Owen Jones, 14, from Cardiff, is the winner. He will join other 'Half-Blood Prince' reporters at Edinburgh Castle and will get to conduct a one-on-one interview with J.K.Rowling which will be aired on July 17th.
The four finalists were put into four houses and together with their parents answered a series of questions about the fandom.
I'll update this article if/when videos/pictures from the show become available.
UPDATE: The Guardian newspaper have now run a feature on the winner.

He is soo lucky! My mom and dad don't have a clue about Harry Potter. I keep telling my mom to read the books, but she "doesn't have time!" She seems to have all the time in the world to read about politics. She even refuses to read them in German! (She's German, but she can speak better English I can, even though I was born in America) My dad started to read the third one with me, but he's always working, so he never has time. Even in the summer. I'm proud of him for making the effort, though.
