and away from everyone else. Maybe she just wasn't in that much of a celebratory mood. "You have? And here I thought only Tammy and Fyo knew." Oh well. "Glad you like it here. Brody adores the Caribbean." So how could they not get married here?

He nodded at her husband as he spoke by him. "Yep, teach her more. 'cause she will want to know. And show it off to her mummy." Tammy loved showing him and Brody what she could do. Drawings and paintings and whatever else.

"I hear you. It is always best to wait. I know that now." They had been young when Tammy was born. And so busy looking after her. Why they waited to get married.

He turned his gaze to his Best Man. "I'm so nervous. This is the biggest commitment I've ever had to make." GAH! Not that he didn't want to do this. He wanted to a lot. But still. It was a big commitment to make in doing this. Naturally he was scared.

He frowned at his sister and best friend. "I may be scared. But I'm not freaking. And I'm not silly." If he had been either of the two, he would have tried to escape out the bathroom window by now.

But Ad's comment made him forget that he was irritated with Cammy. "You look short. It's odd seeing you without heels." Though he totally got why she didn't choose to wear them. They wouldn't be very comfortable on the beach, he figured.

He smiled. "Yeah, she's growing like crazy. I can't believe she's already 4." Time went by so fast. It seemed like yesterday she was only a baby. "She's unlucky in looking like me instead of her mother." Because Brody was gorgeous.

"Well as long as you enjoy it..." he said softly, leaning in to nuzzle her neck with his nose and lips. He chuckled at the image. "You and me, curled up under the covers, laying a menu out on the sheets... I don't think I'll be able to concentrate!" he said with a laugh. He nodded and made a satisfied humming sound as she mentioned sandwiches. He glanced down at her as she explained her mornings. "Well, maybe we should stop staying up so late- you're more of a morning person and sleeping in probably hasn't been good for your system," he said with a smile. "We'll keep an eye on it- and hopefully you'll feel better," he said, pulling her over and wrapping his arms so that his hands rested on her stomach.

"Bugs would not have tasted very well," he said, making a face as he spun her out of his arms. He didn't comment on her next statement. That's exactly how he had felt at first, but it had faded as time went on. Now, there were no doubts in his mind.

Chris laughed as he thought back to that first day. It had set the tone for his whole year- and a wonderful year it had been. "Ahh... our first kiss," he said with a smile. "I think I remember how that went," he said, turning her to face him. "We were sitting on the flagstone, you had curled up in my arms... I cupped your face like this, and told you not to be afraid..." he began, smiling at her. "I can't wait to marry you either," he replied softly.

While Torin spoke with everyone else, Adrienne took the time to simply look around the room. A little at all the people in the room, but mostly just the room. Her own room was somewhere in the hotel, but she hadn't really spent a lot of time in it since being there alone only reminded her of her current irritation, and that she wished Phoebus would have gotten over it and just come with her. So most of the time in her room had been when she was asleep, and she hadn't really explored what the rooms actually looked like. Pretty, although it was way prettier outside.

But then Torin had spoken to her, and she turned back to look at him, rolling her eyes at his comment. "I'm not short. Or, at least I'm not any shorter than I was when we were in school," she pointed out, still a little sensitive about people joking about her being tiny. She was normal, or at least she saw herself as such. Her height definitely was. "But yeah, I figured these were more appropriate for dealing with the sand and everything. Trust me, I still wear heels a lot." And then he was talking about Little Tammy, and she smiled at the expression on his face. It was really nice seeing him this way, as a parent and all. "Time flies. And she's beautiful, really. Don't sell yourself short, Torin Kane," she said, tone only half-serious as she leaned over and poked him in the side. She meant what she said, too, even though she was well aware of his opinion of Brody. The advantage to having been in his head so many times, even if she hadn't seen him for a few years. Things like that didn't change.

"Oh I do.." Alex said softly as she let out almost a soft coo as she felt him nuzzle her neck. That action always made her bones feel like water. He knew exactly how to melt her down. "Well, we could always attempt to lay out a menu.. it might not always work." She winked up at him with a laugh.

She nodded as he spoke, "Perhaps, I will start going to bed earlier, and if it doesn't get any better, we shall visit the doctor soon okay?" She asked him. She had been worried, but then again... she should be fine right?

"Well no, but at least bugs are better than Warren's cooking." She teased a bit. Warren couldn't cook and the last time he attempted he dang near poisoned them all. "Although I could have sworn he fed us bugs."

Alex smiled as Chris cupped her face, "That was exactly how it happened.." She closed her eyes, just remembering. The Mufflato charm hadn't worked to well and a loud clap of thunder had sent her scrambling for his lap, and that was when it had happened.. She never looked at thunderstorms the same way again. "I sometimes wish I could go back and relive that moment." She said slightly wistfully. "It should be soon." She said nodding as she leaned her head on his chest.

He laughed in agreement as she mentioned it not working. "We shall have to see- you've always been very distracting," he said with a grin. As she mentioned going to bed earlier, he nodded. "We shall make it a plan," he said with a smile. He kissed her once more and brought his free hand down to trail it gently across her stomach. "No more problems for you," he said with a reassuring smile.

He laughed as she mentioned Warren's cooking. It hadn't been as bad as she said- but it wasn't his favorite meal of all times. "That was just the effect of how it was cooked- they weren't actually wings," he told her with a laugh. "And I'm sure bugs are quite tasty if they are prepared the right way," he added, just to see what her face would be.

He chuckled as she mentioned their Thunderstorm again. "I think I remember how that kiss went," he continued. "Your face was so close to mine, our noses almost touching..." he trailed off as he brought his face down to her level. "And then we simultaneously leaned in to..." and then closed the small distance to kiss her softly on the lips- just like their first night. "I relive that moment any time I'm with you," he said with a warm smile. "Or, whenever I hear a roll of thunder!" he added with a laugh. Thunderstorms were their favorite type of weather now- and every storm they would run out to play around in the rain- at least until the storm got too close. And then, they went under the covered balcony of their home to curl up with icecream and popcorn once more.

Alex grinned a bit as Chris spoke, "Well I do have that talent." She said with a wink, sometimes she wondered how he got anything done. Or her for that matter as he himself was distracting as well. "I sometimes wonder how we both passed our year at Hogwarts." She grinned and then smiled. "Good, I think perhaps I am just tired that is all." She said smiling, as she felt his hand move across her stomach. "No, no more problems." She said grinning.

"Are you sure they weren't actually wings, they sure tasted like it!" She said with a laugh. So perhaps she had been exaggerating a little.. but not much.. Really it had been pretty gross. She made a face at his next words but then pondered it for awhile. "I hear Chocolate covered ants are quite tasty." She said with a smile.

Alex smiled as Chris reenacted their first kiss. It had been exactly as he said, she had looked up and his face had been so close to hers, and then they had both leaned in..andd... Ahhh.. She kissed him back softly and smiled. "As do I!" She said with a soft smile. She would pray for thunderstorms now, seeing as it made her remember that night. One of them would hear thunder, and the other would race out the door, smiling up at the sky. She had thanked the thunder several times since that night. "I wonder when the next storm will be?" She wondered out loud..

"Perhaps it will rain at our wedding?" She mused softly. That would be totally awesome.

Warren reached back to where Alex and OO Chris was here now! He went over and smiled. ''Chris! nice to see you buddy! hows things?'' he asked, he remembered his first time meeting him at Hogwarts.. oh the fun!
Soon after he returned to his sister.. an old man started to follow him.. it was rather strange and disturbing.. But wait!

IT WAS TORINS GRANDAD!!

Max followed the lad and found another group of people, he walked right up to them taking his time with his walking stick and stood in the middle looking at them.. He had forgotten his slippers in Brody's room and he had also wet himself twice.. He hadn't really realised what was going on.. he was old! he faced Alex and thought she was the nurse who looked after him at the care home he ran away from. ''Oh good Merlin.. its you! Ethel the nurse! How many more times do i have to tell you to leave me alone!! i shouldn't be in this home!!'' Max said groaning.. he looked around at Warren and Chris and glared.. tilting his head from left to right.. he stayed there staring..

Chris laughed and hugged her to his chest once more. "That you do, my darling- but it brightens my day as well," he added with a smile. As she asked about them passing, he laughed. "With magic, of course! And LOTS of coffee..." he said with a chuckle. He nodded as she mentioned being tired. "We'll sleep well tonight," he said with a smile.

"How would you know that? Have you eaten wings before?" he asked with raised eyebrows. He laughed at her next statement. "Well, maybe I'll ask for them for breakfast one morning," he teased with a wide grin.

He laughed after their kiss. Their relationship was actually quite amazing- they had been through a lot, and had come out together through it all. And- were engaged. Especially since Alex's fear of thunder had been cured after that night. His fear of heights wasn't even that bad after that night- since they had been on a balcony (at least that's how I imagine it). It was better- but not as cured as Alex's fear was. Amazing how love can change a person.

"We should find out," Chris said with a grin. "Its been awhile- I'm sure we have one on the way," he said with a quick glance up at the sky. He laughed as she mentioned it raining at their wedding. "Well, we might have to keep your dress in mind- but I think that would be quite appropriate," he said, touching his nose to her own before kissing her once more.

Chris pulled away from their kiss as he heard Warrne's voice. "WAZ!" he called with a grin. "I was wondering when I was going to see your familiar face," he said with a laugh as he extended his hand toward his almost-brother. "Things are good, we were just discussing our wedding," he said with a smile toward Alex. "I hope you'll be able to make it?" Their relationship had been an interesting, yet good one, since their years at Hogwarts. The occasional prank here and there, but always in a laughing manner.

As an elderly man joined them, Chris looked down at him in surprise. "I'm sorry sir, can we help you?" he asked, not rudely. The man looked slightly familiar, but he didn't know many people at the party so its not like he knew him personally.

Alex sighed a bit as Waz joined them, Leave it him to ruin their moment.. He did it often, and she wondered if he did it on purpose, or just couldn't read the moment? Oh well.. Anyways.."Hey Wazzy, How are you doing?" She asked smiling at his nickname, Yup she had come up with that awhile ago and it had stuck.. "Yes, please come to our wedding." She said nodding as she slipped an arm around Chris..

She looked at the old man whom approached them. "I am not Ethel, I am Alex.. a friend of Torin's." She said eyeing the older man who had come after them.. Goodness was he alright?
