Kelly was super excited about Hogsmeade! It was always nice to take a little trip down to the village to shop or have a couple drinks with friends. But nooooowww it had a completely different meaning to her. Hogsmeade meant seeing Bastien. Even though they had the mirrors, it was hard to be away from him for a long period of time. Whenever they talked he seemed to much better than at Hogwarts though, so the blonde was happy for him. As long as they still found their ways to see each other regularly, she'd be fine.

The moments before she saw him still made her nervous. She definitely had dressed to impress...after all this was a date right? A boyfriend and girlfriend date. That's what they did right? Dates didn't stop once you dated....or did they? If so...what were they called when you dated? This had to be examined.

Not right now though, cause the fifth year felt a rush of happy feelings spread through her as she waited for him to arrive.

He didn't keep her waiting for long having been in the small town all morning. In fact, he'd been keeping an eye out for her, and when he had spotted her, he snuck up beside her, wrapped his arms around her waist and lifted her into the air. "Guess who?"

If Phillip Romalotti heard that he was Ava's favourite Slytherin, then he would be telling EVERYONE. Or be SUPER proud. One or the other.

Since Ava wasn't the girly girl type, Phillip was COMPLETELY okay with going with her to Hogsmeade. See, there were some things he could guarantee from this: she wouldn't try on a billion different clothes and ask for his opinion on which shade of yellow suited her more - BLEGH - and she wouldn't make him sit and wait around because she absolutely NEEDED that one shade of lipstick that she already had. He doubted she even WORE tons of lipstick.

See? This was already great.

But she was asking him to choose and this was HARD, OKAY?! The Slytherin rubbed the end of his nose as he looked around at the different shops. Sweets, pranks or normal food? How do you choose?!?!!!?!?!? Merlin! Normally, he'd let the girl choose because he didn't have to and it made HIM look like the gentleman that he was but...... "I'd saaaaaaaaay......."

Dramatic pausing, anyone?

"..... Honeydukes! See if they're giving out free samples of candy." Who could say no to some free samples??

She was lucky that 1) She met Phillip on her way here and 2) He didn't mind being dragged by her at all. You know that some boys didn't like to go to with a girl, just the two of them, because other people might think that they were on a date.

Although.... have a date with him didn't sound bad at all.

Ava asked his opinion where should they go first because three of them were PRIORITIES. Come on, they need food and butterbeer to keep their warm, prank supplies to color their life and sweets to make their life even sweeter. HEHEHE. This was a difficult decision. And it seemed like her Slytherin friend took a moment to decide their first destination.

After a long consideration, Phillip then decided to go to Honeydukes. The young lioness was okay with that because CANDIES, DUH. She needed to get some lollipops and gummy worms.... also the chocolate frogs, maybe bought some for Teddy too. "Free samples? They really give some free samples?" Her brown eyes widened in excitement. WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE SAMPLES, HUH? "Okay! But after that we should have butterbeer at the Three Broomsticks. What do you think?"

Suddenly Kelly was swept off of her feet and lifted up into the air. She couldn't help but squeal. Bastien was here. Finally he as here. Not that he had made her wait for a long time but being the needy girlfriend that she was, she missed him loads. He always did amazing stuff like that when they saw each other and made her laugh. It totally made up for the time they spent apart.

"Hmmm....maybe one of my 5 boyfriends?", she laughed, obviously joking. There was only one boy for her and that was him. "I am so glad you're here"

Maybe it was lucky that Phillip couldn't read Ava's thoughts. Maybe. And even if he did, he probably wouldn't understand it because girls thoughts had become a lot more confusing recently.

Lucky Ava.

Wait, did she really not know about free samples? REALLY?! "Yeah! Sometimes. To get you to buy the new product they could have. If we're lucky, they could be giving some out right now." Not that he knew, mind you. "And even if they don't, at least we'll get some sweets." Something that was just as important, if not more.

The boy's face lit up at the sound of butterbeer in the Three Broomsticks. "Sounds perfect! We'd probably need it if we're outside in the cold for too long." Just saying. "Let's go? I don't want to freeze and I don't think you'd want to either." And the sweets were practically calling out to them.

He nodded along as she spoke. The mirror calls were one of his favorite things, now that he was at home, but it was true that nothing at all compared to the real thing. It wasn't that he was starved for human interaction - he was getting plenty - but he had such little opportunity to be with someone he just trusted to get it.

Glancing down at their linked arms, he replied. "Zonko's? Sure." He found himself glancing at the others on the street, unsure if he was looking for anyone in particular to say hi to... or to avoid.

But rather than let that particular thought cloud his mind or his features, he instead looked back to his friend. "Shall we?"

Hattie smiled as she headed down Hogsmeade. She had walked down with a few of her friends, but now had gotten a little separated. That didn't matter. She wasn't too far from the Castle, and she knew she could get her way back up there. Also there were a ton of students from the school, and she knew they'd take pity on a little first year. She wanted to do a little shopping before she headed back up to the school though. she needed to get some more candy, as she was running out. Of course she had asked her mother to get some more. But she wanted her own little stash as well.

The blonde smiled, as she headed towards the sweet shop. Maybe she would get her sweets and then begin heading back up to the school.

Henry was a little late coming down to Hogsmeade this morning, though now it was nearly afternoon. Not only had he overslept, but he still was insistent on his morning run, something that he did every day, unless he was running late for class. Once he had finished his run and gotten a shower, he headed down to the town just outside of school grounds.

He might have walked out there alone, but he had plans to meet up with some friends for lunch. He knew he would catch up to the eventually if not before then. The 14 year old did look around for any familiar face once he got to town, the first one he came across was a fellow Hufflepuff.

"Hey, Hattie," he called over with a grin as he fell into step next to her. "How's it going? Got any shopping plans?"

Hattie was thinking of the yummy sweet she was going to buy. She really did have a sweet tooth. If she could just eat sweets and desserts she really would. But she knew it wasn't too healthy to do that. So she ate other stuff too. But candy was really on her mind right now. She wanted to get lots. Maybe she'd get some chocolate frogs and send some home to Coraline. She was sure her little sister was missing her lots.

She looked up as she heard a voice, and smiled. Oh. It was Henry. "Hi Henry" She murmured with a big smile. It was a fellow puff, and one she'd talked to before. He seemed nice. "It's going well, and for you?" Because she was always polite. "Oh. I'm just headed to stock up on candy"

Henry was always happy to see a fellow Puff and he returned Hattie's smile as he walked with her. "Going good for me, too," he nodded. "Just running a little late though. Had to get my workout routine in," he explained. "So I was looking for some friends when I got here, but I'm going to meet up with some later." He wouldn't mind walking with her to one of the shops though. She was a nice and friendly girl.

"Oh, I was thinking about getting some candy too." Really, who didn't when they went to Hogsmeade though? And he stocked up on sweets pretty much every time he went. "I can head with you there if you want. I need some more chocolate frogs." But he'd probably get more than just that.

"Isn't walking down here enough of a workout?" Hattie teased with a grin. Her father and mother both worked out, but she really didn't get it. But she was only little, so she figured that it was a more grown up thing to do. "So I don't count as a friend?" She mused, tilting her head to the side. She didn't mind, they hadn't talked too much. But she did want to be friends. She liked having friends.

"You were?" She murmured with a big smile. That meant she could have some company when she went to the candy shop. It also meant that she was able to get some advice on what to get. That would be a big help. "That sounds great!" She murmured with a smile. "I don't know what I want yet..."
