Trailer Shot-By-Shot Book/Movie Comparison - Shot by Shot book/movie comparison

Summary:
Movie to Book Comparison of First Tralier!!

Article:

Hey fans!!!!
Shot by shot book/movie comparison is avaliable at the following link...Its really good and give a clear idea about the tralier Book/Movie Comparison

Added by Dumbledore:

I was going to do this, but it really takes some time, so kudos to the team over at The Leaky Cauldron for taking the time to do it proper!

They (the TLC web team) has taken each shot from the trailer and found the book equivelant and written it under each shot.

It's very well done, though I must point out one inconsistency in their report:

The first shot of the Hogwarts Express (train) is NOT moving. It has stopped upon the bridge. This is the scene where the train stops in it's tracks and the Dementor comes aboard. Watch the trailer closely as you zoom into the train. You will see it is not moving. It is only the smoke that is coming out of the stack.

Go read their cool section if you haven't seen the trailer or want to know where in the book the shots are discussed!

Thanks to The Leaky Cauldron

Don't yell at me, I know it's a blasphemy on SS, but...I HAVEN'T SEEN THE TRAILER YET.

So, for a person who has, in fact, not seen the trailer, this DOES give a really clear, insightful view of the trailer I haven't seen...

Theres another scene where theres inconsistency too...The scene where Harry is under some kind of cloth with wand in his hand...They wrote that it was Harry reading his book under a bedsheet at the Dursley's house......But he cant use magic there...how can he use lumous..he was infact using a flashlight.
Lets hope that its some other scene and not what is said by TLC.
I think he is under his invisibility cloak and is looking at the Marauder's Map

I found the trailer to be more intense than the last ones, you could tell that they had a different director. The chorus of children was quite interesting I thought, I will have that song engraved in my mind for the rest of the week. But I think they could have showed longer shots, you have to watch the trailer alot to really catch all the details. (I've watched it about 15 times in the past 2 hours) Overall, it was not a dissapointment, not at all! :sorcerer:

If you haven't seen it yet go to www.azkaban.com, you can watch it there. (And there is this freaky picture of Sirius Black there too...)

I think the new director will be much better. It looks like it won`t be babyish at all. Cool trailer!
