PAMS! I lvoe it!

Hey Guys...here's the next part like i promised...Hope you like it!
Just like to say thanks to draco'sgirlraqual for the beggining bit(It the bit in Purple...no fear!).

CHAPTER 3, PART 2

Hermione looked around as quickly as she could, but he walked up anyway.

"Well Granger, where's Potty and Weaslebee?" Draco asked with a smirk

"Well Obviously they're not here yet!" Draco looked shocked, she just stared at him, not saying anything.

"Fread, George you leave your brother alone" a familiar voice said loudly, getting nearer to where they stood. Hermione looked at Draco, scared. He just smirked.

"We're only looking out for you little Ronnykins" Fred told his mother, as they came into view.

"Yeah, we wouldn't want anything to happen to him" George joined in, he rustled Ron's hair. Ginny goggled.
Roon brushed his brother's hand off in annoyence, a scowl on his face. Hermione could see the tips of his ears go bright red, as her looked in her direction. His face turned up into a large smile as his eyes locked onto her's. He hadn't seen Malfoy. He yelp in joy!

"Hermione, hey Hermione" He all but shouted, running forward to give her a massive hug. Harry, whom she hadnt seen seconds before, running at his heels.

Both boys stopped a few steps away from her, the look of anger on their faces. Both looked at Draco.

"What are you doing here Malfoy" Harry snarled, stepping forward. His hand going to his wand. Ron's did the same.

"The same as you Potty, Weaslebee" Draco replied smirking. By then Fred, George and Ginny had caught them up, there mother had stopped to chat with somone.

"Go away Malfoy" Ron said, taking another stepped forward, his wand noe in his hand.

"Make me" he retorted, also stepping forward. By now both boys were in arms distance. Fred stepped up and stood next to Harry, also glaring at Draco. Pushing Ginny behind him, George followed. Ginny had a annoying look on her face. Everyone was glaring at each other.

Noticing danger, Hermione stepped in between both sides. She spread her arms wide, one hand on Draco's chest and the other on Ron's. She thought, she just knew that Draco would jump back in disgust, she wanted it to happen. But it never came.

"Stop" She said, to both sides, each pointing their wands at the opposite sides, thinking of a spell to use, until she brought them up short, the one word they couldn't resist listening to,

"Please"

She looked at Draco and Ron pleadingly, willing them to see how the fighting would hurt her.

She willed herself to think that she didnt care about Draco, that he's a mean pig! She wanted her to curse him, course him harm. She willed herself to like Ron, and only Ron. SHe couldn't help it, she found herself liking him, her like Draco Malfoy no way!! Where did this come from, she asked herself, her head was confused. Hermione dropped her arms and stepped back, it was easier. Draco looked down at where her hand had been, his face unreadable. He shot her a look, then walked away. He didn't look back. The boys lowered their wands, stowing them into their pockets.

"What was that about?" Ginny asked in a small voice, staring at the place Draco had stood moments before. Hermione looked there too.

"No idea" She replied.

Hey Guys...Half way through writing chapter 4...should post it up in the next few days

SNEAK PEEK!!!

Draco slumped back into the padded seat behind him, it felt cold to him. What had happened? She had touched him, he was suppose to hate her!! he hit
himself over the head with his hand. he sighed and looked out the misty window. The morning had been cold, of course he didnt feel it like other people did,
but he still felt the wind biting at the tips of his ears. The Platform outside was still busy, but mostly with parents, younger siblings of students. And a
few students that were cutting it fine getting onto the train. Draco looked at his watch, it read 10:58am, hmm, Crabbe and Goyle are late, he thought. But
just then the compartment door slid open, he didnt even bother looking up. He knew it was them, along with Pansy, he felt them tak the seats around the
compartment, stowing there luggage in the racks above, his own sat in the middle of the compartment. Draco felt Crabbe's gaze on him for a minute before he
heaved his luggage into the racks for him. Finally they sat down.

"Malfoy" Goyle said, nooding in his direction. He finally looked up.

"Draco" Pansy said sweetly, throwing herself into his arms, he threw them up in digust.

Argg she's so annoying, why do i put up with her? he asked himself,
as he helped right her in her seat, she looked upset at being rejected. She always was.

"Crabbe, Goyle. how come your late?" He asked, looking back out the window, not really wanting an answer. They knew this, so they didnt speak.

The Compartment was quite for a while, everyone in there on thoughts. It wasn't until the train, which was now moving, passed some muggle town that Draco
began to talk agian:

"I cant believe im even coming back, Hogwarts is ridicualous" She snarled, of course his friends would agree.

"Yes Draco" Pansy said. He didnt even look at her, just stared out the window.

He didnt like the silence, even though he was basically causing it,

"Speak someone" he told the compartment, suddenly a bumbble of voices began to talk.
Standing up suddenly he turned towards the compartment door,

"Im going for a walk" and he walked out without wanting for an answer, their eyes on his form.

Sorry its not very much: But im trying to make the chapters longer and worth reader..so its taking longer..sorry...Hope this is ok

CHAPTER 4

"Hermione do you want a chocolate frog" Ron asked, waving one in her face. She was nealing down, opening the hatch to Crookshanks cage. Once the door was fully open he jumped out and onto the free seat next to Harry, curling up to sleep.

"No thanks Ron" She said sitting back down in the last remaining seat. She watched as Ron shoved the remaining chocolate frog into his mouth and munch on it furiously, and she watched as Harry dug into his trunk for his Wizard chess. Hermione scupped up Crookshanks, to his displeasure, before he could run after the wizard peices. Harry gave her a 'thank you' smile.

She watched as they set out the peice's, the peice's that at that moment were still. Crookshanks began to swerm in her arms, so she was forced to put him back into his cage, although he wasnt happy about it. Hermione sighed from her seat as both boys began to play, obviously Ron was winning.

The weather outside the window was misty and damp, and Hermione smiled as feilds and towns wizzed past, she was going back to school. But till then she was going to read from the many books she had brought with her. Ron had commented on the weight of her trunk as he helped lift it into the train.

"Hermione how many books did you pack?" He had asked, his breath laboured. She had just rolled her eyes and stepped onto the train.

She couldn't settle with a book, her mind was on other things, what had happened between her and Draco? She shock her head slightly and stared at the book in front of her, not taking in a single word

"I'm going for a walk" She said quitely stepping over both Harry and Ron. She opened the door as Harry replied,

"Sure, see you later 'Mione" his full attention on the game in front of him. Hermione glanced at both boys as she slid the compartment door behind her.

The hallway was busy with students, it seemed like most of the students were lounging in the hall rather then in the compartments. She thought as she started to weed her way through the mob of students. She need to talk to Draco, and she needed to talk to him now. She looked for about half hour, How long is this train? She had asked herself as she turned to head back to the compartment, but stopped.

Just ahead of her she noticed a boy, with perfect blond hair, and neat clean clothes heading away from her. She couldn't have that! Walking a little faster she walked behind him, bumping into a boy in the way. She looked back quickly to say 'sorry'.

"Malfoy" She called after him, rushing forward. she grabbed his arm and span him round to face her, she looking into his gray eyes.

"Granger" He replyed, staring at her, she felt her face grow hot, She looked down at her feet, shuffling her wore shoes on the dusty floor. She gulped

"Malfoy, what happened on the platform?" She asked in a small voice.

CHAPTER 5
The spoon span in the air in front of him, with ever turn he could see a bit of his face in the polished silver. He was bored, there was no doubt about it,
he could hear Dumbledore drone on in the background. His mind was on other things, what he was going to do about the 'Job' he had to do, and about his feeling's for a girl. She sat at her house table, chatting with her friends. He could see her, his heart beat a little faster as he watched her.

'no he couldn't like her' he shock his head, the distraction made the silver spoon fall to the table with a loud clang in the quite hall. No one paid it
any attention, there full attention to what ever the Headmaster was saying, 'load of rubbish, i bet' he thought as he looked around him, everyone, even the Slytherin's were paying attention. Frowning a little he turned back to the Headmaster and listened.

"...the Minstry of Magic want me to keep this from you, but i think your all old enough to know" He paused, "Last week, Azaban was broken into,
letting more prisoners free, now with this new information, Hogwarts is going to see more protection round the castle"

He stopped at that, casting a look round the hall, all students hanging on his every word. Then he stared talking about other things, wanting to clear there heads of this news, Everyone only listened with respect. With a stern face he stepped down from the podium he was on.

"Now i think it's time for bed, chop chop" Not long after he said, standing up again. He clapped his hands at this and instantly strucking a conversation with Professor Mcgonagall.

The hall arruped around him, everyone heading towards the large doors. He could hear prefects calling for the first years as he pushed himself for the table, stumbbling towards the common room with everyone else. He was hussled and bussled as he made his way out, he did his fair share of pushing back. When he finally got out of the mob of students he walked the lonely walk down to the common room, the tapestry.

"Pure Blood"

He said, his voice drown-like, the wall on which the tapestry hung turned itself into a sort of doorway, leading to the Slytherin common room.
He stepped through, ignoring all the students already there. He threw the large room a sweep for his friends, not seeing them he threw himself onto the
nearest sofa, he prepared to wait for them.

Hermione could feel his gaze on her, but she ignored it. Instead she talked and laughed with her friends, Harry, Ron, Ginny, and Neville. She had to admit the headmasters speach was a very interesting thing to listen to, he first part more then the second and not so much having to explain some of it to Harry and Ron afterwards. The food was also delicious to eat, no way had she given up her scheme to help the House Elves. But she was hungry, rather then starve she ate, ignoring theamusment eyes from Ron

"You feeling alright Hermione?" He asked, smirking his annoying smirk.

"Perfectly Ron" She stifly replyed,

she thought her tone of voice alerted he annouance for he didnt answer. Ron shoved more food into his already full mouth.

Hermione turned towards Harry, whom was talking to Ginny in whispered tones. He turned at her gaze, looking guilty, she just smiled and turned back
to the others. She knew what Harry felt about Ginny, she would leave him to it.

"Neville, how was your summer?" She asked, picking some vegatable's from her silver plate with her fork. She chewed on it as Neville replyed.

"It was ok, one of my uncle's gave me another plate. I could show you later if you like" His voice wasn't very loud, she smiled at him.

"I'd love to Neville"

It was quite dark when the feast finished, but the great hall had struck up lights all round to hall, and the castle. Hermione, Harry, Ron, Neville and
Ginny all pulled themselves form the table, sticking as a small group, they walked towards the hall doors. They were pushed and shoved as they got closer towards the doors, at one point Ron looked like he wanted to have a go at a third year for pushing him. Hermione pulled him away. When they finally found theselves in an empty corridor, Harry taking them down secret passages, they struck up conversation.

"Its good to be back" Harry said sighing, smiling at them all.

"I know mate" Ron replyed.

"What did you miss most? The food?" Ginny said in a teasing voice, Hermione laughed.

"Shut up" Ron grumply said, folding his arms across his chest, the tip of his ears turning red. Ginny laughed.

The common room was slightly full when they got there, most of the students still walking up from the hall. This gave the group time to choose the best seats in the room, the seats by the fire. Harry sat next to Ginny, with Ron on his other side. Neville sat next to Hermione. They struck up conversation, which took there consentration that they didn't fully notice all the other students arrive.

"Oh!" Neville said suddenly, making them jump, "I gotta show you my new plant" He said happly, jumping up and running towards the stairs leading to the boys dorms.

"Barking mad!" Ron stated, making them all laugh
