That's what it is! To get people buying them like crazy over the short time there is left to get them! I have got each DVD twice as it is and I will most certainly buy at least one more copy of each! *Knows it's crazy!* I just love my Potter DVD collection!
Oh! A thought! Does this include the videos aswel? I may need to get them too!
Thanks for the warning for this!

I was also reminded of Star Wars. Take them off the shelf, create demand and then come out with special editions. This isn't great news. I really need to get the GOF Special Edition DVD soon. I hope they re-releases them later so other kids who are just getting into the books can enjoy the movies too. |

I have all four though since I buy them the day they come out, but it's horrible for people who haven't bought them yet. I guess people should start saving up money to get them now

haha~~~It's better to buy VCD...
Yet I don't think it's good for the HPfans Who were just like HP!By the way,Some students don't have enough time to go to the cinema when the film is on show. They must buy DVD....

Hm. That stinks!! I already have all four of them but I like knowing that if something happens to one of them that I can just run to the store and pick up a new one. Sadness.

Awww that stinks! Well, I don't think that means a lot to most of us since most of us all ready have them all. But I like walking into a store and seeing a Harry Potter DVD.
Poor fans who haven't been able to buy them yet!
Will they bring back all the movies when OotP comes out on DVD?

That's why they are doing this everyone. It's a marketing ploy.
Will OOTP still be by itself though?
YAY! I have them all!

| Kitty Momma Rachel's Brain Twin That’s ridiculous!
Marketing ploy or not, I think if they do that more and more people will just download them illegally over the internet and burn them onto a blank disk the way I see it. If people do that with music, they’ll do it with moves too, especially with HP movies. On the other hand I suppose I should hurry up and get the GoF Special edition before they crudely yank it away from everyone for a time. Once I do that, I'll be storing all of my HP DVD's in a metal box with a lock on it to keep them safe. Seriously.

I am certainly going to by a backup copy of each of the four discs. Heck, I might even buy backup copies of the video tapes as well since I still have the player. I agree, it does sound like a Disney thing. WB will release them for promotional reasons when movies six and seven arrive or something like that. That way, they can make more money off them, it's that simple.

Hogwarts RPG Name: unsorted | I'm really happy we bought the box set (1 thru 3) as a "family" X-mas gift, then I nagged hubby into buying GoF for me for our anniversary. Think I'll do like Lissydove and hide them from the kids. *gives the kids the evil-eye*
We loves them precioussss! We must save the precioussss from the nasty little hobbitses!

Cause Hogwarts is bigger than any of us, of any of it's founders,

Maybe we'll see our kids come here one day.
