| | |  Seventh & final Pottermore Magical Quill challenge clue, on Deathly Hallows CLOSED
The final and seventh clue from Pottermore.com’s Magical Quill Scavenger Hunt has just been released, giving fans worldwide the opportunity to gain early access to J.K. Rowling’s Pottermore website by answering a question on the seventh novel, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
A screencap of the question for Day Seven, August 6, 2011 GMT time, can be seen below. To get to the registration page, put the answer to the question after this url: Pottermore: a unique online Harry Potter experience from J.K. Rowling 
For those who have found the question and managed to register, you may discuss the question/answer in this thread but please put your comments in a spoiler tag to avoid spoiling other fans. [*spoiler=Pottermore Magical Quill Day seven]Answer text[*/spoiler] – but remove the asterisks (*). Please do not post the link of the page that the Magical Quill Challenge directs you to. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADBLOCK IS DISABLED. 
Once registered, you may also insert your Pottermore name into your SnitchSeeker profile, if you would like to, by following this link and completing the field titled "Pottermore Username". Note: If you figured out the clue and answer, and have been able to register and get your verification, you are done with this stage of the Pottermore experience. You will no longer have to register again this week through the Magical Quill challenge; the next part is to await for the Welcome Email for the Pottermore beta site, which will be sent anytime between August 7 to September 30, 2011.
UPDATE: The Magical Quill challenge is NOW CLOSED. Up next are the welcome emails, which will be sent beginning Sunday, August 7, 2011.   | |

Good luck!! Thanks for your help  I figured out what the problem was. The browser I was using kept wanting to close the window when the Parseltongue Translator came on, but when I got onto a different browser the Magical Quill popped up at the top like it's supposed to! So yay, I'm now registered!  *does a happy dance*
Now to wait for the validation e-mail thing :3 *stares at inbox*

Including me >.< I just woke up and found the clue is there! Its too early! good luck to everyone and finding the quill is different this time... You have to choose the right quill. Still my favorite is the levitating magical quill one.

Day one you had to chose the magical quill, which scared me because I didn't understand. I was just clicking on every quill... but then I saw the distinct Magical Quill that forgot to write my name down when I was born!

Yes, definitely rooting.
I've helped a lot of people sign up by helping them find the quill and stuffs, and then helped friends that couldn't manage to get on by signing them up, but a friend who signed up on their own got DustPixie something or other, and I thought it was odd, that combination of words was something I had seen earlier today when registering my little sister. I think Rowling might have made it so unused names re-appear in options? I dunno, it sounds plausible and possible to me, what do you guys think?
