“So, what do you want to do today?”

“Hermione im shocked!” Ron said putting on a sarcastically shocked face on.
“What?Why?” Her voice was touched with a bit of concern.
“I’d thought you’d have a schedule all planned out all color coded and each activily would be rated. And it would scream at you if you didn’t cross it out!” of course Ron was referring to his homework planner he got from Hermione for Christmas.
Hermione finally caught on, “As a matter of fact Mr. Weasley, I do,” Ron stuffed his fist into his mouth, which Hermione took no notice of, “but its not colorcoded and the activities aren’t rated.”
“Well since you have this vacation all planned out, then why are you asking me what I want to do?!” Ron questioned. My that boy can be daft.
“No reason. But on tap today is going to the lake that’s about one block away. What do you say?”
“Sure, but I’m concerned Hermione. Does this lake have any giant squids, mermen or anything like that?” Ron face was pricless. Worried would be an understament. Fearful for his life, would be the perfect stament. Fear was etched all over his face. It was like he was looking at aragog again.
“no, Ronald, we muggles don’t think those things exist now go get your suit on!”
As ron started to walk away he remembered, “’Mione, where am I stayibng?”
“Oh right, up the starirs, first room on your left!” Hermione froze. Oh shoot, I have to wear a baithing suit and so does…Ron.

Ok, i hope that will keep u guyzs pondering. remember; if anyone has any ideas on how to write my next part PM me! (Since you dont know the idea i will tell u but u cant tell any1 else, but if u have an idea, PM plz!

I don't know if i'm right or not, but i have to make a guess. With every fan fic i read i have to make at least one guess. Don't ask me why, i just got into the habite of guessing what will happen next or in the long run. So here's my guess for the long run, Hermione and Ron are going to get togeather, and may be, just may be, Harry and Ginny will get together as well!?!?!?!?!?!?! Ohhh swimming...very very interesting. Tsk tsk on Hermione thinking she could go swimming without a bathing suit(hehe). That was a great post. This chapter is dedicated to Rebeca!

With that in thought, she ran upstairs to her room shut and locked the door. She advanced to her baiting suit drawer and saw her choices. She could wear a brown bikini, a blue and green polka dot bikini or another roxy bikini but with a white top and pink bottoms. She chose the brown roxy bikini because it would match her eyes and she had brown flip flops and a perfect pink skirt that matched the roxy writing and the logo.
**In Ron's Room**
The thought of Hermione being in a baiting suit didn’t occur to Ron yet, him being so oblivious at times. He just chose a random pair of trunks. They had green hawaiian flowers and down one side it had a navy blue line down it. He put on a white t-shirt and adidas sandals and waited for Hermione downstairs. As he was walking down the stairs the thought occurred to him. Oh **** Hermione was going to be wearing a baiting suit.
When Hermione got down the stairs they decided to walk down to lake, and they enjoyed a pleasant conversation at that.
"So what do you think of Harry and Ginny being together after that I'm-a-big-girl-I-can-take-care-of-myself speech?" Hermione said. She hoped it was ok, for Harry’s sake so he could live through the next year.
"I'm okay with it. I give it an A+ just as long as they don’t kiss in front of me, I'm ok. I just dot want to have to puke every morning and have Professor McGonagall ask why." Hermione tried to suppress laughter but she couldn’t hold it in any longer, she blew up.
"What, what are you laughing at." Ron finally realizing he made her laugh started to laugh and was happy her laughter was because of him. Hermione had a tear trickle down her cheek, so Ron wiped it away with his thumb. They stood frozen for what seemed like an eternity. Snapping out of their day dreams the quickly jumped apart and blushed like a redhead who blushes as they neared the lake Ron said;
"Wanna race?"
"You’re on."
They raced the rest of the way to the lake, but as Hermione expected Ron won because of his strong legs. As he threw his shirt off and dove into the water, but not before Hermione caught a glipse of his chest. 'Man, quiditch did him good..'
Hermione layed out her blanket and sat on it, the slight wind pushing the hair out of her eyes. She felt so alive...so...happy...but yet, the wizarding world as we know it is changing and the society and the power could all end in the blink of an eye between good...and evil. Hermione felt herself dozing off but something cold and wet was caring her, was the wind making her float? "That’s ludicrous' Hermione thought then she opened her eyes.
"Ron what are you doing?"
"Well, seeing as the water is cold and you were dozing off, I thought I might just dump you in there. What do you think?" He asked a smile playing at his lips.
"What do I think? I think...” they were getting closer, "RONALD BILLUS WEASLEY YOU PUT ME DOWN THIS INSTAINT!! YOU ARE AN INSUFFER--" but she was cut off and dirty lake water filled her open mouth and nostrils. She was laughing to herself but found out that something was around her foot and she couldn't get the surface. 'Oh no! Ron please, help me!' she thought to herself, but she passed out.
Ron was on the shore waiting for Hermione to come up for air, but he knew that was too long to be underwater for, unless you’re a merman. The he got a gut feeling in his stomach, ‘Ron please, help me.’ Without another thought, Ron dove into the lake to find Hermione passed out and pale. He swam towards her (having used the bubblehead charm) and quickly swam back to shore. He carried her out of the water and laid her gently on the towel. He remembered one day in Muggle Studies(as opposed to the days when he sleeps) Professor Quinn was telling the class about the muggle form of reviving people called CPR, and they had to practice on dummies, Fred and George told him they would on toads. ‘Thank god I listened’ Ron said and he started CPR on Hermione. After about two minutes he thought all was lost, but he saw the color return to her face.
“Hermione?” He said, but did one more mouth-moth and he felt something, a tongue was in his mouth. He froze and realized it was Hermione’s. He was ecstatic, but he decided to play it cool and kissed back.

Chapter 3: Awkward Feelings and Confessions

Ron and Hermione didn’t speak to each other the entire way home from the lake. It’s not that both of them didn’t enjoy the kiss per say its that Hermione didn’t think Ron knew that she was conscious. ‘But honestly,’ Hermione thought to herself, ‘he can’t be that daft.’
Of course as we all know...well...Ron is. He thought that she was unconscious and that she didn’t know he ‘kissed’ her back. When they got to the porch, Hermione broke the awkward silence.
“Ron. Umm...er...thanks, for saving me back there. I know it was stupid of me to get my foot caught-“
“Hermione its ok, really, no big deal. I just want to shower and use the phellytone-“
“Telephone Ronald.”
Ron started to blush “Right. Er...see you at dinner?”
As they headed inside Hermione started to say something.
“Ron. I was wondering if you wanted to come with me to rent some movies and we could get candy and order pizza.” Hermione was hoping he would say...
“Sure, let me just shower and stuff and we can go.” Ron headed up the stairs; it was the perfect time for Hermione to clear her head. Hermione plopped down onto the couch and started to think. Naturally, the only boyfriend Hermione ever had was Viktor, if you could even call him one. She had no clue what to do now. ‘Duh! Why Didn’t I think of that before!’ She thought to herself happily and she got up to use the ‘fellytone’ ‘Oh Ron...’ she thought to herself. She dialed a number….
~*Back at the Borough*~
BRRRRRRRING BRRRRRRRRRRRRING!
In the burrow, it was hot. Not only over heatedly hot, but hot and heavy, a major snogging session was under way between one Mister Harry Potter and another Miss Ginny Weasley.
BRRRRRRRRING BRRRRRRRRRRRRRING!
Finally hearing the phone ringing, Ginny unwrapped herself from Harry's arm and whispered in his ear phone.
And he retorts sarcastically “Thanks Ginny, so you’re gonna abandon your boyfriend for the telephone?”
“Don’t get your wand in a knot, What if its Hermione calling about Ron problems? Huh! Do you wanna hear them bicker all year” she said, putting an emphasis on the words all year.
“Fine, but hurry up!”
BRRRRRRRING BRRRRRRRRRRING!
“I’m commin I'm coming!” she picked up the phone
“Hello?” and she was right.
“Hey Ginny, its Hermione, I need tot talk to you.”
“Ok, so what did Ronnikins do this time?”
“Well…it’s more like what I did per say, I kissed him” she whispered into the phone.
“YOU WHAT?! I’m sorry; could you say that a little louder please, I don’t think I quite heard you?”
“I KISSED RONALD BILLUS WEASLEY AND I LOVED IT!!!” Hermione said, a little too loudly to her liking.
“Awww Hermy kissed Ronnie! So what did he say?” Ginny asked;
Hermione froze. She was pretending to be unconscious when she did it. She mentally cursed herself for doing something so stupid. Little did she know, Ron walked out of the bathroom and heard her ‘outburst.’ He wanted to know what else she was saying, so he stayed.
“I...I umm pretended I was unconscious. Hah isn’t that funny Ginny?!” Hermione said with forced laughter.
“Hermione Granger you’re going to tell him before I reach through the phone and ring you neck.”
“Ok, I get it but…how?”
“Well, how did Harry tell me? Bluntly but it worked for me! Well I don’t know Hermione… why don’t u guys go on a trip or something, Harry and I could come with.”
“OMG GINNY YOU’RE A GENIOUS!!!I know exactly where were gonna go! Pack your bags, because were leaving in two days!” Ron ran straight towards his room so Hermione couldn’t see him. Suddenly, Ron had an idea….
