| | |  Universal Orlando Resort president talks Harry Potter park
At a Halloween Horror Night function recently Bill Davis, president of Universal Orlando Resort, gave away a few vague hints about what fans can expect from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Quote:
Davis said he had been behind the green wall that very day and that things are progressing nicely. He referred to the big building as the "Big Building" almost as if that were its real name.
Quote:
He said in reference to Big Building, "When you get off that, you'll say 'Wow, how did they do that?' "
We moved in closer. "Excuse me, did you say 'when you get off that'? Because that makes it sound like a ride."
He didn't exactly backtrack, but didn't confirm either.
The theme park is scheduled to open in 2010. | |

I hope it's an indoor virtual rollercoaster - like the one Universal built in L.A. for The Simpsons. You could theoretically ride a broomstick in a Quidditch match, be in the Flying Ford Anglia, ride on a dragon's back ...

I was at Universal only last week so I could see from outside some of the building and there is definately a big ride being built but what it is you couldn't see it was still under wraps but the beginnings of Hogwarts castle was visable. The Park looks awesome and apparently evereything is on schedule for 2010 if not before.
