Centered among the shops of Hogsmeade is a well enough known pub in the small village, called The Three Broomsticks. Not unlike the Hog's Head down the street in the strictest idea of pubs, drinks and the like, however it is the atmosphere that helps make the latter choice the one hailed by the mass majority. The outside of the building is a good preview of what the inside may look like with the same steep roof as the surrounding buildings, yet taller, with a sign on it's facade featuring, you guessed it, the legendary three boomsticks, all fixed around a lantern to light the patrons' way.
Once you enter the pub, smells and the warmth of the large stone fireplace great you as you place hats and coats by the door. Directly infront of you there are tables and booths lining the majority of the small hall with oil lamps placed on each one. On winter days it is usually hard to find a place beside the large fire grate but if you're early enough, only Merlin can say what will happen. To your left the bar and most likely the bartender Harold "Hops" Lagerty, await you and your order--a few stools await you to take a load off and shoot the breeze with others.
The bartender is pretty sociable to those who don't annoy him. He's seen his lot of warlocks, goblins, and Hogwarts kids to know which ones were trouble and which of those made loyal customers, so be sure not to be put on the first part of the list.
A few rules from the Shop Owner: No brawling, no shouting (angrily), no alcohol to minors, and don't go up the stairs, I live up there.
OCC Rules: No RPing for the shopkeeper and all other School RPG Rules apply.

"Hadley." That was all she managed to say in reply before her food was ready. The teen opened her coin purse and counted out 2 galleons and 4 sickles. She handed them over with a smile. "Thank you." Mmmmm, it smelled delicious and made her stomach growl that much louder.
Hadley laughed when Niomi basically got the same thing she did. "Hey, I'm gonna go find a table. Want to join when you get your food?" Hads turned and wandered the tavern until she found an open table near the window that looked out on the street. Warm inside the tavern, she could appreciate the beauty of the snow outside. Without being cold. After a few moments, Hadley turned her attention to the food. She took a bit of her grilled ham and cheese sandwich and nearly Mmmmmmm'ed out loud. The butterbeer went great with it too.
Hadley, was the name of the girl. Niomi would have to remember that. Niomi didn't say anything while Hadley paid for her food. The looks and smell of Hadley food made Niomi even more hungry. She giggled at herself, in her mind of course, she didn't realized that they almost got the same order.
"Yes, I'll join you once the food arrives. Shouldn't be too long," Niomi responded to her. While waiting for her food, she watched Hadley travel to a table. She didn't want to lose where she went to sit. Niomi faced the bar and waited for her food to arrive patiently, but hungry!

He was SO glad for that because it meant time with his best friend. The distance wasn't as bad as they thought it would be but it still sucked big time.
It didn't take him long to find her once he entered the shop, going straight over to her booth and sliding in beside her. Grin. "Hey."

Still holding onto him Hady tilted her head back just enough to peer upwards at him. "How're you? How's Benny?" Tell her! Tell her everything and leave nothing out! She wasn't expected to let him go anytime soon...was she?

After the Hag nonsense of last term, Esme was more excited than ever to spend some time in Hogsmeade.
The threat on her sister's life was something that she didn't want to think about as all it would do is anger her again. It was pointless because everything was fine now and she was here to enjoy herself and spend time with her friends. Speaking of friends, she wasn't entirely sure where any of them were and that was why she was on the look out for any familiar faces.
Deciding that she could do with a butterbeer, she made her way to The Three Broomsticks. Surely there would be at least ONE person she knew inside because this was a popular spot like Honeydukes. Esme wasn't a big sweet tooth so the chances that she would head in there were pretty slim. As it was she got herself a drink and then headed over to an empty table where she could look and see who was coming and going. Yep, she was currently people watching.
Niomi waited patiently to order her food. She was starving and ready to eat. She already knew what she wanted. When he asked what she would like, Niomi didn't have to think twice, "I would like a Butterbeer, a grilled ham sandwich with cheese, and three cookies please." A smile was on her face, she was excited for those cookies, along with the other food as well.
Taking the money from the first girl he turned his attention on the next. Nodding as his quill wrote down the next order. Hmm get some garlic bread and they could have been twins. He turned his back on the costumers to get the order ready. A few minutes later he had a tray with all her items. "That will be 2 galleons."
Maybe the day would go this smoothly and the orders this easy all day.

The band is practicing all the time and Professor Ichicara believes that I should be able to pull off a full transformation by the end of the school term!" Happy news Adi! She was happy when not thinking about the boy she truly did miss even if she wasn't say she did.
Slowly her arms loosened from around Adi to drop down onto her lap when he moved to reach into his pocket. Hazel eyes found their way to the item in which the boy held in his hand stating it was for her. "For. Me? But why?" It wasn't her birthday or even christmas. So why, Adi. Why? When she was alone and just messing about that's when she played her type of music or when she was teaching Koen. Hearing this news she just stared up at him. If he had had trouble with it... "You think I'll be able to get it this soon then?" Especially now that she was on her own with it.
The nickname was indeed very fitting. Everyone knew of her love of butterflies and flowers and if they didn't well they must not be very smart or pay attention at all. "It's wonderful and so...me!," she laughed nodding her head. Looking up at him she noticed his shifting and instantly had a feeling on what was coming. It was Adi though and because it was him she would be truthful, no matter what. "Not really. I still see him in half of my lessons and the Great Hall but otherwise we pretty avoid one another..." It was sad really.

Shivering slightly, even beneath the coat he was wearing, Phillip made his way into the Three Broomsticks. December time up north was NOT his favourite time of the year, which was why he always insisted on going home for the Christmas holidays. The only part he liked was that they were more likely to get snow up here but...... Christmas shopping? In the cold and rain and possible snow? No thanks.
So, once he thought he had enough, the boy took his shopping bags up to the counter and got himself a Butterbeer, a sandwich and some cookies before making his way towards an empty seat. See, he was smart. Why sit near the door if you're trying to get away from the cold, right? Right. That's why his chosen seating area was as far away from the cold breezes of the door as possible.

"Hey, you and me play drum and guitar together the next time we can, right?'' It bummed him out that he rarely got to play music with Hades but that would have to change. "Think? Nah, I KNOW that!'' He poked her nose gently. "Be confident all the time, okay?''
Adi laughed. "It is! And you're the prettiest butterfly. Shh! Don't tell the others, they'll get jealous.'' Silly. He could be so silly sometimes! Lux liked reminding him that he was. He shook his head sadly. "You'll see it'll all work out. He just needs time to calm down.'' His poor Hades. She must be SO SAD. Adi wished he could make it all go away.

The best, huh? Hadleigh wasn't so sure about that but it was nice to know someone really believed in her. "When I finally do write my own song I'll send it to you first," she laughed. He would never lie to her and tell her it was good if it wasn't. Ooohhhh! "Yes! Maybe sometime during Christmas break?" It was coming up soon and she would be home the entire time. Playing with Adi would be different then with the girl but still incredibly fun. Hady laughed softly nodding her head. "I try to be." Usually she is.
A small blush crept up onto her cheeks and she briefly ducked her head looking away. "Can't have those other butterflies becoming upset with me." Time. They both needed it. Not just the blonde lion prefect but her as well. SIGH. Why did things have to get so complicated so fast?

The threat on her sister's life was something that she didn't want to think about as all it would do is anger her again. It was pointless because everything was fine now and she was here to enjoy herself and spend time with her friends. Echo was having a huge craving for some butterbeer and it was bad, if she could she would want to bathe in it. Walking in she was pretty sure she spotted her friend Juno.
"hey!!!! Juno!!!!" as soon as the girl turned around Echo could see that it wasnt Juno, she wasnt wear boots like Juno said she would be. wait, this was her twin sister... what was the name Esme... yeah thats it..
"sorry! i thought you were your sister" she said while making her way to her. "your name is Esme right... im Echo Duchannes." sticking out her hand for her to shake.
Looking around it seemed that Esme was here alone. "do you want to sit together?" Echo had come alone and why not make new friends. who was this Echo and what did she do with the old Echo, if this was last year she would have ignored everyone, wow echo was proud of herself for actually making tons of friends this year.
Niomi was waiting for her food, when the man came back with it, her smile grew big. Finally, she could eat! Taking out 2 galleons, she handed it to the man. "Thank you," she said politely. She grabbed her food and went off to the table where was at Hadley.
Hadley looked up at Niomi as she sat down and smiled. "It's really good," she added. Her own plate was nearly done already and was getting full. But she was determined to power through as much as humanly possible. "Sooooo good." Hadley hadn't even gotten to her cookies yet.
Eureka demanded a date out while they both had time to kill before the end-of-term exams. The castle was big and nice, they hadn't finished having dates in ALL its corners, but Hogsmede remained a special treat for them. The sixth year had her arm wrapped around Dante's as they walked down the main road. It was sunny with a nice cool breeze, the perfect weather to be out. Eureka leaned on her tall boyfriend and enjoyed the fresh air up until they made it to their destination.
"We should get a quick drink then go out again. The weather's too good." She commented quietly, slipping into the cafe after Dante and looking for an empty table for them.

"We could always stop at Zonko's next. I can get you that love potion you have always wanted to use on me or you know wherever you want to go."
Dante said laughing. He was joking. But a drink sounded excellent.
"Want me to get the usual while you find a table?"

Now that eye-roll was hot and amusing becoming from the innocent Hufflepuff. He was not one hundred percent sure if she was serious about the tongue-tied gum because she could get extremely stubborn.

But he would wait for the amusing answer after he got the drinks which he did right after he said that. He went over to the bar and got their usual and walk over to the table she found. In the back and they would have privacy. Probably. It would be amusing if Hugo was here. Since well he was spying on him and Brooklyn that one time and he would admit he is horrible at spying.
"I approve of this table. Excellent choice"
He would have given a thumbs up but well his hands were full.

Scarlett was really starting to like butterbeer, especially during these long winter months. It was so nice and refreshing, and it gave her something to look forward to on the Hogsmeade weekends. It was pretty much the only reason she got out of the castle and went into the cold. Well, that and shopping of course.
It seemed like everyone else had the same idea today, as the small pub was PACKED with students. Finding what was likely the last empty table, she smiled to herself and chuckled at her great luck. With that, she took out her dad's book and started to skim over the first chapter. She probably SHOULD actually read his book one of these days. It was like...a daughterly duty or something, she was sure of it.
