Nat Tena to star in Royal Shakespeare Company's Othello
Actress Natalia Tena (Tonks in the Harry Potter films) will star in the Royal Shakespeare Company's run of Othello this spring, which will be produced by fellow Order of the Phoenix costar Kathryn Hunter (Mrs. Figg).
Nat will play Desdemona in a 1950s-era version of the play, which has been set as so, according to Kathryn, because:

“The way people view women and those of a different race are central to the play, so setting it in a time that predates the modern feminist and race relations era seems to make sense.”
The play begins its run on January 30th at the Warwick Arts Centre, University of Warwick, in Coventry.
