St. Louis, Missouri has been announced has one of the newest venues to host the upcoming Harry Potter Film Concert Series, which will tour the U.S. this year and next at various cities.
The concert series, headed by CineConcerts President Justin Freer who will conduct John Williams' score of
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone while the film shows on a large screen, will run from September 9-11, 2016 at Powell Hall.
The concert will have its debut next month in Philadelphia's Mann Center for the Performing Arts on June 23 with the Philadelphia Orchestra.
Other locations and venues already confirmed include Los Angeles' Hollywood Bowl on July 6, 2016; Nashville from Jan. 6-7, 2017; and at the San Diego Symphony, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Grand Rapids Pops and Symphony Silicon Valley in the coming months and year.
