His grandma went to Hogwarts a while back. Laila was a pureblood wizard and she met her husband Kevin outside of Hogwarts. He was working in the Law Enforcement in the Ministry. Laila was working in the Creatures Department. How they met we may never know. They instantly fell in love and talked and dated and yada yada yada.... You know the rest . Laila and Kevin had a daughter named Haley and she was gonna go on to do great things.
Then Haley during her fourth year, she met Nathan in Hogwarts and they were both regular students. Nathan wanted Haley to tutor him but she denied him knowing his bad reputation at school. But then Haley turned around and gave him the benefit of the doubt. After a couple tutoring sessions later at Hogwarts, they began to like each other without planning it. Then after Hogwarts, they met and fell in love, got married. They moved to Kansas to focus more on the Muggle life than the Wizarding world. A few years later they had two children named Kace and Annabelle.
Annabelle was the Hufflepuff Prefect for Term 32 and 33. She followed in her families footsteps but Kace we shall see where his future will go.

Born in Durham, Forrest comes from a family from the top-middle class of England. His father, James, is a chemisty engineer, specialised on petrol and his mother, Christina, doesn't work, although she wanted to become a teacher. James' family is the wealthier of both sides, also the more traditional one, and they did not want a working bride to neglect the kids, and Charlton family failed to notice their bride’s broken heart.
As soon as he was born, his father had got a new job in London so they moved to the capital and Forrest only knows Durham from his ID. The family lived in London until only two years ago in a luxurious residence that basically had everything of modern city life: a sports centre, a restaurant, a shopping mall and a cinema. So Forrest didn't really have to get out of the house, especially when his dad would buy them the latest video games and electronic devices. Although his mother would take him downstairs to the park, he spent more time indoors than outdoors like his brother.
For the first year of his primary education, he attended a public school, but his father realised that it was a bad image for himself at work and thus Forrest and Oliver went a private school, the most expensive one in London. His father was at a high-position in the petrol company now, and he didn't miss a chance to indicate their wealth. Oliver seemed to take up the habit too and he started to bully other students at school. Forrest had got closer to his mother, however, and he got more reserved.
When he was nine years old, as he remembers vividly, his father had announced at dinner that they were moving to Saudi Arabia with immediate effect. Oliver gasped and Christina looked at her husband incredibly. Even though Forrest didn't really grasp what that meant, he and Oliver knew that a new argument was about to break out, so they quickly went to their rooms without even finishing eating. The worst argument ever broke out in Charlton family, and the next morning Christina told her sons that they were moving to Saudi Arabia. It was obvious that she had spent the night crying, and she was a living death.
The next week they had started a new life in Saudi Arabia and Oliver and his father got back to his cocky self in a month, whereas Christina was never the same and it depressed Forrest awfully as well, even if he didn't fully understand why she was so sad. As he grew up, his magical abilities had become more significant and nobody but his mother showed any sympathy to him. Oliver tried to overcome his fear by bullying him cruelly, and his father almost acted as if he didn't exist, being much more preoccupied with his image with a 'strange' kid rather than worry for his son himself. This formed an unbreakable bond between son and the mother, and she was the one who saved him from being locked up in a Saudi lunatic asylum as his abilities got out of control more usually than in London, combined with his confused mind. His father and Oliver had barely talked to him for the last two years though, until the moment of letter.

He is awfully timid and some people even mistook him for deaf. He fears authorities. He is easily frightened, and he can cry easily. He is studious though, as he thought (unsuccessfully) that high grades might please his father. He can be easily fooled as he is awfully innocent as well. He is obsessed with rules, and he will freak out even at the possibility of breaking one.
Extra: He has an attention deficit: He cannot focus well while talking when he's excited and nervous. He is allergic to flowers and pollens. He is slightly obsessed with time. He is also a perfectionist. He starts to scratch incontrollably whenever he hears the word 'frog' or 'toad' (although he denies it, his mother claims that he has a trauma with them). Mostly, she loves to climb trees and observe the world from high ground, she definitely loves the outdoors. Perhaps way too much for her family's liking.
Lottie's not one to talk a lot, especially when annoyed, unless there's something to gain from the conversation or you're one of her closest friends. She does have excellent hearing, and is quite the good listener if she's interested. She is opinionated, and will state how she feels depending on where or what it'll get her.

PERSONALITY I'm a quiet guy, really. I'll be snippy if you catch me in the wrong mood, but I try to force myself to be nice. I'm in a band with my closest mates called 'Maximum Seven' I write the songs and play the drums, just don't expect me to sing. I've been at Hogwarts for two years counting this one and I'm not really too excited about my last year. I hardly know anyone and there's a certain prefect Minerva that I don't get along with very well.
Get to know me and I really probably could be one of your closest friends, get me angry though and you'll get a rival that holds a grudge for a lifetime... unless I see a real reason to forgive. Hey, like I said I can be rude just don't get on my bad side and we should be fine... I can be nice, I normally am... Just don't push to much or tell me I'm wrong with my personal ideas and it's not that hard to stay on my good side.
For some it's understandable why I'm bitter. My parents kicked me out almost a year ago to date and I've been switching from hiding in friends houses to living in a hollow in a tree.
Over the summer I was in a rather bad accident, I'm not going to go into detail of how bad, but there was an 85% chance of me not making it, but now here I am, I do have a slight limp from my legs still healing and my left arm's in a sling most of the time. I know it seems odd but I like healing the muggle way, I feel more pride in saying I could beat something than just using magic... and also my boss visited me a lot over the summer and she's a muggle so... it might seem strange that I would be perfectly fine after all that happened to me. And yes, I know she won't see me any longer until next summer, but I would just rather let my body heal itself now that it's come so far on it's on.

History:
Since the early 1200s, the Quimbley family has been raising winged horse thoroughbreds for racing on Misty Meadows, or simply the Meadows, an estate located in the northern part of Yorkshire. After hundreds of years, the Quimbley’s have developed a very successful system of choosing and training their thoroughbreds, but they do not live off of prize earnings. Rather, they are a family who has shrewdly invested their “old money” in land and the wizarding stock market.
Fern has lived on the estate since she was born. She rode winged horses before she could walk (accompanied by an adult, of course), and from a very early age, she has helped take care of the winged horses. Before attending Hogwarts, she received her education through homeschooling.
Personality: Fern is a hopeless romantic and firmly believes in true love and happily ever after. She tends to be very dramatic and has a short temper. While she may not show it, Fern is in fact incredibly loyal. Once she has decided she likes a person, any insult to said person is viewed as a direct insult to herself and not to be tolerated. Period.
In her free time, she enjoys reading about mundane horses, winged horses, and unicorns as well as obsessing over the Hexy Boyz. However, Fern understands that before she can do these things, she needs to make sure she has fulfilled all of her responsibilities; after years on the estate, she has developed a very strong sense of duty and work ethic.

When comparing her background with a lot of other people, Schuyler really has little to complain about. Her parents are still happily married with four healthy kids. Money isn’t much of an issue, with her father being an international wizarding diplomat and her mother working in design for Witch Weekly. Her father's promotion was the very reason that her family made the big move from New York City to London just before Schuyler's fifth year. However, in spite of being fortunate enough to have a loving and stable family with few financial problems, Schuyler isn’t a spoiled brat. Her upbringing, character, and experiences prior to Hogwarts have shaped her into an accepting and genuine fifteen-year-old.
She was born and raised with her brothers and sisters in Brooklyn, New York, where she attended first through fourth years at Salem Academy. The city was her stomping grounds, her home. Hence, when her father’s promotion brought the family to London, Schuyler had some adjusting to do. She and her older and closest brother Ansel are now at a new school, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - both placed in Gryffindor.
THE PERSONALITY
Her adventurous attitude and stubborn nature no doubt contributed to her placement in Gryffindor house. She finds no better motivation than someone telling her that 'she can't' and to coincide with this, Schuyler is very open and willing to try new things. Having grown up with three siblings and a plethora of other people just outside her doorstep, Schuyler is very accustomed and comfortable with interacting and socializing with other people. She has a tendency to feel emotions intensely and occasionally gets frustrated when someone else shows indifference towards a matter that she feels very strongly about. In matters of head versus heart, heart wins very often. Concealing emotions and thoughts is not her strong suit, and a mere look at her face can be enough to give her away.
Generally, she does relatively well in classes, but her other pursuits sometimes get in the way of her studies. A true friend is something she holds in high regard, as she has had her fair share of fair-weather friends in the past.
In short, there is a sweetness and want for fun that radiates from the Gryffindor, but look a little closer and you'll find her crave for some edge and mischief.

Luc is naturally brunette, though has gotten to experimenting with his looks after leaving home for school. He had his long hair cut and left ear pierced at Durmstrang by a couple of Wade's friends. At first, Luc disliked it until the positive reaction from others got him to like it. Luc adopted his older cousin's personality in having fun. He gets self-conscious when stared at for too long, after experiencing long and silent stares from his father after the first sight of his new piercing, and later detentions inflicting him to run away whenever given the chance. He doesn't want to be rejected, so he will do whatever to escape it, that or he'll plan away on how to come back on top.
One trait Luc inherited from his Gryffindor mom was the difficulty in remaining quiet, to others dismay he can become excessively chatty and ramble on and on until he is silenced. On his father's side, he's grown to love climbing and free-running, even if climbing onto the school roofs aren't allowed. Another trait of his is on his tendency to hear and read things in different ways, often twisting the meaning of them when it comes to recollecting. Traits in which his healer's were familiar with recognising when it came to his diagnosis.

Following the tragedies among the Potters, baby Luc had been kept under special care with his cousin Wade. Since then, Luc grew accustom to the attention, care, and peace surrounding him. History -
Born during the early morning of May 31st, 2071 at sunrise, in Bristol, England Hayley is the first child and eldest daughter of Curtis Diggory and Savannah Mae-Diggory. Both of her parents are former Hufflepuffs, prefects and class of 2068. They became friends during their first night at the castle, and started 'dating' in the winter of their Third year. Toward the end of their Seventh year, Curt proposed to Savannah at their favorite spot - Hogwarts lake, and of course, she said yes. After leaving Hogwarts, Curt accepted a reserve position with the Montrose Magpies and was later offered chaser, while Savannah studied magical creatures with the goal of becoming a creature healer. The two were married not too long after leaving school in a beautiful ceremony with the help of mutual best friend, Alexis Chosen, who had apparently been planning their wedding for a year or more prior to them actually getting engaged.
With just a couple months before their first anniversary as a married couple, Savannah and Curt were given an early gift - news from Savannah's healer, letting them know she was with child, and would need to come back in for another appointment in the following week. Of course, they were both thrilled. Nine months later, a beautiful little girl by the name of Hayley Ann Diggory entered the world (Ann, after Curt's beloved sister Annie) and changed their lives forever.
In the words of her parents, Hayley was always a happy and mostily quiet baby, not at all a screamer or typically fussy. This continued as she grew, though as soon as she learned to walk, Hayley began to show an adventurous side which led to many mishaps of the child attempting to jump off a shelf in order to fly without a broomstick, as well as other similar and less dangerous things. Thankfully, she's focused her attention elsewhere over the years. When Hayley was five-years-old, she became a big sister to little brother, Noah James Diggory (b. 2076), and then later at seven-years-old, her little sister Skylar Natasha Diggory (b. 2078) was born. Of course, not including her godmother/aunt Alexis' children, her cousins who live next door. Hayley comes from a very, very, large extended family from both her mother's, and her father's side of the family.
As soon as she was old enough, Hayley began attending a muggle school. Much like Savannah's parents, she and Curt had thought it was for the best that their children were brought up in, and experience, both worlds. Which meant up until her eleventh birthday, Hayley would attend a muggle school and learn things the muggle way before starting her wizarding education. Not that she was magic deprived, because she wasn't by any means. With her father and her godmother both being chasers for the Montrose Magpies for as long as she can remember, Hayley has been to many Quidditch games, but only ones were the Magpies played.
On her eleventh birthday, Hayley waited anxiously for her Hogwarts acceptance letter until finally, a snowy owl dropped in through the kitchen window. Since that moment on, an excited Hayley Diggory counted down the days until she got to go off to Hogwarts, just like her parents had at her age, along side her best friends Noel Wallace, Grace Paton, and Chloe Adara.

Brief History
Born in Hilo Hawaii Orsino did not have the Typical island lifestyle. Rather than going out and surfing with most of his friends he spent his days on his Family's small Kano Coffee Plantation where he helped plant and collect Coffee Beans most of his childhood. When Orsino became of age his Mother made sure he would attend Hogwarts as she did before him, and was sorted into his Mother's Former House of Hufflepuff. While at School he took a particular liking to Herbology, and Care of Magical Creatures describing them to be similar and familiar to his lifestyle before he started school. He took an even greater liking to the Sport of Quidditch. Making it onto the team in his first year as a reserve Chaser. Not playing once during his 1st year due to being back-up, Orsino began excessive amounts of training and weight lifting to improve his chances. He had made it on as a Starting Chaser each year after, but had also put on lots of muscle and picked up a bad habit of weight lifting.
After finishing School Orsino tried out for the Appleby Arrows Professional Quidditch team. He had a mostly successful career, but had become infamous for his rough play, and terrifying presence as a Chaser. After a brief stint as a Beater for the Chudley Cannons he was suspended for sending a wild bludger into the stands at a High Profile Ministry Official who had attended the game.
He returned home to Hawaii to get away from Quidditch and went back into Farming a Muggle Ranch in Honolulu While here he became very fond of Beekeeping which was done there. He even became the President of Oahu's Beekeeping Association. After a few years of this he began to miss the Alluring features of the Wizarding World so he took a job just outside of London England at a Hippogriff Breeding Farm.
Personality
Orsino is a big softy, which says little about his appearance. Although he is well aware of his intimidating aura and will use this to his advantage when necessary. He is also always looking for hard labor to do, if not he'll be cooking up a large Breakfast of pancakes, potato fritters, scrambled eggs, and ham steaks.

history
Born in Durham, Forrest comes from a family from the top-middle class of England. His father, James, is a chemisty engineer, specialised on petrol and his mother, Christina, doesn't work, although she wanted to become a teacher. James' family is the wealthier of both sides, also the more traditional one, and they did not want a working bride to neglect the kids, and Charlton family failed to notice their bride’s broken heart.
As soon as he was born, his father had got a new job in London so they moved to the capital and Forrest only knows Durham from his ID. The family lived in London until only two years ago in a luxurious residence that basically had everything of modern city life: a sports centre, a restaurant, a shopping mall and a cinema. So Forrest didn't really have to get out of the house, especially when his dad would buy them the latest video games and electronic devices. Although his mother would take him downstairs to the park, he spent more time indoors than outdoors like his brother.
For the first year of his primary education, he attended a public school, but his father realised that it was a bad image for himself at work and thus Forrest and Oliver went a private school, the most expensive one in London. His father was at a high-position in the petrol company now, and he didn't miss a chance to indicate their wealth. Oliver seemed to take up the habit too and he started to bully other students at school. Forrest had got closer to his mother, however, and he got more reserved.
When he was nine years old, as he remembers vividly, his father had announced at dinner that they were moving to Saudi Arabia with immediate effect. Oliver gasped and Christina looked at her husband incredibly. Even though Forrest didn't really grasp what that meant, he and Oliver knew that a new argument was about to break out, so they quickly went to their rooms without even finishing eating. The worst argument ever broke out in Charlton family, and the next morning Christina told her sons that they were moving to Saudi Arabia. It was obvious that she had spent the night crying, and she was a living death.
The next week they had started a new life in Saudi Arabia and Oliver and his father got back to his cocky self in a month, whereas Christina was never the same and it depressed Forrest awfully as well, even if he didn't fully understand why she was so sad. As he grew up, his magical abilities had become more significant and nobody but his mother showed any sympathy to him. Oliver tried to overcome his fear by bullying him cruelly, and his father almost acted as if he didn't exist, being much more preoccupied with his image with a 'strange' kid rather than worry for his son himself. This formed an unbreakable bond between son and the mother, and she was the one who saved him from being locked up in a Saudi lunatic asylum as his abilities got out of control more usually than in London, combined with his confused mind. His father and Oliver had barely talked to him for the last two years though, until the moment of letter.

He is awfully timid and some people even mistook him for deaf. He fears authorities. He is easily frightened, and he can cry easily. He is studious though, as he thought (unsuccessfully) that high grades might please his father. He can be easily fooled as he is awfully innocent as well. He is obsessed with rules, and he will freak out even at the possibility of breaking one.

Text Cut: History
History: Born as a second child to a wealthy, pureblood, Slytherin-since-the-beginning-of-the-world family rooting from Scotland, Cosgrach showed signs of a spoilt child earlier than he showed his magical talents. He had learnt that 'they were wealthy, purebloods, wizards, Slytherins, clearly better than everyone else' and 'didn't like muggles or even worse, muggleborns' when he was only five years old. As he grew older, he had muggle and wizard friends from the neighbourhood, but the wizard side was conscious they were superior to the other side, and wasn't late to show it in their attitude. Needless to say, the tension led to verbal insults, and that led to a massive fight on one hot June day--a fight the neighbourhood had yet to see, and probably never would. The wizard families accused muggles, muggles accused wizards, police fined both. It was never discussed even once, but since then, no muggles stepped onto 'wizard soil' (those families are... different, my child, dear friend. They have owls coming to and leaving their houses. You don't want to mess with them.) and no wizard walked across theirs (muggles are inferior race. We are better than them. We don't need their friendship.) And thus, having private tutours to teach him some basic lessons and playing with his spoilt wizard friends, Cosgrach reached the age of Hogwarts.
He was terrified with the possibility of being sorted into anything other than Slytherin and bringing disgrace to the family, but the Hat knew better than needed less than a second to announce 'Slytherin!' He was very relieved, although disturbed slightly with Daisy's being a Ravenclaw, but the other two boys were in Slytherin too so he didn't mind it too much. He had friends, he was in Slytherin, he had money and had relatively good subjects, so years went by fast. Who cared if they were the bully of the school? Surely their jokes weren't that bad! Everyone deserved a good laugh here and there, and it was those losers problem if they couldn't handle a bit of Slytherin humour. Besides, people shied away from them in the halls better this way, and they were the kings of the school, even though that meant Daisy didn't approve of them anymore either.
Did I say he was happy? Until the fifth year. That blasted, terrible year that changed his life.
He knew his father gambled. But he also knew they had infinite money, so it made sense. What he didn't know, though, was a tiny detail: They had nearly infinite money. So, after all the gambling and losing, his father had lost it all and they desperately tried to hide it from people by selling some of the furniture in muggle shops, but it was no use. As he returned home for Christmas holidays, he found that people--strangers--thieves! were looking at their HOUSE with an intention to buy it. And they did. The signatures under the selling had more meaning than that, though. It meant the end of the world as they knew it. They moved to an apartment in Edinburgh and his mother applied to Ministry too. The first few months were alright, but soon enough, their 'friends' started to turn their backs. 'I really wanted to hang out with you, but I have this to attend to urgently,' was the only answer they started to get. Those friends had apparently owled their children too, because soon enough his mates started making excuses just like their parents, and the other people were still too scared of him to even greet him. He didn't accept defeat without a brave battle and he desperately tried to keep his friends, but it was no use. The worst thing had happened to him: He was both alone and poor, and he didn't even have a shoulder to lie his head down.
He failed some of his OWLs, begged to professors, and was accepted into Potions, Transfiguration, Arithmancy, Herbology and CoMC in his sixth year. He became one of the most silent students in the halls and was usually found reading somewhere. It was a remarkable thing, for he had barely read anything until then. He was also lonely but swallowed it down, and started realising things. That he had wasted his youth on stupid reputation games. That in the darkest moment, even his shadow left him alone. That there was only him that was concerned about him and that it still wasn't late to save himself. He became even more silent--except in the classes of Potions, Herbology and CoMC, read and studied. Hard. He was appointed as the Head Boy in his seventh term, but even this failed to bring a smile upon his face. He just did what he was told to do, and graduated with only signing his name in the seventh year memory book and not writing any other word of wisdom there.
Then he smiled.
He was accepted into University of Witchcraft and Wizardry in United States, in potions major. As he read the letter though, he realised that he should either break into Gringotts or earn some money by working. He chose the latter option wisely, and got into a muggle shop in Edinburgh. He wasn't patient to do things the muggle way, though, and soon enough, his boss was pretty amazed by his working efficiency to raise his salary. He worked there for two years and earned enough money to go to the university, and so he did, for the best four years of his life, because it was a fresh start as no one knew him there. He enjoyed his classes--enjoyed potions!--learnt to respect and like muggleborns, and made good friends. After the four years, he heard about a research group in Turkey on endemic plants, and applied for it. It was a four years of studying both the magical and non-magical plants in Turkey, and he got a spot. During the four years, they stepped on every bit of the rich Anatolia and discovered a few new plants. He was responsible for finding out their properties in potions, and these four years were even better than his time in the US. The pay was low, but he didn't mind it. It wasn't like he wanted infinite money anyway, and as long as his family and 'friends' were away from him, he was content.
Between you and me, he was also content because of Céline, the Canadian member of the group who he would get married to in a romantic wedding in Borneo.
More or less the same research group was offered to study the animals in rainforests in Borneo, and he was probably the most eager member to accept it. They spent another four years on the island--two of those with 'marriage' for him. Although the rain forests had pretty endemic plants too, their focus was on animals and insects this time. He was pretty happy there too, and he got married in the rainy season because he believed rain was 'abundance'--and abundance of too many fights after 2 years and a divorce in Borneo. She accused him of loving potions more than he did, he accused her of suffocating him. A few curses were uttered: he was rescued by a friend from his sticking charm to his potions cauldron 12 hours later, and she was rescued from her disturbing sleep adorned with nightmares by another potion master 13 hours later. They never talked since.
Maybe he really was in love with potions, because what many people called a haste decision was given a week later: He was going to Afghanistan and Kazakhstan to study ancient potions.
And to marry and divorce for the second time in his life. The lady was Natasha--a Ukrainian, but only a Veritaserum can make him talk about those six months.
The four years between Kazakhstan and his career in Hogwarts is unclear. Some say he got into a muggle university to study chemistry, some say he taught chemistry in a high school, many say he locked himself up in his house in Kazakhstan and experimented with potions, and a few are bold enough to suggest he's learnt some muggle medicine in United States with Daisy (who happened to be there then, who still is). He never certified or declined the rumours. Daisy only cursed after hearing his name every time. What is known for sure is, he heard about Lafay's quitting and applied for the spot.

Personality: He won't hold his tongue back. You've been warned. He just won't. He also won't try to make you love or hate him. He will just do what he thinks is correct, but he will listen to your opinion usually no matter what and often value it. He didn't take any special lessons on teaching, but he was a student once and he generally knows what he shouldn't do. That certainly doesn't mean you should come to him with your personal--or even professional--problems. He might struck many people as cruel or incommunicado because he usually grunts to say 'Yes' and 'No', but like I've said, he won't hold his tongue back if he's interested in it. He is curt and doesn't know much courtesy. He also hates whiners and quitters, as well as people who don't like potions and spoilt kids.

Leah is your average fifteen-year old Hufflepuff girl. She is loyal, patient and hardworking. She likes making friends from all ages and countries. She can be slightly flirtatious sometimes. She is talented in singing and acting, but is modest and does not show it much. Although she is not the best at studying, she always tries her best.
I’m gonna make history

Purebloods Kevin Abbott and Kim Yoona were close friends since their time at Hogwarts, both having been sorted into Hufflepuff in their first year. They became closer during their seventh year as they studied for N.E.W.T.s together. After their graduation, Kevin continued his studies at Montreal Wizarding University while Yoon A became the new Professor of Flying at Outback's Downunder School for the Magical. They eventually got married on Christmas Eve of 2068 in Godric's Hollow, West Country, England. Three years later, on April 14, 2071, Leah Tiffany Abbott entered the world.
As an only child, Leah grew up with lots of love. The Abbotts moved to a beautiful village located in Cornwall, Southwestern England. She enjoyed singing and acting since she was young, but never showed it to people. She learned how to play the flute when she was seven. It seemed interesting at first, but as she grew older, she abandoned the instrument to find another hobby. Because her parents wanted her to be a good witch by the time she went to Hogwarts, they taught her basic Wizarding knowledge at home. Although all little Leah wanted to do was sing and play, she did not want to disappoint her parents, so she studied. Or she pretended to, anyway.
On her eleventh birthday, an owl dropped Leah’s Hogwarts acceptance letter on the living room windowsill. She was excited, very excited indeed. This was the beginning of her magical life.

First Year~~ With her wand (from Ollivanders!) in one hand and Kneazle Filomena in the other, Leah made her way to Hogwarts. She was happily Sorted into Hufflepuff. She quickly fit in and made friends. She also discovered her increasing love of chocolate. She did NOT get old all of a sudden like her Professors and fellow students did. Must be because she was strong, yeah? She would not have cared much about the epidemic, but her affected friend Hope Evans tumbled down the Moving Staircase and broke her hip. She stayed with her and tagged along to the Hospital Wing like a good friend would do. There was also the Half-Hearted Ball on Valentine's Day which Leah did not enjoy much because she had no boyfriend to dance with.
Second Year~~ Leah set a goal to work harder this term because she was turning into a teenager and all that. This was what motivated her to apply for a Hufflepuff Herald Editor position. Surprisingly, she actually made it. The best thing she did this year was becoming best friends with first year Angel Valentine. As the cold came and decided to kill everybody at Hogwarts, she slept on the couch in front of the common room fire with her thick blanket more often than not. Interestingly, she developed a crush on amazingly handsome Ravenclaw Jun Kim. At the end of the School term, she achieved her goal and became a Top Student. Yay!
Third Year~~ This term was boring. Leah's summer was boring. Jun became Head Boy, so she rarely got to see him between his Prefect duties and N.E.W.T.s studies. Then he graduated. It was all quite sad. She began playing the flute again. Only this time, she did not give up.
Fourth Year~~ Things went wrong in Leah's Fourth Year. Firstly, she got into a fight with her best friend Angel for saying that she was a Gryffindor because she was reckless. They stopped talking to each other completely. Then her fellow Fourth Year Gregoire Bastion died and Kevin Hirase got expelled. She was almost sure that her Year was cursed and that she would not survive the term. She bonded with Hufflepuff Noel Wallace over the thought of dying. Determined to make the most of the little time she had, she also made up with Angel by apologizing to her first. Guess what? She was alive. At the End of Term Feast, Leah met a cute Third Year Hufflepuff Henric Nicolei. Things were more than alright now.

Personally
Javy's curiosity has yet to get the best of him. Most of his book-reading consists on the dangers and precautions detailed in caring any sort of creature. He likes to take it easy when surrounded by others, and the opportunity to sit Lala by his side adds points to his already satisfied comfort level. Stress doesn't hit him as easily as the horses he had worked with, but when it does running his fingers over his brows becomes his soothing aid.
His choice of attire is questionable at times. How often would any man work in the dirt and clean animals in a previously-clean and pressed suit? This man does, that's for sure.
So History
Javier Curtis Thompson, was born on the twenty-ninth of October in 2050. He was born to farmers, Heidi Claudia Thompson née Clarence, and Jordo Aaron Thompson and earned the nickname 'Javy' from the other kids as it was easier to pronounce. He was raised to take care of the animals and clean the area before he was old enough to help plant fruits and vegetables to be later sold at the local food market his grandparent's ran. Before the age of twelve, he received an astonishing letter from Hogwarts. Those rare incidents of trees shaking off apples on their own for him when he got extremely hungry and bursts of energy to help catch loose animals easily later made perfect sense. Javy remained quiet holding his pet duckling, Crystal, sitting with his parents as they were explained what this now means for him and his future.
At Hogwarts, Javy was sorted into the Ravenclaw house after the hat considered his inquisitive and curious nature, with the occasional oddities he speaks. His experience with farm animals helped feed into his interest in these new found magical creatures. Later graduating in 2069, he went on to Wizarding University in Madrid, Spain and double-majored in Magizoology and Potions. His first wife, Lucrecia gifted him a goose, named Lala, who has since followed his lead after hearing his singing and dancing to a song.
Following graduation, Javy worked at a animal shelter on the side of being a tutor at his alumni school. He later became a Potioneer, following Lucrecia's advice on it being more practical and earning them higher wages. He was content with his work, as he was able to spend time with creatures to help obtain the proper ingredients without having to harm them afterward. The growing increase of animals he kept and spent time with after accepting a tutoring position for soon-to-be eligible witches and wizards, along with the conflicting issue on wanting children affected their marriage to the point where they needed to separate. He had continued his work up until he learned about an opening position at his alumni school. Whether it was a sign for good things to come or not, he was immediate in taking the opportunity to teach.

PERSONALITY
Braith is a relatively laid-back, down to earth guy. He is generally friendly with a contagious smile, though he is not exceptionally outgoing. He can often be found doing extensive research, through reading or traveling, though he certainly wouldn’t mind the company of a beautiful woman or hanging out with his bros. He is an avid fan of American Muggle sports, having played baseball as a boy and still keeps up with his favorite teams. A self-proclaimed bachelor, Braith has had several long-term relationships, but has never found the time to really settle down.
HISTORY
Braith was born into a middle-class Muggle family in the Brooklyn borough of New York City. His family knew nothing of magic, only thinking that Braith was an odd child with a lot of “coincidental occurrences,” until he received a letter from Salem Magical Institute, hand delivered by a representative of the school. After much explaining, it was determined that Braith spend the next seven years studying there. The young boy became fascinated by all things magic – from theory and origins to practice and application. His affinity for research and reading found him a passion for History of Magic and subsequently a specialized interest in the history of runic magic, subjects that he excelled in.
It was only natural that he study Magical History at Wizarding University in Salem after his graduation. Once he achieved his degree, Braith stayed on at the University as a research assistant, then took a position as an adjunct professor, teaching a handful of history classes while continuing his research. He soon learned about an opportunity to not only further his education but to also advance his career in the progress. Traveling to Egypt, Braith enrolled in a post-graduate program in Rune Studies, learning under Abraham Botros. He was able to bring his knowledge back to the US, now lecturing about Magical History and Rune Studies as an associate professor.
Craving a new experience and a chance to travel again, Braith decided to try out the Hogwarts position when he heard of the History of Magic opening. He thought it might give him the opportunity to encourage the next generation of history enthusiasts and work alongside his former teacher while giving him time for his research with the presumably lightened schedule – though he remains uncertain about the age group as he relates better to adults than to children.

As the youngest Carrington child, Lux has always been treated as the baby. Because of this, her parents wanted her to receive her magical education through home schooling (despite the fact that both Lennon and Willa had attended Hogwarts). This has caused Lux to have been rather sheltered; most of her socializing was done with her family, though she also became friends with her next-door neighbour, Hazel Carmichael. As her mom did not want Lux performing magic in the house, this limited her experience with some subjects such as Charms and Transfiguration. As someone who is very active and more suited for practical work, this displeased Lux so she begged her parents to let her transfer over to Hogwarts until they finally agreed.
SECOND YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Newly transferred over to Hogwarts for her Second Year, Lux was excited about that fact that she could meet new people and improve on her learning experience. It did not take long for her to make friends; by the time she had reached Hogwarts for the first time, she had already made a bunch from socializing on the train. Shy in class at first, it took a little bit for Lux to get comfortable with the class setting. Charms and Transfiguration proved the hardest for her because of the practical nature of the subjects. A fast learner, it did not take her long to learn new spells and gain knowledge though Astronomy and Ancient Runes still proved to be rather difficult for her. A strange ageing epidemic occurred at Hogwarts that year, and Lux was one of the few people who was immune. One of the top point earners in Hufflepuff, she also got two awards at the end of the term: Muggle Superhero, and Aspiring Astronomer.
THIRD YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Lux started off her second term at Hogwarts happily, spending time with her friends and boyfriend. Two of her best friends were now with her in school (Cinnamon Bayless and Emmylou Duchannes), which made her very happy. Everything was perfect until the fall approached and things seemed colder than usual. The lake froze over and snow fell during the autumn. Animals began fleeing the Forbidden Forest; Lux had an incident with a mother and baby Unicorn in Hogsmeade and talked to a Centaur in the pathways who gave a warning that Hogwarts was now inhospitable. The weather got colder and colder, reaching Arctic temperatures, and during two simultaneous book club meetings sparks were seen coming from outside the castle. Mr. Kitridge along with Bay, Professor Fuller, and a few other students ventured outside to see what was going on and offer assistance. Heading into the Forbidden Forest, Mr. Kitridge and Bay were attacked by monsters (who turned out to be Chorts). Not knowing what had happened to her boyfriend when he went missing, Lux was very worried and searched everywhere until she finally found him in the Hospital Ward where he was out cold. Healer Tillstorm allowed her to visit him every day, and it took two weeks for him to wake up though he was still suffering a lot of pain. Lux continued to visit him every day up until he was released, and attended the research meeting held by Professor Flamsteed and Professor Botros. It was at the meeting that the possibilities of Chorts were discovered, which meant that the Ministry had to get involved. At the end of term there was a minor thaw which allowed students to leave the castle, and Lux happily headed home to enjoy the heat.
FOURTH YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
After enjoying a nice summer holiday, it was time for Lux to head back to Hogwarts for her Fourth Year. Almost immediately she got a pleasant surprise when she found out on the train that her boyfriend had been made the Gryffindor Prefect. She was so proud of him and it made her even more excited for the term since she knew he would do an amazing job. For a short time everything at Hogwarts seemed to be going normally but then one day the Head Girl started acting strange, claiming to be Malificent and acting as if she was from a fairy tale. Soon others around the castle began acting strange as well; fairy tale characters coming to life staff and student alike. Lessons turned into insanity as Professor Flamsteed became Captain Hook, Professor Botros King Triton, and Professor Cassie the Evil Queen. A random Troll appeared in Potions class before vanishing again. At different times an old book would pop up, flipping its pages and casting an enticing glow and it didn't take long for Lux to piece together that this was responsible for all the strange occurrences at school. At the fireworks show held at the term's Prefect Event, the book made an appearance first turning Professor Culloden into Beast and then the Groundskeeper into The Giant. Lux picked up the book in hopes of destroying it but got sucked in. Under the book's spell she believed herself to be Ariel from The Little Mermaid, snapping out of it during an Arithmancy lesson and having a mini breakdown when she realized that a chunk of time was missing from her memory. It took friends informing her of her behaviour for her to realize what had happened. It was shortly after that the staff and students began a hunt for the book during a book club. Splitting up into groups, the school was searched with no success and everyone regrouped in the library. Different ideas to trap the book were discussed, with it finally being decided to use a Capturing Ward. At this time the smell of buns came from within the room, and some chose to investigate while others (Lux among them) stayed with Professor Botros to help create the Ward. With the book successfully trapped it was unable to vanish and reappear elsewhere but it still managed to send out flying carpets and other nuisances. These attacked those who were assembled until the Head Girl talked to it and somehow said what the book wanted to hear which was 'happily ever after'. Repeating after her, everyone said the words until everything the book had sent towards them disappeared and it was able to be bound shut. All that the book wanted was to give people their happily ever after.

History: Hope was raised by her two parents, Amber Lynn Evans and Dwight Howard Evans, in London her entire life. Furious with his son, Aleksander's father pulled him out of Durmstrang right after his 6th year, and is sending him to Hogwarts in the hope that as long as he can't play Ice Hockey, he will soon forget his love for the sport and concentrate more on his studies. Astrid's got a hard head. Really hard head. She does what she wants, whenever she wants. Once she likes something, she'll do everything to get it until her brain pops. She'll get it at the end, anyway. Astrid is very defensive and instead of standing there using her mouth to argue, she'd rather kick you hard to make you shut up or, the best result, cry. Astrid is not exactly smart. She may be slow sometimes, but she isn't dumb. The girl plays Quidditch and is rather sporty despite being brought up in France. Being a beater has improved her self-defense, and has been very useful in a lot of things. Although she can be slow in thinking at times, she knows what to do in a certain situation. Narrative History:
The Hyde twins, Lana Kalen and Laura Hope, were born on a chilly December afternoon in 2064 to Ian and Berenice Hyde. Lana was the first to be brought into the world, taking her first breath ten minutes before her twin. Born and raised in Luton, the family soon moved to Bedford just after the twins turned four year old; per the request of their mother. Berenice was very fearful of exposing the twins to magic and kept the magical world a secret from their children. Rather fearful of what kind of trouble the twins might get into, magic was rarely done in the presence of the twins and most things magical were kept away from them. Not wanting to completely close the girls away from what they might be, Ian did on occasion tell the girls things in the form of stories.
Living a simple life, the girls soon started to show their magical potential just before their tenth birthday. Lana had always felt that something was missing from their life and their first magical outburst had terrified her, but at the same time felt right to here. Upon witnessing firsthand their children’s’ outburst, Ian and Berenice started to slowing incorporate magic into their lives again. There was no point in hiding since it was only a matter of time before they would be receiving their letters to Hogwarts.
Feeling a bit put off by being lied to for most of her life, Lana made things a bit difficult on her mother at times. When Laura was more of a mother’s girl, Lana was her father’s daughter through and through. With the knowledge that she was about to enter a whole new world, she began to spend more and more time with her father and continued to pester him about everything possible about what was about to happen in the future and all the new things she would soon discover.

The Royal Chronicles ~History~
On the twentieth of February 2066, David and Rebecca Edwards were finally blessed with a girl after six boys. Dubbed the princess, for the first two years of her life she only wore pinks and purples. She was born on the ancestral farm Edwoods, which has been in the family for generations. On the vast grounds, Sarah spent early years running wild with her brothers (the youngest Edwards - James is a year her junior) until she reached school age. It was then decided that she needed to be around girls and Sarah was sent to a Muggle school. Her mother being Muggleborn as well as being close with muggle relatives, Sarah blended in well there and excelled in every arena (although sports was difficult in the end she pulled through). Despite being well adjusted, Sarah knew that when she was eleven she was going to go to Hogwarts and it was her dream. Bidding her time, Sarah soaked up all the knowledge she could get, spending her free time in the library reading about all sorts of things.

First year:
Finally, after all the years of waiting, Sarah was iff to Hogwarts. She found herself a seat on the train and settled down with an assortment of books. With brownies to share, Sarah made more friends by the time she arrived at Hogwarts. At the sorting it was decided that although her brain would have made her a Ravenclaw, her heart (and tongue) made her a lion. So, she joined the ranks of half her family in the great Gryffindor house. As the year began, Sarah tried to lay low as possible, scared of what her tongue might do. But that did not mean that she did not have fun... she watched a dragon being hatched, and took care of it, she discovered an interest in Herbology that she never thought she had and she actually thought Ancient Runes was fun, as in the first lesson she was allowed to climb a tree. In History of Magic, she was able to visit the City of Atlantis, where she got a mirror. The year was marred however by mysterious cases of people falling into a deep slumber. Among those who landed up in the Hospital wing, was Sarah’s beloved prefect- Kurumi Hollingbury. Eager to help solve the case, Sarah joined others with research. Despite all her work on keeping her tongue still and temper in check, later on the year found Sarah at a bookshop in Hogsmede where the lioness within her emerged. When offered tea by the young shopkeeper, Sarah followed her intuition and declined, after all she would never accept tea from strangers. This time she was right and those that accepted the tea began to suffer the consequences. Noticing this, Sarah, despite being a first year, confronted the lady, surprising all others with her tongue. Luckily, the lady was more into escaping then harming Sarah, so Sarah emerged unscathed. At the End of the year feast, Sarah met Penelope, and the two formed a friendship. Second Year:
On the way to Hogwarts, the train broke down mysterious, but Sarah took it all as a big adventure. At the start of the year feast, Sarah met Alexa Cambridge and the two became friends, with the younger girl bring out a different side of Sarah Third Year
Finally, after a lot of practice, Sarah got onto the Quidditch team. It had taken a while, yet hard work pays off. Sarah took the role as chaser and enoyed being on the team. Meanwhile, there was a lot happening around the school as there were Board Of Governers elections. Sarah watched with interest at the saga, and did a lot of research and when the time came she voted too. But before the actual voting, Sarah got to watch debates, one of which she was involved in the planning of. There was also an auction to raise money for the library and Sarah won a bid on a book, written by someone with the same surname as her. Lafay surprised her by giving up her prize to Sarah. Fourth Year
On arrival back to school Sarah was shocked to find that the school was broke. The fact that the school was historically well off aroused Sarah’s interests and she was sure that this warranted an audit. But that was not the only thing on her mind. With the school now charging for entrance to the common room as well as eating of the schools paltry meals, Sarah had to re-examine her finances. Knowing that she could not possibly afford the meals at the school, Sarah planted a vegetable patch for herself in the student garden. With her personal needs taken care of, or so it seemed, Sarah then decided to focus on the wellbeing of Hogwarts and its students. Early into the year she brainstormed and wrote a list of ways to help Hogwarts, which she owled to her Head of House. She was happy to see when her ideas were being used and she helped Hogwarts by selling Ashwinder eggs and flowers. As the year progressed, Sarah stopped feeling her energetic self and lethargy overtook her along with a shortness of breath. Only at the end of the year, after a scary incident with demonters, did Sarah discover that she had Anaemia due to a lack of enough iron in her diet.
Fifth Year
Sarah arrived at a still broke Hogwarts... yet things were looking up.. there was to be a Triwizard Quizbowl of Wits and the winning school was to get money! Sarah was chuffed when Professor Hadley (formerly Arithmancy professor, now Muggle Studies Professor) told her that she was one of the contestants chosen for this task. Sarah was honoured and set to work preparing for this enormous task, in which she would specialise in Arithmancy.
But luck seemed against her, as not only did she had a run in with the new Aritmancy Professor at the first lesson, he was also in Sarah's mind a brainless imp. Further more, on the day of her task, she had chocolate that she had recieved from a Beuxbaton boy via her friend Alexa. Alexa's hand in the deal seemed to let down Sarah's guard and she found herself spiked with a love potion.. right before her task. How could she get her mind off the handsome lad? Not realising that it was love-potion induced, but true attraction, Sarah wanted to get him off her mind and she went to the potions mistress for a remedy. There she was given an antidote for it.
Her mind now cleared, Sarah now faced her task... In this task she had to use her mind to figure out which book was requested, using the clue given and than use the right spell to get it off the shelf. Next came the part when she had to use her knowledge from Aritmancy on cursebreaking in order to find out how the book was cursed.
Sarah was glad that she had played her part and Hogwarts won the Triwizard.
At the end of the year, Sarah wrote her OWLS.

Information: With 6 older brothers and being the second youngest and only girl, (she has a younger brother, James, a year her junior) Sarah is very unique. Bart is a act before you think type of boy. He can be easy to get along with, but has a temper if you upset him and will jump quickly. On March 21, 2067 in Versailles, France, a star was born -- or more like, Cosette Henrietta Beaulieu was born to Audrey Marcelle Beaulieu (née Dubois) and Alfred Richard Beaulieu. Audrey, who had been on-leave from her job since she found out she was pregnant, was a gold medalist in Tennis during the 2064 Summer Olympics; her mother retired from professional Tennis playing in 2072 at age 33. Her father, Alfred, is also a professional Tennis player and has also competed in the Olympics -- but he has won no medals.
Cosette was placed on a pedestal as a child since she was a daughter of two professional athletes, and she became very competitive at a very young age. She dabbled in sports such as: tennis, volleyball, and gymnastics. As much as her parents wanted her to fall in love with Tennis, she leaned more towards gymnastics, and her parents enrolled her in many competitions starting at the young age of 8.

At age eleven, Cosette received her letter to Hogwarts, but her parents did not want her to go off to London, England to attend a school they never even heard of (oh, muggles). She was kept away from wizard schooling until she turned fifteen and took the initiative to tell her parents that she wanted to go; she wanted to take a break from gymnastics. Surprising, right? Actually, Cosette was not born to be athletic like her parents; she did gymnastics to make her parents happy that she was doing something athletic with her life. When it comes to what she wants do later in life, she has no clue -- she just knows gymnastics is not an option.
After a lot of talking and arguing, her parents allowed her to go to Hogwarts, so Cosette Beaulieu boarded the Hogwarts Express on September 1, 2082 for the first time. She has no idea what Hogwarts will be like.
Personality: Cosette, even as a Hufflepuff, can either be your best friend or your worst enemy. She is very competitive at anything and sets goals for herself. She wants the best out of life, and she will do anything to get what she wants. Preferably, this one wants to be in a large crowd instead of a small crowd because in large crowds, she can hide herself amongst the people. She does not like being close to people, and she likes keeping things a mystery. Brodie's character has been through a lot of changes to say the least. Originally he was supposed to be a totally selfish person only caring about money... and well, he was at first, but then he learns to love one Taylor McIntyre when he was just dating her in hoping to win her money at first.
