“Sonorus” he muttered. All he could think was thank god the common room is empty.
“ATTENTION EVERYBODY WHO CAN ACTUALLY HEAR ME!” He bellowed out the window, everyone in the grounds looked towards him, including Ginny.
“I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE!”
A loud voice bursted through the grounds and Ginny looked up to see someone leaning out the window of Gryffindor tower. He had black hair and… It was Harry.
“I WOULD JUST LIKE TO LET EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD KNOW, THAT I LOVE GINNY WEASLEY! OR IF YOU WANT TO ANNOY HER, GINEVRA WEASLEY!”
Ginny just gaped in shock as she stood up, with everyone watching her.
“THERE I SAID IT! AND I AM DEFINITELY NOT, ASHAMED OF IT!”
Ginny could see Ron and Hermione watching from the entrance, looking just as surprised.
“YOU PROBABLY THINK I’M COMPLETELY CRAZY NOW, BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU SHE’S WORTH IT!”
Ginny had had enough; she couldn’t just sit and do nothing. She charmed her throat and yelled back, half laughing.
“I LOVE YOU TO HARRY BUT I WHEN I GET UP THERE I’M GONNA KILL YOU!”
“I BETTER START RUNNING THEN!” He yelled back in reply. Ginny ran all the way to the Gryffindor tower, where Harry greeted her with a mind-blowing kiss. Right infront of Alison Edwards. don't you just wish someone would do that to you?

here's the next post:: Chapter 11: He Loves Me, She Loves Me!
The Christmas holidays drew closer so the trio and Ginny prepared to travel to Grimmauld place. Ginny was the envy of every girl in the school, and not just because she was Harry’s girlfriend. No other girl’s boyfriend would yell to the entire school that they loved them. Even Pansy Parkinson was heard complaining at Draco Malfoy about how he never did anything special. That particular couple had split up temporarily until Pansy realised she could no longer boast about being Draco’s girlfriend.
The day before the holidays started Ginny entered the Great Hall feeling rather glamorous. She was wearing her favourite outfit, a shortish denim skirt and a navy blue string top, which really brought out her eyes, assisted by her rarely worn eyeliner. Boys drooled over her making the girls scowl, as she glided towards the Gryffindor table.
Harry watched as Ginny approached, mesmerised. She didn’t need makeup but she still looked gorgeous.
“Son of a…” he muttered and Hermione smirked.
Ginny swooped down into her seat, her gleaming mane of hair flicking over her shoulders, her eyes sparkling. Dean looked as though he was going to faint, being poked by an evidently annoyed Parvati.
“Hey Harry!” said Ginny, feeling like a supermodel.
“Hey…” He replied. “Why are you torturing me?”
She couldn’t answer his pleading question as Professor McGonagall marched past looking highly annoyed and unconvinced, followed by a smirking Professor Snape.
“Frankly Minerva there are many students who I think would be perfect in Slytherin, merely due to their excellent Potions skills. Cho Chang from Ravenclaw has been putting extra effort into her Potions course this year. Her skills are increasing very rapidly! If only you could transfer students to other houses. She’s staying over Christmas for a unique advanced Potions short course…” but Snape was interrupted suddenly by McGonagall.
“Since when, Severus, has Potion making been one of the Slytherin aspects? I remember them being described as cunning and ambitious, not experts at Potions! Kindly do shut up!”
The trio and Ginny giggled silently as a disappointed Snape retreated back out of the Great Hall. Harry looked at Ginny again, his eyes went all misty and he started banging his head on the table. that may seem like a bit of a pointless post, but there's a clue in it... and I now have an opportunity for another Gollum impression but I won't do one coz I'm a good girl!  but yes there is a clue for a future event in there!

The Hogwarts express was leaving and almost everyone in the school was going home for Christmas. Some were stupid enough to fight over the train compartments that had “nicer” seats. The trio and Ginny found a rather small compartment. Harry and Ginny spent five minutes trying not to laugh as the trolley lady yelled at them for “public displays of affection”… again… It didn’t help that everyone else in the compartment was smirking behind her!
“That was so funny! I can’t believe you two sometimes we can’t separate you!” said Ron.
“Not as funny as the time when Hermione got full marks on the Gilderoy Lockhart test, “what is my favourite colour?”” said Harry and Hermione blushed.
“I got full marks to…” moaned Ginny hanging her beautiful head.
“You should be very ashamed of yourself then!” replied Harry.
“I am…”
All the Weasleys were waiting for them at King’s Cross Station so Harry and Ginny had to put on a low profile (none of the Weasleys knew yet). Although everyone looked very suspicious as they walked together and talked constantly. Harry was very surprised to see a very smug looking Dudley waiting for him, standing next to a girl almost as big as him.
“Hi Harry! You haven’t got a girlfriend? That’s weird coz I HAVE!” All Dudley’s friends smirked behind him but Harry just laughed as Ginny came up to him and kissed him while her family wasn’t watching. Dudley gaped at them and turned bright red. All Dudley’s friends were gazing at Ginny like she was model on television. Jealously flashed in all their faces. Luckily Cho Chang, Alison Edwards and Lavender Brown chose that moment to appear behind them arguing over Harry again.
“Harry come on go out with me again it will do you good to be with some one more… mature. We were like a team! There’s no I in team Harry.” Said Cho.
“Yeah, there’s no U either. So if I’m not on the team, and you’re not on the team, nobody’s on the stupid team! The team sucks! You mature? Whatever…” Harry replied.
“See I told you Cho he wants to go out with me! Can’t you just leave us alone it’s so annoying isn’t it Harry?” said Alison.
“Oddly enough I don’t want to go out with anyone but Ginny, so can you just go away!” The three girls retreated shooting scowls at Ginny.
“Isn’t annoying when every girl in the school wants to go out with you Ickle Diddidums? What I’d give for no one to fancy me!” said Harry and he walked away smirking.
Before retreating to Grimmauld Place they stopped by “Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes” (the twins shop) to collect Fred and George. The shop was amazing and full of life. There was kind of buzz in the air that gave the shop an electric atmosphere. The skiving snackboxes that the twins had perfected last year were disappearing every second. Cho Chang and a group of friends lingered around the love potions excitedly (Harry hid behind the shelves much to the amusement of everyone else).
Grimmauld Place was full of Order members on arrival who greeted the teens enthusiastically. Tonks immediately pulled Ginny aside looking very curious.
“Ginny please tell me you and Harry are still together!”
“Yes of course we are! I waited so many years for him and guess what he did the other day…” She replied and began to explain the whole “ashamed” business. When she’d finished Tonks gaped at her before going outside to gape at Harry. Gaping was Tonk’s new habit and hobby.
After a very welcoming dinner everyone fell asleep in the Living room. Ron and Hermione sat cosily in an armchair and to the suspicion of everybody else; Harry and Ginny fell asleep on eachother’s shoulders.

ok, it is tonight, and it is time for a posty! thankyou again for ze moste vonderful comments (soz I'm in a weird mood) and here be-eth the psot, like I already said... and welcome Meg! always nice to have new readers, my FF title starts with Y, so it's on the fourth page, so I don't get as many readers as those evil letter A fanfics *sniff* although I suppose it could just be crap lol, but I've got the nicest readers! :techni: so neeeeeerrrrr to that evil letter A...
Chapter 12: Christmas!
Christmas loomed closer everyday and Harry found himself thinking about Sirius last year. He was so happy to have company over Christmas… With the help of Ginny he managed to push his depressing thoughts to the back of his head and enjoy the holiday. Everyone seemed surprised at how happy he was, which just made him laugh even more.
A giant Christmas tree was placed in front of the Black family tree tapestry as usual and the stuffed elf heads on the stairs were beheaded (again) from their stands and burnt in the basement. Most days were spent sliding down the elf-headless banisters and swinging from various lamps and objects on the ceiling. By Christmas Eve the trio and Ginny were like acrobats all around then house, swinging and sliding everywhere.
On Christmas Eve everyone in the house gathered in the Living room to wait until eleven o’clock. Everyone was incredibly suspicious of Harry and Ginny by now, but luckily Mr and Mrs Weasley hadn’t noticed. Fred and George kept flashing interested looks at Harry when he talked to Ginny, which was pretty much all the time. Tonks was teasing Ron and Hermione as she thought they were “so cute”. Her hair and clothes were red and pink so she looked like some female version of cupid. It didn’t help that she was obsessed with all the couples in the building.
At eleven all retreated up to bed but the kids just gave eachother night visits because they couldn’t sleep. Everyone teased when Ron was found in Hermione’s bedroom, but when Harry and Ginny were found alone in Harry and Ron’s bedroom Fred and George became (if possible) even more suspicious. Fortunately they managed to lie and say they were just “talking” about Ron and Hermione, not acting like Ron and Hermione were…
Ginny awoke early on Christmas morning to find a huge pile of presents waiting at the end of her bed. Hermione was gaping at her present from Ron (a golden necklace studded with rubies) and her temptation to open Harry’s present increased. Eventually she got so nervous that she decided to open her other presents first.
After a lot of gasping and celebrating there was only one present left, Harry’s.
It was a small package, but she knew it would be something amazing. Inside was a small box, a small red box, a small red velvet box…
red for christmas! sha la la la la, la la la la I wish it was xmas again, *sniff*
