Not everyone in there is a convict, that's why there's been so much scandal surrounding the inhumane treatment of those being held there. But like a few of you said, it is impossible to reply to this without some sort of politicial bias.
Poor Voldemort. Not even he deserves that comparison. Give he-who-must-not-be-named some credit.
