[img]http://www.snitchseeker.com/images/news/blotts_80.jpg' align='middle'> Teen torcher wore 'Harry Potter' watch -

Summary:
A teenager who squirted flammable liquid on a 12-year-old boy and set him on fire was wearing a gold Harry Potter watch at the time of the incident, according to The Australian. Police are still looking for the teen, who scorched the young boy when he wouldn't hand over his wallet containing $5 and a house key.

When he refused to hand over the wallet he was kicked to the ground, squirted with liquid from a blue sports bottle and set alight, police said.

[The boy] was treated at Royal Children's Hospital in Brisbane for burns to his chest, stomach, arms, hands and fingers and was allowed to go home yesterday.

"He's having nightmares. They've had to sedate him," the boy's emotional mother told reporters. "He's just so frightened they are going to come back and get him."

The attacker was described as aged between 12 and 17, thin with a muscular build. He was dressed in a black shirt, black trousers and black boots with no laces and his face was covered with a navy blue balaclava.

Yesterday, The Australian reported the youth was also riding a BMX bicycle and BMX gloves and carried a black backpack with "Eminem" written on it in liquid paper.

Yeah, that is disgusting, hope that boy is caught and gets sent down for it! He may be young but he was old enough to know what he was doing so he should be punished like an adult would be, lock him up and throw away the key!! >

I hope that kid is alright, but you guys know what this means though. They're going to blow it up and make it look like Harry Potter corrupts you to do these stupid acts of "evil". My brother thinks I'm all corrupted too, after he got all Godly, he stopped reading the books, stopped watching the movies, and when I'd tell him about some parts he'd scream at me and said. "Don't corrupt me in Jesus Name!" Like...what the hecK?

Keeper of Mr Tennant's specs

that kind of thing is sad and sick however, it is nothing to do with harry potter so what if he was wearing a hp watch. thats like someone beating someone else up while wearing a football top. what a person likes has no affect on the thing its self.ie harry potter dosent make you do horrible things like that.

hope the wee boy is ok and can get on with his life and the bad guy punished siverly

Oh man, that is just sick. I may have nightmares myself for that poor kid. I hope they find the loser that did it. That's so sad.

Well, they seem to have a bit of an idea what the mean kid looked like- so I bet they get 'em. I hope so! >

That's terrible...with a HP watch I just can't believe it...things are getting worse with teens...In here like 3 days ago a 14year old boy killed his friend with some kind of knife or weapon and people still don't know why....that's so depressing. >

I saw that on the news and was disgusted. What a thing to do to such a young boy, and what a surprise it was see it happen in such a safe nation. I would be more concerned with Eminem been the bad influence rather then Harry potter. He probaly stole the watch anyway and has never read HP. Hey, he probaly can't.

are you kidding? That pyromaniac would get life in prison, if they caught him. WHAT A HORRBLE THING TO DO!!!!! THESE KIND OF IDIOTS SHOULD BE GRUESOMELY KILLED IF THEY DID STUFF LIKE THAT1 MAN! THAT'S JUT DISGUSTING! THERE'S NO POINT FOR IT AT ALL. and worst of all, churches will be trying to ban hp because "it teaches kids witchcraft!" i hope that retard rots in lava someday.

what are people thinking!!!! Why would you do something like that to a child. If anyone ever hassles you, give them the money. Your life is worth so much more and obviously there are seriously unbalanced people out there.
