| | |  Pottermore blog updates on progress of sending out beta site welcome emails
Pottermore's Insider blog updated on their progress on letting the first million people into J.K. Rowling's official Harry Potter interactive site, as part of the Magical Quill challenge. More on that, as well as a preview shot of the Great Hall with Professor Dumbledore presiding, below.  We’re now four days into the Pottermore Beta and we wanted to update you on how things are going.
At the start of this week, we sent out Welcome emails to a small number of Beta users. These people have been busy exploring the site, leaving comments to tell us when they like something, and making suggestions when they find something they would like us to improve. In just four days we’ve learned an awful lot and, as a result, have started making changes to improve the Pottermore experience.
We know that a lot of people are eager to receive their Welcome emails and that it’s difficult to wait but, as we mentioned in our earlier blog post, we’re staggering entry to Pottermore and to start with we’re only letting a small number of people onto the site.
While we can’t tell you exactly when you’ll receive your Welcome email, we will update this blog post to let you know whenever a new batch of Welcome emails has been sent out, so keep visiting the Insider and watching our Twitter feed.
You’ll be pleased to know that we've sent another group of Welcome emails out in the last hour.

I think I know about when you guys will get your welcome emails. So my sister told me that her friend got into Pottermore this week. I was all crazy and I said like "NO WAY!!!" Then, she told me that that he got in on the first day. I thought about it, and I figured that maybe, it's the day that you got your entry on is the week you will get in. For example, I got in on day 3 so I will get in probally in week 3, which is in a little more than 2 weeks. Can't Wait, and please don't quote me on this! I'm just thinking that might be an option!

Glad to hear that another batch has been sent out. However with my luck even though I got the challenge on the 2nd day, and now that we've found out that the early entrance is no longer first come first serve like Pottermore initially said that it was, I'll be lucky if I get in before the end of this month. Who knows I may actually get in one day before everyone else is allowed in i.e. September 30th  | |

I am not happy with the way Pottermore Techs are treating the e-mail things.. We the people who Stood Up all Night waiting for the Magical Quill clues should be given priority.. That's what I think.. but Hey I don't make the rules.. so I have just Wait Patiently.. Patience.. Something I lack of.. | |

I really hope I won't get the Mail end of September or I will feel weird. I mean it will open in October, there is not much of Beta User left and I won't know for what I signed up earlier.
It's really unfair in a Way I sat Hours at the Computer just to get the Quill
