I don't know.. This looks very awkward. I thinkthey made the right choice to delete it. Inthe book they set aside their differences and say goodbye, butit doesn't seem that way in this scene. However I'm happy it's on the dvd, it's always good to see HP scenes since the saga will end in July  |

Now I'm not someone who thinks everything in the book should be in the movie...but that's a great scene. Fiona Shaw is amazing. It would have led so well into the scene where Harry goes back into the cupboard under the stairs.

I liek the scene But I still think the scene in the movie was great. I would not have fitted with the whole scene between the 3 family of the heroes.
But I like it very much and I'm glad they put it on the DVD. That way I'll be able to place it in my head
And it shows Petunia isn't a stupid freak after all. She has feelings.

that should've stayed in the film, see how long that took-- not even a minute long! if they didnt know where to put it place it on that part right before the Dursleys climbed in and pulled away in their car. they had a somber moment in Hermione's home that most people didnt understand, why not keep this where people know who the Dursleys are. meh, anyway it was good they included this in the dvd, least they could do really.

Hmph. I don't really like it. I don't think it was canon for Petunia. I know we can all assume that deep down she loved Lily, but all we know is that she hated her ever since she was accepted into Hogwarts. I just didn't see how this would have fitted with the movie.
