The Japanese publishers for Harry Potter have confirmed that their translation of the seventh novel, Deathly Hallows, will be released on July 23rd of this year.

well people have to understand that translating a great book with so much beautiful writing into another language is difficult. plus I think there are some words in the english language that can't be directly translated into other languages, so I guess they had a lot of work to do to translate it and still get the awesome feel of the book.
