With no slight intended toward Ms. Wilson or any of the other wonderful authors who are borrowed from the world's libraries, TLC would assume that not many people borrow Harry Potter because not many people need to - the vast majority seem to own the series already (sometimes in more than one language).
I would also add that HP is never on the shelves in my local libraries as people take them and never bring them back!
