David Thewlis (Professor Remus Lupin in upcoming Prisoner of Azkaban) has recently signed on to join the cast of the 12th century epic, Kingdom of Heaven, directed by Ridley Scott:

The 20th Century Fox project centres on a young peasant (played by Orlando Bloom), who becomes a knight, saves a kingdom and falls in love with a princess. Thewlis will play a priest named Hospitaller. Liam Neeson recently joined the cast as Bloom's father.

Thewlis can also be seen in the movie Timeline and the upcoming film Cheeky.

Seems like it has a good cast, I can't wait to see it. Orlando Bloom, I know, is a brilliant actor, I haven't seen any of Lupin's work, but he must be very good as well. The plot sounds very fun.

And yes, Orlando is ver "yummy" but could we please refrain from eating him?

Hi David Thewlis(Lupin) has been in the island of doctor moroe, and dinotopia for sure so thats what i know but Lupin is my favorite character in the Books so i hope Davids is up to the challenge
