Lexicon preliminary injunction hearing rescheduled
 

J.K. Rowling, Warner Brothers and RDR Books' preliminary injunction hearing for the Lexicon encyclopedia lawsuit was set to take place on March 13th. However, Rowling will be busy in the U.K. that day, attending a trial concerning the publication of pictures of her child against her will. With that in mind, the hearing, along with the actual trial, has been rescheduled for March 24th, 25th and 26th in New York.

Ouch, this is still going on? I hope JK wins, she deserves too, she has also been court quite alot over Harry Potter and copyright.

Gosh, i don't even get what it's about!

You'd think that Lexicon would actually know better than to do something that is along the lines of selling something to do with Harry Potter. There is really no point for them to sell an encyclopedia, seeming it is all J.K. Rowling's work.

I hope she suceeds in winning both trials.
