Background Info: Ginny is in 5th year and Harry is in 6th. Ron and Hermione are together

Chapter 1

Back again. I don’t understand why people get so excited about going back to school. Ok I guess when you’re a first year it’s exciting but after you have been at the same school with the same teachers and people for the past five years it loses its touch. So here I am, once again, on the Hogwarts express.
I was quite content sitting in my chair and looking out the window while my friends played some muggle game called ‘Truth or Dare’. Once I heard the rules I automatically said I wasn’t taking part because I knew nothing good could come from it. Although about twenty minutes after they had started to play my best friend Alice convinced me to join in for one game.

“Ok Ginny, it’s your turn, Truth or Dare?” Lauren asked me. I didn’t really like her. She always had to be the best at everything and was a stuck up snob but she was cousins with Alice so we couldn’t really kick her out of the group but her being here means that Jessica and Nikki, her followers as me and Alice call them, are also here. So it’s really just me and Alice who liked each other and the other three hated us back, who knows why they hang around with us but we just can’t seem to get rid of them.

“Oh come on do I seriously have to do this?” I looked at Alice, who glared at me and told me to pick one or she would hit me. You can never say no to Alice.

“Fine, I’ll do it, Truth.” To be honest I knew the question before she even asked it. She always asked me about him.

“Harry Potter.” was all she said.

“You do know that’s not a question, right?” I said, getting annoyed at myself because the minute his name is mentioned I blushed. Ever since I started to date other guy’s people have started to think I had finally gotten over Harry but I haven’t the only person that knows this is Alice but Lauren will never stop asking me about him.

“Ok, remember you have to tell the truth.” I nodded and she continued. “Would you be mad at me if I asked Harry if he wanted to date me?” I instantly froze. Come on Ginny, play it cool.

“Why would I be angry? It isn’t like I like him anymore.” I couldn’t get my mouth to stop and before I knew it I was telling her:

“You know what? I’ll get you guy’s together.” Ok I’ve gone mad.

“Oh Ginny, that would be great! Can you go ask what he thinks about me?”
“What, right now?” I asked in shock.

“Yes. Go!” Then she pushed me out of the compartment and into the corridor in the train. I can’t believe I was about to ask the boy I was practical in love with what he thought about another girl.
I stopped outside the compartment he was in with Neville and Luna. I took a deep breath and walked in.

Hey Kerri. Fabulous first one.

I'm a twilighter too and I noticed all of this. I love it that Lauren is the evil girl again. I hate Luren in the Twilight books.

When I walked in they all looked at me. Where they trying to make this harder?
"Hey Guys. Can I steel Harry for a minute?" I asked them nit caring who answered.
"yes thats fine." Nevile answered. Harry stood up and followed me out of the compartment and down into an empty one at the end of the train.
"So. Whats up?"he asked sitting down in front of me.
"I have been sent by Lauren believe it or not." this confused him. I couldn't believe i was about to do this. "She wants me see how you feel about her."
"Lauren? As in Lauren O'connor? The girl you hang around with."He asked. It was actually quite funny when he was confused.
"Yip thats her. And I don't hang about with her out of choice she just sort of tags along and bosses us about because shes Alices cousin. Anyway enough about that. Answer the questions." I told him. Trying to sound as though i wanted him to say that he liked her.
"Ehm tell her I like someone else." he said shyly.
"Some one else?" I asked trying not to smile.
"Yeah. " He said blushing.
"That wont keep her away by the way. She wont stop until she gets you. Be warned." I said laughing. He laughed as well but then went serious.
"Do you want me to date Lauren?" Ok that completely through me. nWhy was he asking me this?
"Thats not my decision." I said.
"OK." He said a little disapointed. He stood up and came closer to me, so close that our noses were almost touching. I couldn't breath. what was happening?
"See you around." He said. He pulled away and walked out of the door, leaving me along in the compartment gasping for air. Did that just happen?

Ya know, I have a feeling this "someone else" is Ginny. Just a feeling.

If I were her, I would be trying to sound like I despised the very thought of her...

Ahhhhhhh!!!! It's sooooooo cute! I'm glad Harry doesn't want to go out with Lauren. It's because he wants Ginny-He wasnts to hug her, he wants to kiss her and be all wrapped up with her just the two of them madly in ove. I hope they go out soon and rub it in Laurens face!
