The mystery door at J.K. Rowling's site which has provided us with challenges and teasers and W.O.M.B.A.T. and so much fun over the years is once again open. There are no codes or strategies to get in, simply click on the door handle and read the letter on her desk. It contains a note to her fans and acknowledgments and dedications to those who were there for her over the Harry Potter years.

It's sad that it's ending...but we still have the movies to go through even though they may be not as complete as the book.

I'm on chapter 12 now.
While I was waiting in the bookstore and they announced it was going to be one more minute, it all of a sudden hit me that this was the end and I actually started crying.

That is so sweet.  That makes reading the books an even better experience, because you know that the author behind them feels for the characters, loves that world, and values her fans. It was nice of her to post this for us!
