Never guess what?? Sophie and I were in Music class today writing our composition and we were to come up with a name. I haven't thought of one yet but Sophie's is so good, nobody understands it - it's our little sercret. The piece of music is soooo good, she's amazing. She called it Redhead Glomps Everyone was like...'What's a glomp?' I would just laugh and say 'private joke' kinda thing. Just thought I should say, sorry Sophie if you wanted to tell her but your internet doesn't work so I got it here quicker

That really made me smile. Nobody will really understand that except for us, that's awesome!

“Time to wake up, sleepy head,” George whispered as he nudged Emily lightly. Emily groaned and he chuckled.

“Five more minutes,” she said as she pulled the covers farther up her body.

“You said that ten minutes ago,” he chuckled.

Emily opened one of her eyes and peeked at him. “You’re cruel,” she said as she threw the covers off of herself and started scooting out of the bed.

“I love you,” he snickered.

“Mmmhmm,” she said. She stood up and started stretching her arms, only to pull them back in and grab her stomach. “Mommy didn’t mean to startle you, just stretching,” she said as she rubbed her belly. George gave her a worried expression as he put his hand where she had just finished rubbing.

“They’re still kicking?” he asked quietly. Emily nodded.

“It’s normal, George, it’s what they’re supposed to do,” she said with a smile. “Don’t worry about it,” she said as she kissed his cheek.

“Do you want to go see Carlisle?” he asked.

“Er, no, I’m sure everything’s fine, babe. Stop worrying,” she said with another smile. He gave her a tiny smile as he pulled on some pants.

“They’re due any day now,” he said quietly.

“I know,” she sighed.

“Maybe you should go lie down on the couch and I’ll bring you your breakfast,” he offered.

“You don’t need to baby me,” she huffed. “I’m plenty able to get my own bloody breakfast!”

“I never said you weren’t, sweetheart. I’m just trying to make you more comfortable,” he said as he wrapped his arms around her waist from behind. His hands almost didn’t even touch. He kissed her shoulder as she sighed.

“Mmmkay,” she said. “Can I have eggs, bacon, toast, and waffles?” she asked with a smile.

George chuckled at her appetite. “Sure thing, love,” he said as he took her hand and led her down the hall and into the living room. Tonks and Teddy were already sitting there. Remus was in the kitchen cooking breakfast for them as George helped her into a chair. She let out a deep sigh as she sat down against the cushions and pillows.

“My back is killing me,” she complained. Tonks laughed at her as Teddy held his hands out to Emily. Emily smiled at him.

“Do you want him?” Tonks asked with a chuckle. Emily nodded and George picked Teddy up and put him in her lap. He immediately started playing with her curls.

“I’m surprised your ankles aren’t completely swollen to where you can’t stand,” Tonks said as she eyed Emily’s ankles.

“Thank God they’re not,” Emily sighed. Emily grabbed her stomach as one of the twins kicked again. Teddy put his hand over hers and smiled.

“Teddy, I’m going to let you go with your Mommy while I go use the bathroom,” Emily said to him. Tonks stood up and picked Teddy up as Remus rounded the corner.

“Help?” she asked him. He chuckled as he grabbed her hands and helped heave her off the chair. Emily walked slowly toward the downstairs bathroom. She was about to walk in when she suddenly stopped and stared down at the now wet floor.

“Umm, George?” she said quietly. Nobody seemed to have heard her, so she yelled, “George!” She heard commotion from the kitchen as he dropped whatever he was holding onto the floor. Remus reached her first.

“What’s wrong?” he asked, out of breath.

“I think my water broke!” she whispered. George was at her side in a jiffy as he took her hand and led her to their bedroom. Remus and George helped her into bed as Tonks called Carlisle.

“Remember your breathing, Ems,” George said exasperatedly. Remus put a hand on his shoulder.

“Breathe, son, everything’s going to be fine,” he said calmly. George just nodded as he stared at Emily’s face. Tears were leaking from her eyes as she clutched at the cloth around her belly.

George grabbed Emily’s hand and she clutched it so tightly that her nails started drawing blood. “They’re coming now!” she cried as her contractions started.

“Everything’s okay, Ems,” George said loudly. She nodded as Carlisle zipped through the room.

After many shouts, tears, pushes, and screams, Emily and George sat side by side on the clean sheets of their bed as they each held one of their children. Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, Ginny, Fred, and the Morgans had all arrived and were now standing around the room with Tonks, Remus, Teddy, Andromeda, and Carlisle.

George looked over at Emily with a tear in his eye. “I love you,” he whispered.

“Forever and Always,” she replied with a grin as she kissed his lips. “Welcome to the world, Amelia Tonks Weasley and Sirius Black Weasley,” she whispered as she looked down at the twins. Tonks gasped as she heard the names. They had kept the twins’ names a secret until now.

“Did you just say—?” Tonks asked in shock.

“After the one and only,” Emily said softly. Tonks had a tear well up in her eye as Remus kissed her cheek.

“I love the names,” Remus whispered.

“Me too, daddy,” she whispered. “Amelia, Sirius, I would like you to meet your grandparents,” she said as she picked up Sirius’ little hand and waved it at Mr. and Mrs. Weasley and then at Tonks and Remus. “Do you want to hold him?” she asked Mrs. Weasley, who smiled widely and nodded enthusiastically. She took Sirius from her hands as Remus took hold of Amelia.

Emily snuggled up into George’s side. She wasn’t sure how it happened, but her figure was the same as it was before she was pregnant, and she was forever grateful. She had changed into a T-shirt of George’s and some loose shorts.

“Can you believe we made them?” she whispered into his neck as she stared at Amelia.

“They’re perfect, just like their mother,” he said softly. Emily smiled as she kissed his neck.

“I think Amelia looks like you,” she whispered. He chuckled lightly.

“I think Sirius looks like you,” he said back. Emily smiled widely. Sirius had a patch of auburn colored hair on top of his head while Amelia’s was a brighter shade of red.

“I think Amelia looks more like me, actually,” Fred said with a huge grin. Emily rolled her eyes as George started laughing.

“How are you feeling?” George asked.

“Tired,” she replied. “But I don’t want to go to sleep yet.” George nodded as he kissed her temple. “And you’re totally giving me a back massage tonight,” she said with authority.

George chuckled lightly. “Yes, ma’am,” he whispered. Ginny giggled lightly as she sat at the end of the bed.

“You’re an Aunt,” Emily whispered.

“I know! It’s hard to believe,” she gushed. “They’re beautiful.”

“Thanks, sis,” Emily chuckled.

Teddy started squirming in Andromeda’s arms, reaching for Emily. Andromeda brought him over to her as Emily held her arms out for him too. He snuggled up on her chest and started chewing on a piece of her hair. Allison started doing the same thing, so Emily took her too. Allison propped herself up, halfway on George’s lap and halfway on Emily’s. Fred sat down next to Ginny as the grandparents drifted towards the window of the room with the twins.

They were all one big happy family—A happy family that would soon be ripped apart.

Hello Emily. Awe, the first family get together! I'm glad there will be happiness for a little while. It is so very sad what is about to happen. I can't believe this! This is the very thing my Steve asked me right after I delivered our first baby! And then he asked if the wrinkles on her ankles and wrists would go away? Such sweet memories looking back. Emily and George will have good memories also. And to think! She did all the work of delivering those babies before she had a chance for: Great post Emily. I'll be watching for your next PM.

I'm sooo sorry. I've missed two posts! The internet had died on me and you were getting to a crucial posting point so I told my dad to hurry up and phone the internet doctor so I could read your story..... So I'm here now and soooo sory I've missed two posts.....

Ok...so this one is from your last post. This was my favourite bit. I loved it so much. Emily and Tonks have a really beautiful relationship. Emily is very luck to have someone like her!

This was a sad post. I hope Remus doesn't go too soon after the twins are born but maybe its a good thing that they know its going to happen so it prepares themselves for it...

Emily and George were sitting in the living room of Aunt Muriel’s house with Fred and Ginny sitting around them. Mrs. Weasley was rocking Amelia to sleep in one of the bedrooms as George held an already sleeping Sirius. It was late and Emily was nodding off against George’s shoulder.

“Owe!” Ginny exclaimed suddenly as her hand flew to her pocket. Sirius stirred in George’s arms, but he didn’t wake up.

Ginny pulled out a galleon that Emily recognized as one of the fake galleons they had used for Dumbledore’s Army. Emily stared at it in terror. There could be only one reason they would contact now.

“What does it say?” Emily asked quietly. Fred, George, and Emily all stared at Ginny expectantly.

“It says that Harry, Hermione, and Ron are at Hogwarts. We’re going to fight,” she whispered. Emily stared at the coin, wishing the coin’s message would change. George stood up quickly and went to tuck Sirius into his bed. Emily quickly followed him. His wand was already in his hand and he was pulling on some sneakers. She grabbed the one he reached for and threw it across the room. Sirius stirred in his crib, but, again, didn’t waken.

“No,” Emily whispered. He didn’t look up at her as he tied the laces of his other shoe. He summoned the one she threw and tied it up as well. “You can’t go,” she whispered.

“I have to,” he said quietly.

“Then I’m going too,” Emily said as she made for her shoes. George stood in her path.

“You can’t. You have to stay with the twins. That way if something happens to me, they’ll have you,” he said quietly, still not meeting her eyes.

“Like bloody hell I’m going to let you go fight while I have to stay here, wondering if you’re coming home to me,” Emily said firmly, angry tears spilling from her eyes.

“Emily, please,” he whispered. Emily stepped closer to him and cupped his face in her hands.

She knew, right then, that he had no intentions of letting her go. She kissed his lips urgently. Her hands knotted into his hair as he grabbed at the cloth on her back. Emily’s tears ran freely down her cheeks as she kissed her husband for what could have been the last time. Their lips parted, and without looking back, George left the room, tears coming from his eyes as well. She heard the front door close as she collapsed on her bed and cried.

Sirius stirred in his crib and started crying silently. Emily quickly got out of bed and picked him up. She rocked him as he stopped crying. She felt that maybe he knew that his Daddy had left to go fight, where he might not come back. Molly came into the room and looked round at her.

“What’s happened?” she asked in shock as she set Amelia in her crib.

“Hogwarts… They’re fighting,” Emily whispered. Molly’s confused face suddenly understood.

“They went, didn’t they?” she asked in a horrified whisper. Emily nodded once and Mrs. Weasley left the room in a hurry. Emily watched after her as she heard her calling Arthur’s name. After another five minutes, she heard the door close for a second time. Emily looked down at the twins as she thought about the battle that would surely ensue.

With her chest rising and falling quickly, she made up her mind as she set Sirius on her bed and grabbed his jacket. She put his little arms through it and then fished Amelia’s out. She put it on gently, careful not to wake her. She grabbed their diaper bag after she quickly slipped into some comfortable shoes. She checked her pocket for her wand and then picked up the twins, who were now strapped into their double carrier. She walked swiftly to the door and, after making it outside, Apparated to Andromeda’s.

She didn’t bother knocking as she swung the door open.

“Andromeda? Tonks? Anyone here?” she called out.

“In here,” Tonks replied. She followed her voice and found them in the living room. Tonks was setting Teddy into his crib, already asleep. Andromeda was sitting in the chair staring at Tonks intently.

“Andromeda? Do you think you could watch the twins for me? There’s somewhere I need to be…” Emily said as she set the twins down.

“You’re going, too, aren’t you?” she asked quietly. Emily side glanced at Tonks, who was pulling out her wand. Emily nodded slowly.

“Yes, I’ll watch them… If that’s what you want,” she said slowly.

“Why don’t you put them in the crib with Teddy?” Tonks suggested. Emily nodded and started un-strapping Amelia.

Emily walked slowly to the crib. “I love you so much, Millie,” Emily whispered as she kissed her forehead and set her gently in the crib next to Teddy. She got Sirius out of his seat and kissed his forehead. His eyes were still open as her tears flowed down her cheek. “Mommy and Daddy love you very much, Sirius,” she whispered. Sirius grabbed a handful of her hair, but she gently pulled it from his reach and set him beside his sister.

“Thanks, Andromeda,” she whispered as she turned away from her children.

“Ready?” Tonks asked quietly. She had already said her good-byes to Teddy and Andromeda. Emily nodded and they headed for the door. Emily and Tonks arrived in the Hog’s Head, an elderly witch following behind them; it was Neville’s grandmother. They made their way up the stairs and down a long corridor until they made it to the other side of a portrait and into the Room of Requirement. Ginny was inside and she flung her arms around Emily’s neck. The next thing Emily knew, Harry, Hermione, and Ron burst through the door.

Emily was panicking slightly. What if she was too late? She pushed the thoughts aside as Harry told Tonks that Remus was supposed to lead a group of fighters on the grounds.

“Where’s George?” Emily blurted out.

“He’s helping conceal the passageways into the school,” Harry replied. Emily nodded and followed after Tonks.

She ran up and down the corridors, wand in hand. She saw a few people fighting already, and threw any curse she could their way, but she kept looking for George. As she turned the corner to where the secret passageway into Honeydukes was, she spotted him and a small group of students. She paused momentarily as they fought off three Death Eaters.

Emily watched as one of the Death Eaters pointed his wand at George’s chest. George was preoccupied with another Death Eater and hadn’t noticed yet.

Hello Emily. So sad to think of this time in the story. Of course you probably knew I'd comment on this part. I'm sure this is axactly the way George felt when Emily left leaving him behind. My opinion is that she should stay put. But, for the sake of the story, I know she needs to go.
Is this next part where we get to see Emily use the glasses Dumbledore gave her for when she needs to find her George? Can't wait till you post the next chapter. Great work Emily.
