He looked at Adi once more, “Yeah they are. Been doing them since I was eight because of my dad living in Australia, so you get use to them after awhile.” Still hated them and would rather travel in different ways, but it was the best way to Australia.
Standing near Emmy and Cinna he watched them look at the view. Chicks, that’s all they were here for, pretty things. His eyes scanned around, hmmm he could use some of the plants. Were they allowed to pick them or was he going to have to do a midnight run to gather his things. He could do either, that wouldn’t be too hard. Though he did eye the pulling his girlfriend was doing to her friend and just kind of ignored it. Cinna did what she wanted and he just didn’t question it.
His eyes scanning the area, were they leaving anytime soon or was the trip going to be just right here? He could really start picking some of the plants if it was. Hey there was Cutty, he got a nod and a welcome over if he wanted look. The trip might have just gotten better with Cutty added to the mix.

Kate just thought she was the coolest person in the world right about now. She wasn't, and she knew that, but just feeling like you were super cool was awesome enough. She was on the brink of turning thirteen, was just about to enter her second year, and was going on a field trip without her parents for the very first time ever.
She did a little inner squeal of excitement.
Now, if she had more friends to hang out with, that would make this trip all the more cooler. She'd met loads of friends during the start of her first year, but once things had started to get intense with classes and homework, she'd been all work and no play. She should really do something about that this upcoming school year.
Emmylou jumped when she felt someone hug her from behind, she looked to see who it was. Kace. She gave him a small smiled. She was still jumpy from reasons that he knew but it couldn't have slipped his mind a bit but that wasn't something that was going to slip her mind anytime soon and she was sure that that Kace must know that. "Hey Kace." She nodded. "I didn't have anyone I knew to go through the portkey with so I picked a random group." She didn't want to but she did. She looked up at Kace. "You don't have to apologize." She really didn't know what to make about what Cinna had even said to him, Emmy rested her head on his arm. She had more important things on her mind other than Cinna thinking Kace was in the wrong with him saying 'hi' to Puck first. She really didn't care but it didn't mean that it didn't hurt just a teeny tiny bit but it wouldn't hurt at all if it wasn't brought up at all.
Emmylou felt Kace squeeze her hand a bit. She knew what he was trying to say, she trusted him. He didn't need to do that but she was glad he did.
Kace felt Emmy jump and he knew why. He hated that she had to be scared like this but he hugged her even tighter. "Heyy Emms.." he greeted her back with. "Awww Emms I am sorry. I mean I should have flagged you down and you should have came with my group. I thought you were in the group with Cinna and Bart?" he thought and asked her just to be sure. He didn't have to apologize but he felt he needed to. He knew something was wrong, he didn't know exactly what was wrong but he had a feeling. He could read Emmy like a book. I mean they have been dating for like 3 years now. He needed to have picked up something.
He smiled and he was glad Emmy liked his type of affection. "So what do you think of the tour guide so far?" he asked to keep the conversation going. "Also remind me to have a talk with Cinna later.." he muttered lowly. "She shouldn't have planted those thoughts in your head.." he got an insiders scoop from someone he didn't want to say.

............. oooh nice surprises! The tour guide was hot! SIGH .TOO BAD she had a boyfriend that she was devoted to and everything. Mhmm. Speaking of.... wheeeere had he got to?
OOOOOMPH!
HOLY.
FREAKING.
MERLIN!
Portkeys were freaking stupid and Grayson was gonna add them to the extremely long list of things that he did NOT like. The dizzy feeling? The disorientated feeling? Landing on his sweet BOTTOM?! Not welcome, thank you very much. The seventeen year old groaaaaaaned as he scrambled to his feet and rubbed his bottom, casting a dirty look over at the Portkey. Psh. Rude thing. He was definitely opting for other methods of transportation.
And who was this guy?
Still rubbing his behind, the boy raised an eyebrow at the man's accent. Jeez, that was gonna be hard to understand. He looked around to see if anyone else had gotten the gist of what was being said because he surely didn't. The only thing he got were the words 'Scott Maclaren' and 'Tour Guide'. He wasn't warning them about anything, was he? Because Grayson didn't have the time or the patience to be dealing with freaking weird creatures that were gonna attack his beautiful face.
Also. Mr Kitridge? 'Super' excited was a bit of an exaggeration, no?
Were they told to do anything? No? Good because he was gonna go and stand by Ruby over there and score some sympathy points. Or, you know, tell her that he was hurt but say that he was battling through it BECAUSE HE WAS A STRONG MANLY MAN. Once he was close enough, he gave her a small nudge on her side and then a wink in greeting. Hey girlfriend.

The thing about Paris was that he WAS Scottish and spoke with a thick Scottish accent himself, so the one of their tour guides didn't bother him in the slightest. If anything it made him feel even more at home.
But that portkey was another story. He was still a little dizzy from the travel. They weren't going to do any walking just yet, right? The rising sixth year would need a moment.

Noticing red hair on the ground he looked closer, "You alright Brynny?" He had done the portkey thing many times to Australia and back so it wasn't anything new, but Brynny never seemed to go anywhere, maybe he could take her with him next time he visited family in Sydney. That could be fun.
Watching the rest of the group show their attention to the tour guide what's his name, he decided he could listen too. For a little bit at least.
Still trying to get her bearings, Brynn looked up as she heard her name and managed a weak smile. "I'm okay, I think," she nodded slowly as she brushed herself off. She had hoped no one had noticed her less than graceful landing, but she supposed that was unlikely when she had fallen to the ground. But at least Bart wasn't laughing at her or anything.
"First time by portkey and all," she chuckled it off. "Do you always get that sick feeling?" She made a slight grimace at the queasiness in her stomach. And she was pretty sure she heard the distant sounds of someone puking. Gross. Not to mention the sound made her even more acutely aware of how sick she was feeling. She'd better not throw up.
Brynn took a few deep calming breaths through her nose to try to clear away the nausea and she looked up at the tour guide, vaguely wondering what they'd be doing. Noticing Bart's girlfriend headed his way, she gave Cinna a small smile before glancing around for Josie. She had gotten the idea that Cinna didn't like her all that much and probably no one wanted her hanging around like a third wheel anyway. Hey, there was Josie.. holding Ethan's hand. Oh.

She wasn’t entirely sure if it would be wise to try to get up immediately. Her backpack would make it harder for her to get up, and she was feeling nauseous, so it might be better to just wait a moment.
Rolling on to her side, Penelope twisted around into a position where she could sit up. Ugh, now the nausea was worse. She was trying not to vomit. It looked like Professor Flamsteed was vomiting into the bushes. So far she hadn’t vomited yet, but Professor Flamsteed vomiting in the bush wasn’t exactly making her feel better. If anything, it just made her feel worse. However, she wasn’t vomiting yet, and she was hoping that she wouldn’t have to join Professor Flamsteed by the bushes.
Sigh. Brynn hoped that the trip here wasn't any indication of the way this whole field trip was going to go. She had already fallen in front of everyone - even if she hadn't been the only one and even if she had caught herself with her hands instead of her face. And she was feeling that portkey sickness she had heard about, not to mention her anxiety and odd man out feeling nagging at the back of her mind. Maybe this trip was a bad idea.
Noticing another figure on the ground, Brynn turned her full attention on the girl, realizing she was a fellow Ravenclaw. And she looked like she felt worse than Brynn did. The nearly 15 year old took a seat on the ground next to Penelope and tilted her head to look at her. "Hey.. you doing okay?" Maybe, maybe not.. but at least she wasn't alone in the feeling?

Penelope wasn’t feeling much better, but she was fairly sure that she wasn’t actually going to vomit. She was just going to sit here for a bit if they weren’t going anywhere. Hearing someone speak to her, Penelope looked over at the girl who had spoken to her. Ravenclaw, older than her, probably a fifth or sixth year, name unknown, or at least Penelope couldn’t remember the girl’s name. Was she supposed to know who the older Ravenclaw girl was? It could be hard to tell the difference between housemates you had only seen around the common room or in classes or at meals and people who you had properly met before and were expected to remember. Either way, Penelope wasn’t good at remembering names. Back to the question that the girl had asked. Was she okay? Penelope wasn’t sure if she was okay. ”Maybe? Not really. I think I’ll be okay.” She was going to sit here until she felt a little better. ”Are you okay?” Penelope still had no idea who the older Ravenclaw girl was, but she was going to hold off on asking who she was in case it was someone who she was supposed to know. It was annoying to not remember people’s names. Everyone should just wear name tags with their name, year, and house on them. That would make it much easier to remember names because you wouldn’t have to remember them.
You could not possibly expect Leah to land perfectly on both feet after the Portkey ride. She did land on her feet, but failed to keep her balance for long before she fell onto the ground with her hands stretched out just in time. That was pretty good actually, as she did not start throwing up... like Professor Flamsteed. Looking around to check on other people who might need help, she quikly noticed Angel shaking uncontrollably.
"Hey Angel," she said when she reached her best friend. "Are you okay? Oh no, you are not." The Fifth Year answered her own question. Leah hugged Angel and patted her back to make her feel better. Hopefully she was doing the right thing.
Angel suddenly heard her sister speaking but before she could do anything her best friend was hugging her and making her feel a little better. "Thanks." Angel sighed, seriously she didn't have to do anything much right at the minute she was still trying to figure out if she was alive somewhere or if she was daydreaming that experience was strange.
"We aren't going through one of them anytime soon right?" Angel shivered as she asked Leah, as she clung to Leah's side whilst she hugged her that was okay right?

He should have known Adi was a mighty joker. "Ha..ha..funny.."he muttered, absentmindedly looking back again to see if Leah had joined their group. At the corner of his eye, he saw poor Mr.Flamsteed emptying his contents by the bushes.Urgh...he hoped Mr.Flamsteed was feeling better.
Henric nodded to Adi and picked up his duffle bag that was lying on the ground so they could rejoin the group. As he was walking towards the others,he took in the sceneric view of Scotland's highlands while breathing in the cool fresh air. He hoped they would start exploring first, but he needed to change or he could get the nasty flu bug.The weather was chilly, considering it was the start of the summer season.
Henric didn't mean to call Mr.Scott by the nickname. He was just following what the others wanted to call the tour guide as a form of a friendly gesture.Besides, he really liked to call him Mr.Scotty. It just fits with the whole Scottish theme. He wondered if he wore the quilt and carried a bagpipe too,he chuckled at the thought of it.Now..that was a sight to see.
"Or maybe a castle? I always want to see one of those! I hope it's nearby, my pants is getting soggy from that mud fall," Henric said to Adi, trying to adjust his jeans.NOT...a comfortable feeling.
Henric didn't want to get the mud off just then? "Alrightey, mud boy.'' Hehe. Poor Henric must be so tired of Adi already "Oh yeah! We are! Best watch out for that lion standing next to you. He looks hungry.'' Of course there was no Lion there. Anyway, Adi wanted to see some creatures. Magical or mundane Adi didn't care. Would there happen to be any Hippogriffs around here, anyway?
Adi laughed at Henric's reaction. "You're gonna get a whole lot more of that from me,'' he warned. Actually he could see Leah off with Angel so Henric could relax. "She might notice your mud covered back though.''
The two Hufflepuffs walked together to re-join the group. A castle? "We live in one throughout the school year, mud boy.'' Had the tumble Henric had taken earlier messed wt his head? Or maybe he was just super excited about the whole trip. Yep, Adi would go with that latter idea. He sniggered. "It makes you seem as though you had an accident.'' He left it at that. His friend could figure out what he meant.

Henric just rolled his eyes when the prefect called him mud boy.Its going to be a great school year when Adi's around to constantly teased him.*Note the sarcasm* "Yeah right...a lion,pfft...there is no lion in Scotland,I'm not listening to you...lalaala,"Henric put his hands over his ears and sang.He took a peek sideways, just in case another animal suddenly pop out of nowhere or worst, looking absolutely ridiculous towards his crush.
Henric looked at Adi for a moment in confusion.Didn't he know about the castles surrounding the area? Scotland was full of them. Adi made him sound like he had never seen a castle before.(haha!)
"What I meant to say is, its not just Hogwarts castle, its the other castles I'm talking about, the ones that muggles made a thousand years ago! Have you not read or watch documentaries on television?"he asked Adi. Henric didn't know if Adi was raised by a muggle before so he could be sprouting nonsense to him.
"I do not have an accident!"he blurted out but soon realised he was being looked at weirdly. His ears reddened,"Its only mud..people..mud..." Henric frowned at Adi for the second time in a row for not disclosing the matter(.)
Henric quickly glanced back at Leah who he finally spotted her among the group,he really hoped she didn't hear that. That was certainly embarrassing.

The portkey hadn't been any worse or better then the portkey before. It was still a little unnerving and weird yet he still managed to not to completely fall to his knees upon trying to land with his feet on the ground. As he caught his bearings, Benny could vaguely see not all of the travelers had that luck, including the quick form of a certain lion head of house.
Poor Flamsteed.
The Gryffindor listened as Thompson explained they would be waiting for a guide to lead them further along. Waiting was fine at the moment and he got the opinion the group wouldn't mind either. Portkey travel needed some time after it to recoup. Soon enough though a Scottish brogue was heard, introducing himself to the scattered leaders and students.
Benny for his part, wandered through the assorted forms, soon enough finding Angel and Adi among them. With his girlfriend currently having a moment with one of her girlfriends, he took the chance to come up beside the Hufflepuff as he and a housemate of his rejoined the main gathering. "Hey..."
The little lass (Amur) wanted to be giving him nicknames already? Speedy bunch weren't they? "Aye, y'could. But it'd cost ye a galleon extra." He informed with a charming smile and a wink. Galleons made the world go 'round, sugar, and it's time they all started acknowledging this otherwise they'd be in for a rude awakening.
Scott expertly side stepped the man that had made a run for the bushes so he wouldn't get anything on him or flying in her hair. No one wanted to know how long it took to achieve perfection. They simply had no idea.
"Kitridge, aye." He remembered. It was important to know the people who paid you, in case things went bad and with all he'd heard about the Hogwarts bunch, he was almost certain something would. Bad luck it was, taking Hogwartians anywhere with you but their galleons were as gold as anyone else's so the Scottsman wouldn't be turning them and their excited little money paying faces down.
Not at all.
"I say it's abou' time we get this trip movin'." Was the man alright? They might have to leave without him. "This way t'the loch. Step lively's we don' wan' t'be losin' anyone one th' walk over." He turned in one smooth motion and headed off, trusting the Professors in charge to wrangle the students properly.

Leo had been observing the student's with a keen eye for a while. Some got out of the portkey travel better than others it seemed. It was only natural but made him sympathizise nonetheless. As Scotty their tour guide ordered everyone to follow him to the loch Leo exchanged a quick look with Javy.
Pulling out his wand out he put the tip to his throat to enchance his voice as he spoke to the students. "Everyone, leave your luggage here with me. I'll be taking it to our camp site. Senior students remember to take your wands with you to the loch you will need them."
Letting his eyes wander over the student faces Leo added "If anyone is feeling nauseous or dizzy after the portkey travel I have some chocolate bars that might make you feel better. Just come over and pick one up when you leave your luggage. And then go with Mr Mclaren and Professor's Thompson and Flamsteed to the Loch!"

In between the clean up going on, the Creature Professor did take a gander with the surroundings. Pretty nice area Scotland was, wasn't it? A good number of students were settling in nicely and some well.. least they were alive.
And at least these two Professors didn't need to stay in the bushes any longer as Javier vanished the last of the vomit droppings from Airey. Mints? "Yeah, I do." Javier whipped out two spearmint from one of his pockets to pass it over before helping the Astronomy professor out. "Sure you don't need a chocolate frog as well?" Leo had some with him, didn't he? Speaking of which, now they could finally move on.
Hmm.. "Right." Javier curtly nodded at Leo and Scotty before he deposited his bag off by the Librarian. "As Mr. Kitridge said, leave your belongings along before following us along." As for those still feeling a little nauseous after getting a chocolate frog, "Make sure to grab a buddy for support if you're still feeling under the weather." Sort of like how the Gryffindor head was with the Creature teacher earlier.
At least he hasn't been the only one having a bad time with portkeys, Maggie almost fell. Thankfully she didn't throw up.
Hugo chewed one of his sour gummy worms before answering to Dante. He swallowed, "I say yes but everyone says it's a myth" people needed to believe more and he was going to prove he was right. He noticed how Maggie stared at the tour guide, then looked at Dante and back again to the tour guide. He raised an eyebrow "Do you like him?" asked casually.
And finally they were moving. Hugo left his backpack with Kitdrige and was ready to look for the loch ness monster. "Let's gooo!" said to Dante and Maggie. He was exciteddd. Also..."I'm going to try to talk to Marigold" whispered to Dante.

The eye rolling just made Adi grin some more. Maybe he should tone it down with the teasing. Poor Henric must have suffered enough embarrassment. But the peeking for the lion did not go unnoticed. "Caught you looking, Henric,'' he said. The next thing he was doing was raising his sunglasses to squint at the spot beside his fellow Puff. "You were sadly mistaken, mud dude. There is a lion in the den, I mean Scotland.'' Adi dropped his sunglasses back in place and pointed to Benny. "He's a Gryffindor. Mud dude, meet my bestie, bestie meet Mud dude.'' There! A nice quick intro.
"Ah. I got you. I watch documentaries on cricket and rock musicians,'' the Puffer said helpfully. "Sounds like you have a passion for castles.'' If that was the case then Henric would have enjoyed the cartorapher meetings last term.
Adi leaned a hand on Benny's shoulder, clutching at his bestie as he started laughing uncontrollably. Oh, man! This was sooooo funny! "Try telling that to the others. And Leah.'' Yes, Henric. We see you sneaking a glance at in her direction. Adi managed to sober up as Mr Kitridge started giving them instructions.
Oh, goody! They were going to get started on the best part of this trip apparently. "Come on! Let's get this show on the road!'' Also, he had heard the Librarian say something about chocolate? Could he have a piece tooooo even though he hadn't been feeling sick? And as for his wand... he had it with him. Adi waved it at Henric. "If you want to have that mess cleaned up before Leah and the others notice...'' Hehe. "I'll be your buddy, Henric, if you're feeling under the weather from that dive in the mud.'' So much for toning the teasing down.
Anywaaayyy, Adi deposited his belongings next to the Claw Head of House. Could they get started now?!
Austin didn't feel nausceous, so he didn't feel the need to ask Mr. Kittridge for any chocolate. Although he doesn't normally pass up the chance for chocolate, but he figured the others needed it more than him. So instead, he dropped off his luggage and followed the others. The last thing he wanted was to get left behind. Everyone else seemed to have friends, so if he did get lost, no one would want to look for him. The only person who would have an issue about him being gone would be Ophelia, and they hadn't really been talking much in the past few months, so it wouldn't really matter.
As he walked, he wondered if he could get lost here. Then he wouldn't have to go back home to his father, he wouldn't have to worry about what Ophelia thought about him, and he didn't have to bother with anything. He already created a potion, so he left his mark on the world. They would name him the youngest student to ever create a potion and all sorts of stuff. No one would really care. Right?
"Hey..."
Henric turned to the older Gryffindor boy beside him, didn't notice him at first but he nodded back in greeting,"My name is Henric...not mud dude, please ignore Mr.NotHelpingAtAll supposedly prefect, please to meet you..uh.. Bestie?"Henric assumed it was his name since Adi introduced him like that.
SPOILER!!: Meanie Adii :lmao:

Henric shrugged when Adi mentioned about his passion for castles."Not only castles, I'm more interested in the dragons who used to guard over those ancient castle back in the olden days...I wonder if its still a myth, did you know muggles believed there are a bountiful of treasures lying underneath those castles, it was a very elaborate story,I must add..." Henric rambled on and on.
As soon as Adi started to sober up from laughing hysterically at him,Henric folded his arms and strike an eyebrow. "Are you done now? I'm starting to believe you will not have time to recover...do you need one of my sweet Ton-Tongue Toffees () to help with that,mate... I'm glad you find me a great source of entertainment,Adi...real friend I got here,"Henric drawled, slightly narrowing his eyes at Adi before rolling his eyes again at his friend. His face getting flustered whenever he mentioned Leah.He then turned his attention to the guide and Professor Kittridge.
They were informed to leave their bags here so Henric did as he was instructed and dropped his duffle bag on the ground. When Adi reached out his wand and pointed at him, Henric couldn't help but feel more wary towards the prefect. "You're not going to zap me into a frog right...wait you can do magic?"he asked. "Ha..ha..laugh it up...fine,let's be buddies but only if you stop calling me mudboy. Alright?"he dealt with the Hufflepuff prefect.

Henric noticed a boy with a quite morose looking face tagging along behind them. He often seen him around in lecture classrooms but never knew him personally. He turned back to them and pointed at the ravenclaw boy,"Hey guys, we should asked him to come along with us, I think we are at odds in numbers, we need another member to even us out..right?"he suggested to both Adi and Benny. Henric went over to the boy,"Hey there, want to join us?"he asked the boy named Austin.

Austin was pulled from his thoughts as someone came over to talk to him. The boy looked familiar, maybe they had similar classes. But they've never spoken to each other. He was with two others, part of a group that was making the most noise. He could just deny the offer, and carry on his own way. But that would have made him miserable, and he wasn't here for that. He was here to be away from his home and to have fun.
"Sure." He joined the group of friends, secretly happy to have people to talk to. "I'm Austin." He said with a smile. The bright sun made his eyes even bluer, which no one ever thinks possible. But it tends to happen most in the sun.
Hopefully the two others would be alright with him joining their group. The boy did kind of just invite him over without the others answering.
~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes.
Look at the two, hitting it off like that. Though Adi merely sniggered when Henric referred to Benny as bestie. The Puffer probably assumed that was his nickname or something. Adi would just leave Henric to figure out that it's not, okay? Okay!
Did Henric just say dragons? Dragon talk was something this Hufflepuff was used to! "So... you want to meet a real dragon someday, Henric? No wait, on this trip?" In his opinion, that would be SUPER DUPER cool! He listened to Henric go on. Man, did the younger guy seem so passionate about this stuff. ''Yes, I've heard about that. Thinking about exploring for treasure too?''
......................
"I'm done, I'm done.'' Adi straightened himself. "Do they come in chocolate flavour? Or if you've got chocolate frogs, I'll take that,'' he continued brightly. His own stash was dangerously low. "Sorry, I can't help it. You're a funny fellow.''
O_O Turn him into a froggie? Adi threw an arm around Henric's shoulder. Just two guys having a bro!moment here. "I already have a pet toad, Henric. I was thinking something more along the lines of a... Hippogriff.'' Hehe. "Of course I can! I'm a wizard.'' But he knew what Henric meant. "Apparently. That's why Mr K said to the older ones can take their wands.'' Adi grinned. "Deal! I think I gave you enough of a difficult time... for now.''
The Badger looked over towards the boy Henric was on about. Austin from the Potions lab. The other guy looked left out and alone. Adi couldn't allow that now, could he? Nope. "Sure, he can join us.'' When Austin came over, he said, ''Heya, Austin. You can stick with us.'' Because everyone deserved to have company. Yep!
Well Maggie looked confused and Dante laughed at Hugo asking if she liked Mr. Scotty. Plus there was nothing wrong with the two of them sitting down It was not like they were going anywhere at the time. Only staring at Mr. Scotty. With his awesome accent. It was true.
"Well we study magic in a magical castle. So why not the Loch ness monster." Sound logic for Dante.
And they were off and walking. And Dante expected him to at least try talking to Marigold sometime this trip. Just not this early. Interesting.
"Go for It" Dante whispered back.
Dante will of course try to watch and hopefully be more surprised by his smoothness with Marigold than amused. He can hope.

Before she could get an answer he was tugging her along to the side, which made her question it, but when she started seeing other students landing around them it made sense. "T-Thanks.."
Even after he had tugged her along, he was still holding her hand, but she still didn't mind. It was nice. She could feel her cheeks getting warm at the thought once more, but she tried her best not to think about, otherwise it would get worse. All thoughts aside though, she did however found herself scanning her surroundings once more, just to make sure there were no signs of....certain people...
...particularly her father.
Is it her first time to be out of her home during summer breaks?
Ethan could not help but imagine Josie locked up in their house reading volumes upon volumes of books and tomes until her eyes fall out. The Slytherin can't help but feel a bit sad for her because the outdoor scene is so much fun compared to just being inside your room day in and out. Well, maybe for Josie, it is bearable, but she ought to see the world too, especially during school breaks. The Slytherin grinned at her and shook her hand while holding it still. "I'm great." Because she was there beside him, holding his hand.
The sixteen year old diverted his attention to Scotty Scottish Scotland guy and could not help but squint. He...could not understand a word he was saying. It was a good thing that Mr. Kitridge was there to...well, make it easier for them to understand the next instructions.
Ethan tugged Josie along and dropped his bag near the spot where the Librarian was standing, but kept a small wallet-sized bag hung around his neck and kept under his shirt. It's charmed of course, carrying emergency essentials JUST IN CASE his backpack gets lost and whatnot. Didn't the Headmistress told them to stay VIGILANT? Yep. He's being one, and he's one good boy scout.
Senior students? He's one of them. Ethan touched and adjusted his wand that was strapped around his arm and followed the rest of the group. He did eye the smaller Snakes though. Should they need his help, he's just a scream away.

Brynn watched Penelope carefully as she seemed to be thinking something over, or maybe it was just the portkey sickness that made her take a minute to herself. The nearly 15 year old could certainly relate, and appreciate that as well, knowing the girl likely didn't want to be sick all over. She gave her a soft smile as she spoke though. "Not a fun feeling, is it? I've never traveled by portkey before.." Though she had read about it and had an idea of what it was like. She wondered if her housemate ever had. "I think that feeling is supposed to go away." Or at least she hoped it didn't last very long.
The redhead nodded as the younger girl turned the question on to her. "Yeah, I think so.. I'm starting to feel a little better." And she certainly didn't have to go puke in the bushes like she thought she had heard someone doing not that long ago.
She glanced up as Mr. Kitridge spoke loudly. Was she one of the senior students now, becoming a fifth year? She vaguely wondered why she'd need her wand, hoping it was nothing too dangerous. Starting to get to her feet, Brynn looked up as Professor Thompson was the next to speak. Yeah, it'd figure they'd want them to partner up.. Well.. She glanced to her side and offered the girl still on the ground a hand up. "Want to buddy up? They have chocolate.." She grinned a little, hoping that would make both of them feel better. "I'm Brynn, by the way." In case she didn't know since they hadn't ever actually talked. But she'd feel pretty dumb if she already knew her name being in the same house and all.

Senior students? L-A-M-E. Norah wanted to get to use magic, yes she did. This teenager thing was a whole bunch of bogus, it seemed like. All she ever got to do was say she was a teenager, but she didn't get to be tall or smart or get to use magic on cool stuff like the loch ness monster. Buuuuuut STILL. Field trip! Yeeeeah!
The fourteen year old gave Marigold a nudge and asked, "Can I walk with you?" before adding, "Ooh! Please. I meant please. And may I. " She had this manners thing in the BAG for sure hehehehe. And Mari could protect her and everything 'cause smart prefect awesome person had loads of skills for sure, uh huh.
