|  Some Hearts (One Shot) - Sa13+ Sardines ♥ // Nomsy, yo
Hey guys, it's Sydnie, with my fourth FF on SnitchSeeker, and my second one shot. This is post DH, but before the epilogue, I guess. It's based on a song by country singer, and American Idol season 4 winner, Carrie Underwood. The CD name is "Some Hearts". Its a Harry/Ginny story.
Hmm, I dont know what else to say.....hope you enjoy it! The song lyrics will be in Bold Italics. So without anything else to say, here is... Some Hearts I’ve never been the kind that you’d call lucky
Always stumblin’ around in circles
But I must’ve stumbled into somethin’
Look at me; am I really alone with you?
Ginny was sitting on the couch, staring into the dieing fire with Harry. They were the only ones still up in the Burrow, and she was quite enjoying it.
They had been going out for two years, actually today happened to be their two-year-dating anniversary; they had been, without a doubt, the happiest two years of her life so far.
Once Harry had defeated Voldemort, he saw it safe to get back together with Ginny. Now it was the summer after her last year at Hogwarts, she was of age and a fully qualified witch.
I wake up feeling like my life’s worth livin’
Can’t recall when I last felt that way
Guess it must be all this stuff you’re givin’
Never knew never knew it could be like this
“Harry?” Ginny asked, trying to see if he was still awake.
“Hmm?” he mumbled.
“Thanks, these past two years have been the best.” She said. “I know that I’m the luckiest girl in the world.”
But I guess
Some hearts they just get on the right race
Some hearts have the stars on their side
Some hearts they just have it so easy
Some hearts just get lucky sometimes!
Some hearts just get lucky, lucky sometimes!
“Gin, I’m the luckiest, thanks for taking me back, after what I did in sixth year.” He said. She smiled and he kissed her hair.
“Who’ve thought someone like you could love me? You’re the last thing my heart expected. When I was little, I never thought that you could ever love me, no matter how hard I tried.” Ginny admitted. Harry looked down at her as she looked back at the fire.
“You make me feel normal, Ginny.” Harry told her. “I don’t feel famous when I’m with you. It’s a good feeling.” He admitted.
“You don’t make me feel like a little sister. I feel like my own person when I’m with you.” Ginny whispered. She was not a girl to cry, but at this moment, with her and Harry talking openly like this, she felt her eyes sting with tears. Tears of happiness.
Who’ve thought I’d ever find somebody
Someone who, someone who makes me feel like this?
Well, I guess
Some hearts they just get on the right race

“Some hearts just get lucky sometimes. Some hearts just get lucky sometimes!” Ginny sang quietly, remembering a muggle song she had listened to with Hermione.
Even hearts like mine
Get lucky, lucky sometimes!
Hearts like mine, oh
Ginny thought back to when she was just eleven years old, with just a silly childhood crush on the famous Harry Potter, and she looked from then, to now, and how much she had grown. Not only her, but Harry, Ron, and Hermione as well, and she realized that Harry really did love her, and she loved him.

Harry gently lifted Ginny off him and got down onto the floor. He pulled something out of his pocket and got down on one knee. Ginny had tears of joy streaming down her face now.
“I know now that I haven’t just started loving you. I’ve loved you all my life, it’s just now I have the guts to say it.” Harry started. “ First, it was becuase you were Ron's little sister, then it became a much bigger problem, you would have been bate for Voldemort. But now I know that what ever happened, which ever one of us might be in danger, the other one will save the day. I know that what ever I have to face, you will be right there with me. I know that no matter what, you will always be there for me, and I will be there for you. I know that we are still young, and a lot of people will think of us as foolish, but Ginerva Molly Weasley, will you marry me?” he asked.

“Yes, Harry Potter, I will marry you.” She smiled. He got off the floor and gave her a the biggest hug of her life.
“I love you.” They both said at the same time.
“Yeah, some hearts just get lucky sometimes!" Ginny whispered. She cried openly now, and Harry smiled and kissed her hair once more. Thanks for reading, please tell me what you think!

This is AWESOME Sydnie!! I love it  I always love reading H/G ff's but this is ones really good. You managed to fit everything nicely in a one shot can't wait to read the posts in your other FF's
