Video: Academy awards Half-Blood Prince preview (UPDATED)
As announced last week, there was a brief preview clip shown for Half-Blood Prince during the 81st annual Academy awards' end credits, as part of a montage of numerous movies to be released in 2009. However, most of the scenes shown throughout the video have already been released in prior trailers, save for a Quidditch sequence between the Gryffindor players (Ginny and Ron). It can be seen below.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be out July 17, 2009.
UPDATE: Screencaps of the new bits can be found here.
lame!! We totally have already seen all of that! I was expecting it to be longer too. oh well...
No we haven't. The Quidditch shot is new. Also, a few of the other shots I bet are new to TV. This footage wasn't produced for the internet. Warner Bros have to let non-internet users know HBP is coming out this summer too you know.
It's the way you're smiling at me. It's in the way you hold my hand.
It's the way I've watched you change me from a boy into a man.
It's a million things about you, and I don't know what it is. I have never known a love like this.
At least it got mentioned, Twilight got put with the other movies and I don't know why. I don't remember seeing the Draco bit in action, only behind the scenes of it.
haha Oh well, better than nothing.... What exactly was the context in the show, was it a preview thing or just filler for air time?! I didn't watch, the times were all wierd for Hawaii!! Can't wait for the movie.... less than 5 months!!
nice..i actually dont remeber ever seeing some of that footage..i think i might have missed a week on SS or somthing.XD! but..god!! so exited cant wait!!
I was expecting something very different than that. Something we haven't seen before. The Quidditch match looked cool, but I expected them to show more.
