Post More than 1.2 million copies of Deathly Hallows sold to Barnes & Noble stores
Barnes & Noble have announced that the pre-orders of the last instalment of the Harry Potter series have surpassed 1.2 million copies. With still 9 days to go, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has thus set a new record for the company.

Add that to the two million in Amazon.com pre-orders and that is over 3 million copies from just two retailors.

This book is going to make records that no other book will ever come close to... this is literacy history in the making.
