Chapter One: Hogwarts

I received the letter, and to celebrate being a witch, my parents and I were going to London to have a delicious dinner, we were taking the train, and then it crashed, I barely survived, I believe it was the magic in me that helped me survive.. But they didn't, they died. I was placed in an orphanage, but less then a month later, some people came and adopted me, they said they would pay for my school fare, they were witches and wizards, and they wanted me to replace their recently lost daughter, Daphne Greengrass. I felt so bad that they were trying to replace their dead daughter with me. You couldn't replace family like that, it wasn't fair. Now I am apparently known as Hermione Jean Isabelle Daphne Greengrass, and only the first two names actually belong to me.. And today I'm boarding the Hogwarts Express and heading off to my future as a witch.

I stared out the window of the compartment I was resting in, bored, I opened a book and began reading it, the happened to be Hogwarts a History. Next thing I knew someone had sheepishly knocked on the door to the compartment, it was the same boy I had helped to get in to the station." Er, sorry to interrupt you, I.. I'll just go." He mumbled blushing a faint red, nervously playing with the long black bangs that hung in his face.

" No it's okay, you can sit here." I said, giving him a faint smile, which he returned as he sat down across from me, still rather nervous." Hermione Gr-Greengrass." I stuttered briefly, nearly forgetting my new surname.

" Harry Potter." My eyes grew twice the regular size and the flitted up to his forehead, I could barely make out the lightning bolt shaped scar, conveniently obscured by his messy black hair. I then realized my mouth was hanging a gape and I was staring, quickly I mumbled an apology." It's alright, I've been getting a few stares recently, I guess they'll die down quickly." I nodded in false agreement, he was Harry Potter, they wouldn't fade fast. I couldn't help but notice that he was already in his school robes.

Suddenly, someone interrupted rather suddenly and rudely mind you, he had slicked back platinum blonde hair, piercing grey eyes and rather pointy features." Who are you two?" His tone was extremely unpleasant, and I felt like we wouldn't get along in the slightest.

" I'm Hermione Greengrass, and this is Harry Potter, what does it matter to you?" I spat at him in the same exact tone, an eye for an eye. He seemed surprised for some reason and rather taken aback, clearly he didn't realize he was going to be addressed the way he was.

" I'm Draco Malfoy." He sat down next to me, much to my discomfort, and causing me to continue to give him my infamous evil eye.

" To say it was a pleasure to meet you would be a lie." I snapped at him, and turned back to my book.

" Wha-.. I'm sorry, if I came across as rude when I first came in." He finally said, and I raised both my eyebrows at him skeptically." What? What more do you want?"

" Apology accepted, but that doesn't make me dislike you less." I replied coolly, really trying to get in to my book once more.

" I didn't say it to make you dislike me less!" Draco protested and that made me snap Hogwart's A History shut, and turn to face him once more.

" Then why did you say it?" I shot at him, once more glaring daggers in his direction.

" I did it so you'd stop giving me your evil looks, but it seems that didn't even that work." He sighed, glowering at me.

" My evil looks? You were the one being rude!" I cried angrily at him.

" I apologized!" His face was turning rather red now.

" Whoa, can you two calm down please?" Harry spoke up meekly, I went beet red, forgetting he was still in the room.

" Sorry Harry, Malfoy.." I muttered sitting down, which was strange because I didn't remember standing up.

The rest of the trip was pretty decent, Draco and I simply ignored each other, and we liked it that way. We arrived at Hogwarts safely, and trudged up the shore were this gigantic looking thing with a big hairy beard, hubby fingers and wearing a patched up coat, told us to board the mini boats, four wizards or witches to each. Harry, Draco, a girl with a babbling mouth who I believed to be named Lavender Brown, and I all hopped on to one.

" And the other day my friend and I were looking at the variant colors of lipstick and she just wanted to go with a plain looking one and I told her she should be more drastic and get something like blue or purple, that would make her really stick out and look plain gorgeous. I, on the other hand always look amazingly beautiful, nothing to be compared with her. Oh and what houses do you think you will be getting in?" She would NOT stop talking, I swear. And then I realized she had asked us all questions.

" Slytherin." Was Draco's automatic reply.

" I don't know, or really care." Harry and I chorused, I glanced at him and chuckled.

" It would be really pathetic if you got yourself in to Hufflepuff you know, that's were all the rejects go." Draco sneered.

" Actually, I would like to be Gryffindor." I finally said, glaring daggers at Draco, who, once more, looked taken aback.

" Gryffindor doesn't sound to bad.." Harry mumbled, it seemed he had no earthly idea what he was getting in to.

" Gryffindor and Slytherin, are sworn enemies ever since Godric Gryffindor and Salzar Slytherin began the first great war, Godric supported the mingling of muggle and wizarding families, Salzar did not, he believed that only wizards would be allowed to marry other wizards. Obviously the dispute between them grew, and then the war started." I recited at top speed." Godric, Salzar and two others, Helga Hufflepuff and Rowena Ravenclaw, were the founders of Hogwarts, the first wizarding school ever to be officially founded. They worked together in peace and harmony for one hundred-and-fifty-three years."

" Are you sure you aren't going in to Ravenclaw?" Lavender's eyes were wide open, as was her mouth, but no sound was coming from it, thankfully." I mean your really, really smart."

" Not really, and Harry, you seem a little lost. Gryffindor is for those who are brave and courageous at heart, Ravenclaw is for those who are gifted with the traits of wisdom and knowledge. Hufflepuff for those who are loyal, caring and kind. Slytherin for those who are slick and cunning." I explained to the completely lost raven-haired boy.

" Ohhhh, okay.. I still don't care, as long as I get sorted." He laughed nervously.

" Your Harry Potter. You WILL get sorted!" Lavender exclaimed, and I just rolled my eyes." I mean, you are here after all, you'll get sorted sure enough."

" Look, I can see the shore!" I suddenly called out. And sure enough we soon landed and made our way up to Hogwarts, in to a long hallway.

" MY TOAD!" Someone yelped, and dived in front of us, shrieking, I jumped in to Draco, who fell on to some red-haired boy, unfortunately for us a strict looking woman had chosen that moment to enter the great hall." I'm so, sorry! Please forgive me!" The boy mumbled, not noticing her.

" Ow, yea, um, it's okay, honestly." I said picking myself up.

" If you are done with your foolish antics, please follow me in a moment, to where it will be determined which house each of you belong to."

The sorting, I must confess, was both interesting and boring. I, obviously, didn't know a single person there and I was hardly listening to the names anymore." Greengrass, Hermione." I waited for the person to go up, and then I realized that it was me, under my new name. Clearing my throat silently, I went up to the stool, and after a second or so, it shouted out.

" RAVENCLAW!" Getting up, I joined the clapping Blue and Bronze decorated table, smiling triumphantly. The toad boy was sorted in to Gryffindor, Draco went to Slytherin and Harry soon followed him to the Green and silver table. The school year was about to start!

Chapter Two: Second Year

I guess I was really wrong about Draco, he turned out to be half decent. I found that out when he, Harry and some freckled red-haired kid named Ron, rescued me from a troll in the girls bathroom, not a story I feel like telling you. Besides, it was that stupid Ron's fault that I nearly got killed by the troll. Okay, maybe not.. But he got me detention! He.. He.. Okay, that was me as well. I just like blaming other people, yea, I have problems.. School came and went so fast! And Harry and I saved the world from Voldemort, okay, Ron and Draco helped a little, tiny, bit. Ron knocked Draco out for goodness sakes! They would not lay off each other! I swear, those two..

Our second year at Hogwarts started so fast, I could barely believe. Plus my adoptive sister Astoria joined me in Ravenclaw, Harry and Ron missed this, having thought that flying here was a more drastic entrance, I didn't talk to them for a whole.. Oh, what, five minutes? Even though I told Astoria it would be a week. We kinda get along, more like distant friends then best buddy sisters, and apparently everyone thinks I am actually a Greengrass, they have no earthly idea! And that frustrates me to no end! Also Astoria, I can see it in her eyes when someone comments that we are the perfect sisters.

The voices Harry was hearing worried me, Draco didn't care, heartless git, Ron was a bit worried, but just ate off his worry. As everything was going on and I was trying to get away from all the drama and figure out what happened to Mrs Norris, I happened to bump in to another ginger (trust me, I've seen to many). Like literally bumped in to, I was leaving the library, he was entering and both of our books spilled all over the place."Oh my word! I am so sorry, I, I didn't.." I stuttered in shock, he was a sixth year and actually, wasn't that much taller then me, and I'm only twelve!

"Nah, it's my fault, got caught up reading about dragons again. Say, aren't you Hermione, the brilliant Ravenclaw who sits with Ron?" He paused, squinting at me, it was late.

"Well, I wouldn't say brilliant.." I muttered, blushing a little bit at his choice of words, he was clearly another Weasley.

"Charlie Weasley." He grinned at me, holding out his hand.

"Hermione Gra.. Greengrass." I corrected myself as I shook his hand, even after a whole year I still stumbled across my surname, and no one noticed, except Astoria, she noticed everything, well.. So did Mr and Mrs Greengrass, but they only reprimanded me, Astoria just gave me encouraging smiles, not saying anything, she hardly ever did. It was communicating through looks for her. I fear for her future husband.

"Pleasure to meet you.. Oh and here are the rest of your books." Charlie was saying as he handed me the four or five books that I hadn't picked up yet, he was pretty fast.

"Oh, thanks!" I responded cheerily, and proceeded on my way towards the Ravenclaw Common Room, I met Astoria half way, for some reason, she seemed to be hiding behind her thick blonde curls."Hey, Tori, is anything wrong?" I expected her to shake her head in response, as usual. But this time she didn't, she paused staring at her feet,

"I'm worried for you Mimi." She mumbled, using the nickname she had invented for me."You.. Your a muggle-born, and, after Justin Finch-Fletchley's attack by what ever the thing is.." She trailed off, finally looking up at my eyes, her face had visible tear streaks."I just don't want to loose another sister."

I had opened my mouth with a quick, smart reply already on my lips, but it died when I heard her last words, I just stood there with my mouth open in a wide 'o'. Next thing I knew I was hugging her."I'll be fine Tori, they all think I'm a pureblood, the creature wouldn't know the difference anyways." Both of them heard a soft pitter-patter of footsteps and I spun around, wand drawn.

A gasp then the person held there hands up, clearly scared, they slowly stepped out of the shadows."Ginny!" Astoria gasped, looking shocked." What are you doing over here?"

"I.. I.. I had to use the restroom, but the closest one was er, the uh, one with Moaning, er, Myrtle." She mumbled in response."Sorry for surprising you two.. I. I should go back to my common room."

"Take care Ginny, and make sure none of the Slytherins bother you." Astoria called after her, and then Astoria and I continued on our way to the Ravenclaw common room.

It was empty when we arrived there, but that was to be expected, Ravenclaws were usually rather rule-abiding and went to bed on time, it seemed that Astoria and I were the only exceptions."Tori, take care and sleep well, and if any of the Slytherins bother you be sure to let me know."

"I'll be fine Mimi, don't worry, the Slytherins don't bother me at all." Astoria laughed dryly, waving to me slightly we parted ways and she entered the first years dormitories.

"What did you just say?" I whirled around, wand drawn, to face Draco.

"All I said is that you need to relax more, and my point is now fully proven." He muttered darkly, glaring at my wand as if it was going to kill him or something."Seriously Hermione, you'll stab someones eye out with that thing!"

"I will not, I do not act childish like you do." I scoffed angrily at him, my day had been slowly descending from bad to worse.

"Hermione, we are still kids, kind of." Harry shrugged, looking up from Magical Beasts and Where to Find Them.

"That doesn't give us any reason to act immature." I protested, slamming Hogwarts a History shut, I had already finished my homework.

"I.. Fine, I'm sorry Hermione for hexing that Ravenclaw yesterday, is that what your going on about?" Draco sighed, throwing his hands up in surrender.

"You... YOU WHAT!" I exclaimed, jumping up, Draco glanced sideways at Harry before speaking again.

"How about you just forget I said that?" He suggested to me weakly.

"No! I will not have you going around hexing random students." I snapped at him.

"You only care because it was a Ravenclaw, you wouldn't mind if it was a Slytherin." Draco glowered at me, and my mouth fell open in shock, that was such a lie!

"I do not! Now who did you hex?" I demanded from him, slamming my hands down on the table.

"What does it matter? That was the past, let's just forget this Hermione." Harry said, standing up for Draco.

"Don't you dare get in to this Harry, it has nothing to do with you. Draco Hyperion Malfoy, you will answer my question right now!" I persisted, glaring daggers at him.

"It... It was Astoria, okay?" He finally submitted.

"No! That is not okay! You hexed my sister, I swear someday I will be the death of you!" I groaned in frustration as I stormed out of the library, I couldn't believe that Tori had lied to me, she told me that the Slytherin's weren't messing with her, I asked her yesterday right before we went to sleep, and she said no. I began to search frantically for her, and found her eating a late lunch in the great hall." Astoria Greengrass, why in the world did you lie to me?" I hissed quietly at her.

"What are you going on about?" She looked up curiously at me.

"Draco hexed you yesterday didn't he." It was a statement, not a question.

"I.. How did you find out?" Astoria seemed to falter slightly.

"That doesn't matter, Tori, I need you to tell me things like this." My anger dissipated at once, and turned in to a more soft, comforting tone of voice.

"I just didn't want you marching off to the Slytherin dormitories to kill Draco, that's all Mimi." Astoria let out in a quick sigh."And please, for Merlin's sake, don't try and say you wouldn't do that."

I nodded, and headed off to the library once more, to do some more research on what ever was threatening the Hogwarts students. It was almost completely empty. I completely forgot about the Quidditch game that was happening today as I read for hours on end, finally, I hit something that seemed to be what we were dealing with, a Basilisk. I began to make my way out when I came across Penelope Clearwater, the Ravenclaw prefect. Then, we heard noises and I asked her if she had a mirror, that's when I saw the glow of sickly yellow eyes, and everything stopped...

HAHAHA.. Good i think

OMG EVERYONE IS SO PERFECT! But in a different situation. Hermione is still a bossy boot know it all. Draco is still annoying, but loveable. Harry is still, well Harry. And ROnnikins is still ... RONNIEKINS!

And I much love the Charlie in there, I like it a lot.

Chapter Three: Third Year Part 1

Harry, it seems, killed the basilisk, and destroyed Riddle's diary which was corrupting Ginny Weasley. I was awoken from my petrified state by the mandrake potion that was made for Justin, Colin, Penelope, Mrs. Norris and Nearly Headless Nick, don't ask me how he took it, I don't even know. When I got out of the hospital wing and entered the Great Hall, I found myself being crushed by hugs from Astoria, Draco and Harry. Ron was nowhere to be seen, he was possibly comforting his sister. But there wasn't much of a chance of that, he's a stupid thick-headed git. And he doesn't even mind when I call him that to his face.

The feast was delicious, and then Dumbledore canceled the exams, you have no earthly idea how furious I was with him! He can't just go around canceling exams like that! Summer came and went unbelievably fast, and I bought a cat named Crookshanks, he's such a darling! Harry and Draco found some place to sit on the Hogwarts Express before I even arrived, we were so late today, and I couldn't find them, so I took an empty compartment, it's rather surprising to find one those these days. I was reading a book on Transfiguration when I heard someone enter, and I looked up surprised.

"Charlie Weasley, right?" I noticed he had the Head-boy badge on his chest. "And congratulations."

"Yes and thank you." He smiled, sitting across from me. "Oh um, you don't mind if I sit here do you?"

I laughed before responding. "No, not at all, its actually quite nice to have company."

"Really? Ron keeps telling me you hate company." Charlie raised his eyebrows.

"He would say that, its just that I love the library, sometimes a bit to much." I chuckled softly, rolling my eyes, the youngest male Weasley was always rather delusional.

"Ah, I totally understand, my brothers think I've lost my marbles, I really enjoy reading about dragons." Charlie nodded.

And that sparked up the whole conversation about dragons between us, it was quite interesting for our taste, but I won't bore you with the details of the tiniest differences in their scale shapes and things like that, part way through the trip, everything went dark and cold as the train stopped, but it stopped far to soon, next thing I knew dark hood creatures were entering our compartment, I shrieked in fear, by the time Charlie had pulled his wand out I had realized what the creatures were.

"Expecto Patronum!" A silver almost dragon-like shape burst out of his wand and the dementors immediately fled, Charlie then turned towards me. "Are you alright?" He asked with genuine worry, nodding, I pulled myself out of the curled up position I was in, even though it was insanely brief, the flashes of the train crash had been pulled out of the wall that I had locked them in, they were still fresh in my mind, and before I knew it I was starting to cry hysterically. I had done all I could not to see my parent's faces anymore, knowing what it would do to me.

Stupid, typical me, crying and not paying attention to my surroundings, before I knew it there were like fifty-million people around me, and someone was offering me chocolate.

"Hermioneeeeeeeeeee!" Draco called in a whiny voice, as I sniffled slightly, and then hiccuped. "What's wrong?"

And the usual, oh so tactful Ron spoke up. "What could have happened to you that affected you so badly? You've had a pretty perfect life."

"Oh, brilliant one Ronald." Astoria snapped at him. "Hermione, are you alright?"

"I'm fine, and it's none of your business Ron." I didn't mean for my tone to sound really harsh, but I couldn't really have stopped myself.

"Calm down Mimi." Astoria laid a comforting hand on my shoulder and I smiled weakly at her in response. "She just had a traumatic experience when she was younger, and I suggest you accept the chocolate from Professor Lupin."

"Oh, thanks..." Clearly that was the new DADA professor, Lockhart wasn't much good, but he was extremely handsome.

Thankfully, the rest of the trip to Hogwarts was unhindered and then McGonagall wanted to speak with me, I was given a time-turner so that I could attend all the classes I had signed up for. I didn't even realize how little I payed attention to my friends since the dementor attack on the train, which was two months ago, the dementors had scared me so much I couldn't help but avoid going outside as much as I could, I didn't want my memories pulled out, ever again. I know how childish that must seem of me, when I don't want to face something, I hide it from myself.

I had been reading in the library in my rare free time when I suddenly heard someone say something. "Hermione Granger!" I haven't been called that in a long time, whirling around, wand drawn, I am surprised at who I see. My old muggle friend, Darren Grate. "Wow! You are the last person I expected to see here in Hogwarts."

"I.. Darren!" I was in a total state of shock. "Why are you here?"

"Hermione wake up..." Darren suddenly shouted. And I blinked at him confused.

"Darren, I am awake." I mumbled, what was he going on about.

"HERMIONE!" I thought I heard several people shout that, and next thing I knew I had my face in my textbook and everything was really cold and dark. Looking up, I thought I saw something silhouetted against the window, when the thing moved in to the moonlight, I could see their face clearly.

"SIRIUS BLACK! IN THE CASTLE!" I shrieked, grabbing the closest thing I could find and I threw it at the person before running, like a mad person. In my frenzy I ran straight in to Charlie Weasley. "Black, library, knife!" I said, near hysterics. "Sirius Black, in the library, with a knife!"

"Let's get a teacher." He said immediately, taking me gently by the arm and leading me towards the closest classroom, Transfiguration, which I was supposed to be.

"Miss Greengrass I hope you have an excellent reason for not-Mr Weasley, what is going on here?" McGonagall interrupted herself, looking at the two of us for an explanation.

"I had fallen asleep in the library reading and when I woke up, I... I saw Sirius Black!" I was still mortified and extremely frightened.

"This is grave news indeed, Mr Weasley, please lead the rest of these students to the Great Hall at once!" McGonagall ordered, and Charlie began to usher everyone out of the class.

"Hermione, are you alright?" Draco and Harry asked at the same time.

"I'm.. Rather freaked out." I answered shakily.

"They'll find Black, don't worry, everything will be fine." Draco said reassuringly, putting an arm around my shoulders.

"I... I hope so." I smiled weakly at him.

We had all sat down in our fluffy purple sleeping bags that Dumbledore made appear, Draco had fallen asleep whining about purple, and Harry fell asleep muttering threats to whoever would listen, but I just couldn't find it in me to sleep. So in my half awake daze I began to head towards the library so that I could read something, something that would possibly ease my mind. "Hey Hermione, were are you going?" I heard the rather familiar voice of Charlie behind me.

"Oh um, I'm not sure, I was just really tired and I had nothing to read." I stumbled across my words, confused, waking up more now.

"Ah, I was worried you were sleep walking." Charlie nodded in understanding.

"Well, in a way I was." I said, seeing him clearly now, I went over and sat down next to him. "You wouldn't happen to have anything to read, would you?"

"Yea, Quidditch Through The Ages, I meant to return it today, but with all the events..." He trailed off, but his tone wasn't accusing in the slightest. "But if you want, you can borrow it."

"Thanks Charlie." I smiled at him and accepted the book. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow, sorry for disturbing you."

"It was nothing, really truly." He laughed softly.

"If you say so." I left to go back to sleep...

Wow, you are making a lot of updates! Each of them great! I loved her dream! And Sirius Black in the castle...Charlie is amazing! Ron is (insert bad word).

I was actually in Orlando Florida Disney World, brain wasn't working and I couldn't remember what it's name was.
Ahhh, it would be cool if I was around Asia, but unfortunately I've never been out of the US

I finally am working on the next chapter, but my brain is going a bit delirious as I'm writing it so, I'll have to wait till I'm more awake to continue unfortunately, but here's a spoiler

Chapter Four: Year Three Part 2

"I don't really feel bad for Hagrid, Buckbeak isn't really the nicest creature around." Draco muttered, staring down at Hagrid's hut, in a sudden burst of anger I raised my hand, clenched it in to a fist then brought it hard down on his face. "OW! HERMIONE!" He howled in pain, he and Harry looked at me in horror. "You broke my nose." It was almost impossible to tell what he was saying, but I think I figured it out. "You broke my bloody nose!"

"Nice Draco, you realized that a nose is almost always bloody when someone punches it and breaks it." I glared angrily at him, expecting him to hit me back, I was doomed. But he just stared at me. "Apologize for what you said about Hagrid and Buckbeak now, or else I'll punch you again." I really wouldn't have, I swear, it's just that I have him pretty frightened right now.

"I'm sorry for what I said about Hagrid and Buckbeak." Draco said hurriedly, his eyes big and wide. I walked off, my hand aching like crazy, but probably not as much as Draco's nose, I really did feel bad, but I couldn't bring myself to apologize just yet.

"Hermione!" Someone called after me and I turned around angrily, but relaxed a bit seeing who it was, even though I would probably get in trouble for not being in class. "What happened?"

"I just punched my best friend." I was trembling as I replied to Charlie's question. "He wasn't being sympathetic about Buckbeak, only because Buckbeak hurt him. I know, it's a lame excuse." I sighed, taking in a deep breath. "But I just guess it affects me more because when my dad died, I felt terrible, even though he hurt me, but that was on accident or I really aggravated him, and it wasn't even much. It's almost as if he doesn't have a heart."

"Mimi!" Astoria hissed, having just turned the corner and probably heard everything I said. I pretty much just told Charlie I was adopted. "Sorry, she's not feeling well today Mr. Weasley." Astoria quickly said, grabbing my arm and dragging me away. "Were you thinking about what this could do to my family, Mimi, no one can know, I'm really, truly sorry."

"I, I don't know, I didn't mean to Tori, I swear." I nearly burst into tears, what else could go wrong today? What bloody else.

"Mimi, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to explode on you, I just, overreacted." Astoria hugged me tightly and I hugged her in response.

"Detention Miss Greengrass for not attending class." Professor Snape rapped out and I glared at him, I just learned what else could go wrong.

"So sorry Mimi." Astoria whispered to me as I began to leave, I gave her a weak smile and began to head for Charms.

But I couldn't go to Charms, I just couldn't. I couldn't face Harry and Draco so soon after I punched the latter, so I returned to the library, where I fell asleep on my books. I was awoken suddenly, but thankfully this time, not by Darren Grate.

"Hermione, I'm really sorry about making those comments about Buckbeak, now will please stop avoiding me, I hate not talking to you." It was Draco who had woken me up, much to my surprise, and Harry wasn't anywhere around. "Please, please, please, stop avoiding me and not talking to me? Are we still best friends?"

"Draco, I am sorry for punching you, your being mean about Buckbeak was no excuse for violence. I'm the one who should be asking if we are still best friends." I smiled at him.

"Really? We are best friends, I swear, forever and ever, no matter what." Draco's face lit up like a five year old who was just given a box of candies, I had no idea that I meant this much to him, wow. "Can I hug you?" He then asked tentatively.

I laughed softly and pulled him into a hug. "Any time."

The events that followed were extremely strange, I don't even want to go into detail of them, Remus Lupin is a werewolf, I already knew that though, Harry performed a fully fledged patronus, Ron's rat Scabbers was really Peter Pettigrew, who was alive, Sirius Black is innocent, we rescued Buckbeak, Peter Pettigrew escaped. And non of that was in that order, oh and we also rescued Sirius Black and he is on the run now. Let's say, that was an action packed day, and the year finally ended, so now we are on our way home on the train, yay, yay, yay. Sarcasm, gotta love it.

"Can you believe it, Sirius Black is innocent? I'd have never guessed." Draco announced his thoughts for the umpteenth time, and I once again had the urge to lean over and slap him silly. "It's a pity that no one else knows this, he'd be a very good ally, don't you think?"

"Draco, for the millionth time, he is our ally, but not openly, now please shut up." Harry groaned in frustration.

"Yea but if he could be our ally openly it would be awesome!" Draco persisted, I sighed, completely understanding Harry's frustration, so I stood up. "I mean- hey where are you going Hermione?"

"I- uh, bathroom?" I felt horrid, leaving Harry to listen to Draco's endless talking, but hey, I can't stand it most of the time.

"Oh, okay, don't be long." Draco grinned weakly and waved as Harry gave me a look of fear when I exited, I tried to give him a look of sympathy but I don't think it quite worked.

As I continuined on my way to the bathrooms I bumped into somebody, typical me. "Oh my word, Merlin, I am so sorry!" I said immediately from the ground, because I uh, fell over, and they didn't. "Oh, hey Charlie, sorry again." I mumbled going a bit red, what was it with me and bumping into this Weasley? I mean, it could have been anybody, but it was always Charlie Weasley, weird, huh.

"Nah, it's my fault, I was uh, zoning off." Charlie chuckled a little bit and helped me up. "I should be the one apologizing, your the one who ended up on the ground. So yea, sorry about that." I smiled at him and continued. "Hey, I haven't been able to talk to you recently, did you and Draco fix things up since we last talked?"

"Oh that?" I was surprised he even remembered that. "Yea, and how did you know it was Draco, I don't remember saying that it was him." I squinted suspiciously at Charlie, creeeeeeeper alert, well probably not, the Weasley's were pretty okay people.

"Guessed, Harry isn't quite the one to not be sympathetic, and you mentioned that Buckbeak harmed the guy." Charlie laughed a little bit. "Plus Draco sounds like the one to botch things up like that."

"Yea, I guess, Harry's not that bad now that I think about it, Draco just seems a bit slow on the uptake I guess." I nodded, understanding, at least he wasn't a creeper, yay! "But he's still an amazing friend

"Hey, who you guys talking about?" Speaking of the blonde haired devil, Draco had appeared.

"You," I answered simply and his eyebrows shot up immediately.

"No seriously, who are you two talking about?" He continued, not believing me, silly Draki-poo.

"No seriously, we are talking about you." Charlie rolled his eyes at the young Malfoy, who just glared at him.

"Hey look! I think we are at the station now!" I suddenly said before Draco could think of a retort for Charlie's words.

"Well, nice talking to you Mimi, see you around!" Charlie turned around and began to walk away.

"Nice talking to you too Charlie, hopefully we will see each other later." I waved smiling at myself.

"He calls you Mimi?" Draco blinked looking from the retreating red heads back to my face.

"Oh shut up Drakikins, let's get Harry and get off." I laughed at his surprised face, and shouldered my bag...
