Actress Jessie Cave (Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter films) launched her official site earlier today, PinDippy.com, where she will update with various projects she is involved in, including short comedy and satirical sketches, drawings, and much more.  Quote:
Hello. My name is Jessie Cave and I am an actress, aspiring writer and illustrator.
Pindippy.com has been an idea of mine for a while. I wanted to create a website so that I would have a particular place to post my comedy sketches and illustrations. I also wanted to join in with the blogging world and share the things that I quite like and make me laugh.
I hope to collaborate with Actors, Illustrators, Animators, Musicians…..Lots of people. This is very much an ongoing project.
I will be posting new videos as often as they are edited and post new drawings as soon as I have got better with the scanner. Hopefully you will enjoy them but I would like to thank you first and foremost for visiting.
Photos and videos of Jessie filming some of her sketches, written by the actress, can be found here and here. One of the clips, called Bookworm, takes a satirical look at the mind of a die-hard Twilight fan.

Jessie explained in her first blog post what exactly a PinDippy is: Quote:
• I have collected buttons, stickers and random bits of felt (my favourite material) for a while now, and wanted to do something with them, give them a showcase.
• I love colour, I love clothes – I love clothing with animals, polka-dots, big collars, small collars, shoulder-pads, socks, long socks, short socks, coloured tights, big dresses, small dresses… I could go on and on – but I wanted to use all of my clothes for something.
• I am an actress in my not-so-daily-day-job, (some of you may know me from playing Lavender Brown in Harry Potter), but I wanted to release some of the characters that have been in my head and put them in front of a camera.
• I have written little scenes, inadequate chunks of attempted screenplays, overheard conversations in coffee shops and a diary for a long time, but this time I wanted to try and write a series of short scenes, or comedy sketches, with an aim to filming them.
• And I love drawing, and have always doodled.
• All of these things combined amounted to something called Pindippy.
