THERE he was.
The third musketeer, pulling them both into a big squeeze. And Theo didn't even mind one bit, because this was so exciting. "Of COURSE we did." He didn't doubt their plans for one second, "Now we can have some REAL fun with these." Because last year was a weird year. Let's just forget about last year. Theo gave his badge an affectionate flick (?), then let out a squee when Cassia pulled out hers from her pocket.
It was just like HIS but for a GIRL.
Uhh... Theo looked down at his own chest, paused for a moment to figure out his left and rights, then looked back up. "Left... wai.." He had to check again, "Yea, left." And he checked to see if West's was left, too. Good.
"We should, like, totally take a selfie." With their badges and stuff. Theo pulled out his phone and wiggled it about excitably.

"Decades." West agreed solemnly though there was a twinkle in his eye. He was quite enjoying the dramatics of the occasion and more than willing to get theatrical. Some things never changed. He grinned down at Cassia and at her badge when she presented it. She needed a step stool.
He grinned at Theo. "Yeah. Left." Nod.
Wait. Selfie? West looked a bit scandalized. That was for priva-- oh. OH. The phone thing. The Muggle thing. With the camera thing. Right. RIGHT. He knew that.
"Okay you do your thing." West said. Muggleborn friend and all. ".....'cept Cassia is too short." Yes she was. So West lifted her UP. THERE. GO. TAKE THE PICTURE THEO.
It felt just like when they were kids talking and plotting for the future mostly for fun. Except now they were older and it wasn't about fun. Well, actually, Cassia liked to think it was and Theo just went ahead and confirmed it. Come on, it was too tempting. Fun plans to be made later. Right after she stuck the precious badge. To the left. Which actually made sense but she right now wasn't in a position to think stuffs thoroughly. Overexcitement and all.
"There!" she announced after a minute of pure concentrating in which the badge was safely attached. Merlin forbid it wasn't perfectly done. One degree off and the entire look might be threatened. Not that she cared about looks over context. Psht. Well, just a bit.
Looking up at the boys, she blinked registering the suggestion and trying to decipher West's initiate face expression. Oooh, phone, yeah. She knew about that. Blue tutored her well. And speaking of the Eaglette, Cassia couldn't wait to see her bestie.
But heeeeeeeeey!
Cassia opened her mouth to protest and go on and recite the speech about the perks of being…not so tall, but then she was lifted up and it was picture time. And if you ask her the view was now more interesting. Like she could see that girl's hat from above, nice color and shape. She made a mental note to ask the stranger from where she got it.
After a moment of hesitation, she tried not to feel weird smiling at Theo's device. People did this all the time. "Don't forget to count," Gotta be perfect and all.

WAHOO... to the left, to the left. You know, whatever funny mood Theo was in earlier, it had completely vanished now. It's true, all you need is your bestest pals. And ones that agreed to selfies were definite keepers.
YES. GOOD WIZARDS, they knew what was up.
Theo grinned and pressed a button on his phone that flipped the camera the other way. He waved it in their faces to show them, "Look, cool isn't it?!" It was like a portable mirror. Props to West for realizing that Cassia was too short. Theo chuckled loudly when he lifted her up. "PERFECT!"
Okay... "3... Remember to say cheese... 3... 2... 1... Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeese!" Theo grinned WIDE showing off his teeth, and ALSO made sure that all of their badges were in the shot. CLICK. SAVED. His fingers whizzed away on the phone and he found the picture in his gallery.
"Awesome. Look, look, look, I set it as my wallpaper." And he was very excited about this. Very.

Perfect badge was perfect Miss Cassia. West nodded his approval. The part he liked best was how they all matched. Sure his was different being as it was a captain badge not a prefect one, but they all had the Slytherin colours, with that exact perfect shade of green, plus a rather dashing snake, which West felt summed them all up nicely, even if he'd happily say 'classy lady snake' for Cassia because he figured she'd rather not have hers be described as dashing .
He kept a good hold on her while Theo counted down the picture, not wanting to drop her or anything. No big deal. Quidditch muscles and she was light anyways. He smiled happily, especially glad to see Theo cheered up compared to how it had been at the end of summer, and waited for the... there! Okay. It worked right? Yes? He put Cassia down carefully and peered at the thing.
... wallpaper? He chose not to ask, not wanting to spoil the moment with some explanation of some Muggle thing that he could just find out about later.
"Can you make a copy of one to send to Lafay? Like a picture? Or do you need another one of the phone things to do it?" And also probably one for their NEW Head of House, but West had made a promise about things to Lafay, about being winners. So a picture would be a good thing to send with a note that said they were ready for it. That he hadn't forgot. And that they'd do it together.

Victoria eyed her son as he put out his hand and she high fived it at first and looked at him expectantly like that was what he was waiting for. "What?" She chuckled before reaching down and picking up Alana. She would be carrying the little one for now so that she wouldn't disturb everyone waiting on the train. "You will get your things in a moment. Now a few things first." She eyed her son, "No trouble making here. One letter and you will be grounded. Get expelled again and you will be headed to muggle school mister do you understand me?" He better understand, because she was not putting up with this.
Now pulling out her purse with a free hand, easily keeping a hold on Alana's little body with the other. She pulled out the money, bag of sugar quills, which a little extra of course, and finally his wand. "Bartholomew Winston you best be on your best behavior at this school. It doesn't matter which house you go to, just try your best and please for the love a Merlin don't blow anything up." She couldn't handle anymore of that.
Bart rolled his eyes at Alana did she ever stop screaming? It didn't seem like it to him at least. Couldn't stupid Indy have watched them, why did his mother have to bring them anyway. Oh well he didn't care as long as he got his stuff and then the lecture started. He squirmed and looked around. Really was anyone watching he hoped not. "Mum.. I get it.. now stop you are embarrassing me." Really did she have to do that here. He took his things quickly from her hand and pocketed them bumping his frog Toad in the process. The frog wiggled free from the pocket and went bouncing away.
"NOOOO... RUN AWAY FROG" He yelled as he left his mother and went running after the hopping creature. Diving and landing next to it he scooped it up into his hands and looked up at the pair of legs in front of him. "Brynny you made it!" Getting back to his feet he looked around, "Mum here?" He wasn't sure if she would be or not given her issues, but he couldn't see her letting Brynn be alone and doing things so adultish yet so the woman had to be close by. "Ready for the train ride?" He wasn't earlier, but now that it was here and he got to walk through a well, he couldn't help but be a bit excited. "Did you like going through the wall, it was so cool!" Well he thought it was at least.
Brynn watched the wall for a moment, waiting for her mother to appear, but she couldn't help herself from looking around the rest of the platform. It was just so noisy - and exciting - with all the wizarding families ready to see their kids off on the train. And the train? Was it here yet? The eleven year old craned her neck, looking for it to arrive. She had heard it would be red and was eager to see it.. eager to ride on it..
She looked around at some of the crowd when a movement her way caught her attention. A jumping frog. That reminded her of Bart and she giggled a little before she actually saw him appear before her. "Bart." She grinned when he looked up and she saw it was actually him and his frog. "Yeah, she's.." She looked over her shoulder to see that her mother made it through the barrier and was now headed their way. "She's right there."
The train.. was it coming yet? She looked down the tracks again at the mention, still no sight or sound of it. "Yeah.. I guess so," she said with a nervous smile. She was excited to go yet she was really nervous and kind of afraid at the same time. Bart might have gone away to school last term, but she had never been away from home for that long. But maybe she didn't want to admit what she was feeling right now.
It was just as she remembered when she was a child, walking through the barrier was slightly intimidating if you had that nagging fear of smacking headfirst into it, but she was confident enough to get through it, especially once she saw her daughter was successful. And speaking of Brynn.. She had half-expected her to be standing just on the other side of the barrier, but she seemed to have wandered away.
Anwen did her best not to panic. She knew her daughter wouldn't have gotten very far and she would have to let her go eventually. She was going off to Hogwarts for most of the year after all. Her brown eyes searched the immediate vicinity until she spotted Brynn not too far away. Oh look.. she had found Bart.
She walked over to the two children, smiling lightly as she approached. "There you are," she said placing a hand on Brynn's shoulder before looking over at the boy. "Hello Bart.. Ready to go off to Hogwarts? Where's your mother?" Certainly she wouldn't have just dropped him off? She knew the woman had her hands full with newborn twins but she was certain that she would be at the station as well. She'd like to say hello, maybe take a peek at the babies if she had brought them also.

So she was here, Adeline was still shocked about being a seventh year. Adeline looked around the platform, she felt happy to be here but sad at the same time. This time next year she would be God knows where, the Hufflepuff hoped to be furthering her education…hopefully. Adeline walked down the North End of the Platform, she looked around, maybe one of her friends would be around there somewhere. Adeline was nervous about this term, she hadn’t been to Hogwarts since the end of her fourth year, she wondered if some people or professors would remember her.
She knew that her mind would flood with memories of the past and she hoped that they were all the good ones, no need for the sad time just the good times. She was very much read for this term, she knew what she wanted to do with her life once she leaves Hogwarts, she can't want to be an adult and have her own place to live in but right now she has to go on the other side of the wall. Adeline didn't want to go to the other side yet, she wanted to just relive some of the memories of four now five terms of seeing being right here.

Adeline made her way down the platform with a smile on her face, she wondered where her boyfriend was, she did hope that he wouldn't miss the train, that would be horrible. As Adeline walked on some bumped into her in, it startled her at first and then she heard a voice apologizing and this is what she missed about the Hogwarts students because when some runs into you in the muggle world they just keep walking it doesn't matter if you dropped important stuff they just keep walking, rude muggles. "No, no, it's alright." Adeline smiled at the girl. "I'm Adeline Holiday." The American held out her hand for the girl to shake.

Charlotte walked up and down the platform as her brother, Chris, went to park his car. Eventually, she settled down on a random bench and looked around at all of the families that were rushing to get to their trains. She had expected at least her sister to tag along, if not her parents, but everyone was busy and Chris had yet to find himself a job after graduating from school. Lottie was finally going to Hogwarts! She couldn't believe it. She didn't know very many people but that was okay. Surely she'd meet someone along the way..if anything, she knew Jun. And so she sat, wondering what it must be like to have so many family members fussing about their child going away for so long.

Tag was lugging around his belongings with him, aka his trunk, and a little sleep kneazle sleeping in her cage. Gosh, he might have some more muscle but moving around a trunk and a 'cat' in a cage could get tiring for the arms. Saxon had already said bye to him so he was left all alone to get to the train, not like he'd never done this before.
Needing a break Tag lowered his trunk flat on the ground and gently rested Stella on top of it, though, kept his hand on the cage just for safe measures. Looking around Tag found a head, or at least hair, that seemed somewhat familiar. He picked up his belongings and walked over to the person, stood right in front of her. "Charlotte! Hi!" She did remember Tag right? "Do you need help with anything?" Manners.
Caelen came out of the other side of the wall, letting go of a breath she didn't know she was holding. Wow, on a side note, she stunk at holding her breath. The redhead could never be a swimmer. Or a deep sea-diver.
With a sharp intake of breath, Caelen frowned at her watch. They were SOOO early! Why in the world was Nate rushing them again? They could've left fifteen minutes later than they actually did! She could've done something cuter with her hair! Or you know, actually packed everything correctly instead of throwing it into the suitcases the night before around midnight. Her shoes -all twenty pairs of sneakers in fact- probably made that suitcase smell like funk. She was going to have to wear a biohazard suit to actually open the stupid thing! She wholeheartedly blamed Nate for this, mostly because she blamed him for everything. Even if it was under her breath.
Okay, wait, this was amazing! There were more people here than the eleven year old thought she ever saw before. Like, ever. Parents hugging their kids and sending them off on tearful goodbyes were all around. It almost made her sad that her mom wasn't here to do the same. She would have to give Spencer an annoyingly tearful goodbye just to annoy him. Or find her father somewhere off in England and have him do the tearful goodbye. Was she allowed to leave the platform? The child bit her lip nervously. She wasn't so sure about this adventure anymore. Again, she had to steel her nerves for a second. She couldn't be like this the whole time. She had to actually do something at Hogwarts.
Anway back on planet earth and not in Caelen's head.....
She put down her suitcases and sat on the one with her shoes in, putting her head in her hands. She was already bored. They were way early -again, thank you Nate- and she didn't feel like taking anything out to actually mess with. It was mostly out of laziness, because the eleven year old wasn't going to be willing to put it back in the proper spot again. So she sat and people- watched for a few minutes before deciding that she wanted to actually do something. Spencer and Nate who exacltly? She wanted to have some fun.

Adeline grinned and pushed her light brown hair out her face. "Christmas is an interesting name. Nice to meet you too." Adeline knew that she had never seen this Christmas girl before. "I haven't been at Hogwarts since I was in my fourth year." the seventh year shrugged. "Just some family drama really, I really missed Hogwarts and I can't wait to go back." Man, was she jabbering so much right now. The nerves of being a seventh year? Maybe. "What house are you in?" she asked.

She did remember Tag right? "Do you need help with anything?" Manners.
She saw a body in front of her but was too busy focusing on the words, or rather the name, he said. This person could not be serious! There were only two people she could think of that she knew there and both of them knew better than to call her Charlotte."Excuuuse me, pers- TAG?!" She was about to blow up at the person until she blinked and realized that person was Tag Kildare! Although he was her brother's best friend, they had been friends long enough for her to know who he was too. "Hi!" She wasn't sure why, but seeing someone she knew, and Tag of all people, made her very happy. "Ummm..well, no. Chris is supposed to bring everything once he parks his car." Had Tag grown since she last saw him? From what she remembered, Tag used to be the same height as her! "Thank you, though! Do yooou need help?" Lottie eyed the cat, hoping he would ask her to carry it. If not, she would gladly carry the kneazle.
Leonard had managed to drag his trunk through with him and sighed as he sat himself down on top of his trunk. Now all he had to do was wait for this train to come and then he'd be on the way to Hogwarts. Somehow he felt emotionally drained as he rested his head in his hands, saying goodbye to his mum was a bit harder than he thought it would be.
He made a mental note to send her a letter after he got to Hogwarts, she'd want to know what he was up to, given she didn't have a clue what sort of stuff they'd be learning. All she knew was what his father had mentioned when he had taken Leonard to Diagon Alley.
Though Leonard had hated every minute of that.
The curly haired boy looked up, eyes wondering around the platform as he looked at the other students. Was he going to be one of the only people that didn't know much? Did the muggleborns know more than he did? After all he grew up in basically the same situation as the muggleborns... and what house would he be in? Was he even going to like it at Hogwarts? Would he be able to leave if he didn't like it?
His fingers began drumming on the trunk underneath him, the weight of the guitar on his back making him feel even more tired and dragged down even though it wasn't that heavy. Closing his eyes he continued drumming his fingers, wanting to just take his guitar out and start playing.
Though that could wait until he was on the train, if he got his own compartment that wouldn't be too weird would it?

A sigh escaped past his lips as he leaned forward and supported his chin in his hand, the elbow was resting on his knee. They were early, so it seemed which bored Kevin. He began to think of all the adventures that waited for him at school. He looked back at his parents they they gave a big smile at their son.
Yep...they truly weren't going to leave him alone, ugh. He needed an distraction...now.
Jordan wasn't entirely sure why being told to run at the barrier had resulted in him deciding to run and jump, but that was what he did, and that was how he arrived beside the train and among the crowd of people waiting to board. For a few seconds he just stared around him, instantly plunged into a peculiar feeling of culture shock. All of these kids were going to learn magic, just like he was.
...actually, most of these kids probably already knew enough magic to turn him into a newt. With this in mind, he looked around for someone who looked as out of place as he did. Maybe if they all grouped together they would ward off any older students looking to do some mischief.
And at least a group of newts would be more noticeable.
He noticed not one, but two boys who seemed about his age sitting on their baggage, and dragged his own bag over to sit down in between him. He sent one a smile, and then the other.
Sorry for the confusion, Tag just has the kneazle *pets you* my fault.

Had Tag grown since she last saw him? From what she remembered, Tag used to be the same height as her! "Thank you, though! Do yooou need help?" Lottie eyed the cat, hoping he would ask her to carry it. If not, she would gladly carry the kneazle.
YES IT IS HIM! TAG! That is his name! One of a kind and named after the game! Awww, look at her being all happy, that was always good. Especially when heading to Hogwarts, most students were generally happy to go back to the castle. But she seemed thrilled to see Tag, unless that had been his own exaggerated imagination. He listened to her words then dropped his mouth at the mention of Chris. "CHRIS IS DRIVING?!" Was that even legal? Tag needed to see his license. He wasn't sure how he felt about Chris driving. Who'd be at more risk, him or civilians?
MHM! Yep, Tag HAD grown. TWO inches. Just saying.
"Err. No, I made it here all by myself. Or at least into the station, butttt..." Tag eyed Charlotte's eyes glance towards the kneazle. "You can pet Stella through the cage if you'd like." See if she liked Charlotte or not.
Solidarity. They had it.
Caelen noticed two boys sitting next to each other and a third moving towards them. Well two could play at that game, right? She wanted to make some new friends, and they seemed about as bored as her. And if they didn't like her, well, she was fine with that. She still had Spencer, Nate and everyone on this platform to annoy.
Taking another deep breath -she was surprised she didn't inflate like a helium balloon and float away- she started walking over towards the boys. She decided to leave her suitcase behind, figuring that it was like marking her territory by in a way less gross way. And it wasn't like she had anything of worth in there that someone would want.
"Hey, are you bored too?" She thought she was going to have to squat down to get to their height, but she realized that she was short enough to stand. That's what you get when you're five foot even.
For her first trick, Caelen pulled a plastic bag full of jellybeans out of her shorts pocket. "They're completely clean. It's my favorite, want some?"

While Jordan waited for his (admittedly quiet) companions to speak up, he saw a girl look their way and then get up and walk over. He thought she was going to walk past at first, actually, but then she stopped there and started talking.
"I'm not bored. Are you? How can you be bored?" He felt obliged to point at the giant scarlet train behind them, "We're going on a magic train to a magic castle to learn magic. That's not boring, that's exciti... oh, thanks. Yes please."
YES IT IS HIM! TAG! That is his name! One of a kind and named after the game! Awww, look at her being all happy, that was always good. Charlotte couldn't help but laugh at Tag's reaction to her brother being able to drive. Maybe everyone knew her brother different from how she knew him because she never once thought it was weird that he could now drive. He was, after all, 19 years old. Did they all just think he'd walk every where he went? "Everyone reacts that way, I don't get it. Of course he can drive! He's had his car for almost a year." She wasn't going to mention that he used to drive slower than an old lady because she figured Chris wouldn't appreciate that very much.
Tag was nice. Nicer than Ryan anyway. Charlotte needed to make sure she sat down with her brother and asked him to invite Tag over more than Ryan. At least Tag would never throw a cat at his sibling...
"Can I really? I've never seen one of these in person." Reaching into the kneazle's cage, she pet it softly and slowly with one finger. "I want a Stella," Charlotte finally said, sort of out of it. "Can I have her?" There was something about animals that made Lottie's temper a lot less invisible. She slowly forgot that she was going to get after Trash for calling her Charlotte.
Astrid was sort of calmed down a bit. No heart attacks so far, yeah? Good thing. That was a good thing. And... HUH. WAIT. Apparently her Pygmy Puff, who was on her shoulder, sort of... jumped. Away from her. Like... okay, she wasn't panicking. No. But luckily Peewee only jumped on Delilah's shoulder. "I'm sorry. Peewee got kinda excited," Astrid said apologetically. "But I think he likes you." She beamed.
KITTIES. Astrid liked kitties (maybe after dogs but still) especially since they had nice fur. They could make good cuddle buddies! "Yeah, she's really prettttyyyy." The brunette admired the fluffy thing for a moment because why not? But... kitty was eyeing her Pygmy Puff. "Lola won't eat Peewee right?" Cue the protective Mama!Astrid. Nobody hurts the fluffy pet.
YAY SHE SAID YES. No more lonely Astrid then. She grinned at the blonde and sat down. "Thanks." Friends on the first day? That was awesome, am I right? At least she knew someone and she wouldn't be too awkward throughout the year. "Pretty name. I'm Astrid." And now the girl with no name had a name!
Delilah almost jumped again when the pygmy puff was suddenly on her shoulder. She grinned, petting it gently with her free hand while holding Lola a little closer to her with the other. Because she didn't want her kitty scaring Peewee.. and she didn't like the fact that they Lola was still curiously eyeing the pygmy puff. "I'm glad he does. I like him, too. He's so adorable! I really like the name 'Peewee' too."
Pretty. Yes. Lola was the prettiest. And the friendliest. "Do you want to hold her?" Her kitty liked new people and she definitely didn't bite.. Also, she felt it would be better to get the kitty away from Peewee, who was still perched on her shoulder. You know. Just in case. "No, not at all! I think.. she's just a little curious about Peewee, that's all. She's never seen a Pygmy Puff before."
Delilah couldn't help but smile at the girl. "Are you new to Hogwarts?" Pretty name? Her smile turned into a beam. Not that she liked her name much but it was nice to know that people did. "Nice to meet you, Astrid. That's an unique name!" She'd never met an Astrid before.

Heh. Astrid smiled and all, before she got Peewee from Delilah's shoulder and let the little thing sit on her bag for a while. You know, just in case her kitty wanted to attack the pygmy puff. That wouldn't be a nice sight. Twitch. "You like the name?" Yep, it was. She had to agree because it did suit for such a tiny and fluffy pet like him. "I didn't name him Peewee though, because I only adopted him. At least he's in a happy home now." Merlin knew what actually happened to Peewee before the adoption people found him.
"Is it okay with you if I do hold her?" Astrid asked, getting a little bit excited on it. She wanted to stroke the soft fur and all. It was a fascinating feeling. And Astrid hoped that no kitty-pygmy puff fighting happens. At least Peewee was over there. But yeah, Astrid was ready to hold Lola whenever Delilah was ready. "Good to know. I think Peewee is curious too. We have no kitties at home... only puppies." There was a difference, but Astrid liked them all alike. Sort of. It depends.
"Yeah, I am new to Hogwarts. I've been there before... but as a spectator during Quidditch matches." she said. But the classes and stuff that's going there? Astrid never experienced them. So this was a first time for her! IT WAS EXCITING BUT SCARY AT THE SAME TIME. "Are you new too?" Because it was an important question. And... aww, her name was nice? "Thank you." Really flattering. Yep. :3

Madison's eyes opened wide. It had been busy where they had crossed the wall to get to this part of the station, but there were a whole lot more people that she immediately felt lost in the crowd. Alyssa had told her to stay where she was while she went to get something out of the car, but Alyssa had been gone a long time and she was now starting to get scared.
She began to look for familiar faces but then she realized the only people she had met was Kace and Melek and she couldn't see them anywhere....or even if they were here, they would be hidden in the crowd.
Should she just walk up to a stranger and say hi...but who?
But she didn't know what else to do, so she did the next best thing.
She stood up on her trunk and called out as loud as she could, waving her hands up and down.
"Hello I'm new here. My name's Madison. I'm going to Hogwarts. Can somebody tell me how to get there?"
She stood perfectly balanced on her trunk, trying to ignore the whimpering sounds coming from inside one of them.
"Shhhh...Max....you're not supposed to make a sound. Remember?" she whispered down to what was inside the trunk.

Very.

She might have not been that familiar with 'taking selfies' but she smiled and posed like she should waiting on Theo's count with her hand on West's shoulder supporting her. He was tough she needn't worry about being dropped. She just snuck a look at the badge making sure it was still in place. West's and Theo's as well and the three were shining. Literally. The badges not the snakes. But probably their eyes were.
Not questioning the cheese tradition, she went with it. Aaaaaaand picture was taken. Perfect. She waited for Theo to finish whatever he was doing and to show them the picture on that port! Meanwhile she was safely back on the ground and already missing the vintage view she had. "Thanks, Cap'n." she grinned at West. See, captain! Both team and prates.
Pushing herself up on her tiptoes she peered at the photo and studied it seriously checking if there was a need to take it again. Surely the boys didn't mind if she wanted to keep taking it until it was perfect. Why would they? But nope. No need to! The three of them looked great with their badges. "We look really cool, guys!" Modest. And she couldn't help not think that that should just go right above the common room's fireplace. Or that might struck people as conceited.
And yes, Lafay and their new HoH, the healer. West had great ideas. Just like Theo who had this nice thingy to capture this moment with.

Good looking leaders, they were.
"I'd need a computer and a printer for that." Theo thought long and hard. "I'll send it to Casper. He'll make a copy." Or two copies... or four copies, because they all needed one each obviously. Hopefully, he would do that for Theo. He liked the idea of sending a copy to Lafay, too. In fact, he had totally forgotten that she wouldn't be here this year until now. Theo took one final look at the photo, because he was extremely pleased with it, then tucked his phone back into his pocket.
"Where we gonna sit then?" Theo reached into his other pocket and pulled out a half eaten chocolate frog. One that he had almost demolished earlier but had a bit of a funny tummy so he saved it for later. He bit a leg off then looked at his friends. Anyway... he had to ask, 'cause you know, he had been certain for weeks that he would avoid the prefects compartment this year for reasons, but now that he was HERE, he kinda wanted to march in there all boss-like with Cassia and West by his side.
Yea, you know what, "Prefects compartment?" He said with his mouth full of frog.

Delilah was more than a little glad when Astrid put the pygmy puff in her bag. Because the last thing she wanted was for Lola to go chasing after the cute little thing.. not that she would. Hopefully. She was still very small to actually chase after other animals but still. Delilah was a little thankful. "Yes! It... suits him." Cute name to go with the cute animal, right? ... Adopted? "Oh, where did you find him?" That IS sad but he's taken care of now so that was good.
"Absolutely!" Delilah beamed and held her kitty out for Astrid to take. Hey, look! Lola looked like she was smiling. Maybe she liked Astrid already! Lola seemed to like everyone, really. "She is very cuddly." Just so the brunette knew. And PUPPIES. She couldn't help but smile again. She really wanted a puppy, too. They were so adorable! But her parents refused to have any more animals in the house.. and she understood. Kind of. "How many puppies do you have? What are their names?" Hey, what? She WAS curious.
"Oh, I'm new too!" How cool was that!? Delilah had met only one person was new to Hogwarts so far and that was Jeremy. "Aren't you excited, too? I've heard it's great. Especially the grounds.. I've heard it's beautiful."
