Final running time for Prisoner of Azkaban confirmed:
Dark Horizons website says today that the final runtime for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, due out in theatres on June 4, has been locked at 142 minutes.

correction-i just checked the box-COS was 161 minutes long not 154-i believe 154 was PS (SS)
this means POA is 19 minutes shorter than COS (12 minutes shorter than PS) which kinda stinks because POA is a longer book but I'm sure it will still be wonderful even though I'd like it to be longer. i hope GOF is at least 3 hours-hopefully more!
it'll still be a wonderful movie and i can't wait to see it!!

that i cant believe that poa is only 142 mins long it is gonna be a short movie it's probably short because they could not fit everything in the move and cos was longer than poa i am so mad but i still am gonna see it :/
