Tom Felton has updated his website to inform fans through his blog that he WILL be attending the PoA DVD Launch on Nov 18th 2004 at The Honourable Society of Middle Temple in London. Quote:
There's going to be the launch of the DVD for the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban on November 18th in London. Sounds a really good night- maybe see some of you there. They are setting up some of the rooms like the scenes in the film and it's usually brilliant with lots of boiling cauldrons etc. They have food made out of weird things served up on broomsticks and magician's hats - I bet they have a Dementor flying around!
He also includes other information about filming, driving lessons, driving over a nail, his mum's 50th birthday, a signing on Nov 13th in Milton Keynes and one in Cologne pencilled in for December 18th/19th. He almost makes a brief mention about the Japanese earthquakes.

No-one in the UK has tickets, you cant buy them. It's only for cast, crew, competition winners and the press/media. I wish I could go.

Why? Because they're busy filming. If they did that they'd probably end up way too old for the next film and there'd be no more Potter. They do visit alot of countries for general cinema release. They're also restricted as to how often they can work under child labour laws and parties such as this are included in that.
