Harry Potter cast list announced to attend Wizarding World celebration in November
 

Warner Bros announced the list of cast from the Harry Potter films that will be attending the Harry Potter celebration at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter from November 11-13, 2011. That tentative list, of which more actors and crew may be added, can be read below.

The release of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2” will also be marked by a special celebration at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort, where the Harry Potter stories live on. The Harry Potter Home Entertainment Celebration will consist of a series of special events to be attended by cast and filmmakers from the Harry Potter films.

The three-day celebration will take place from Friday, November 11 to Sunday, November 13. Cast and filmmakers expected to be in attendance include James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley), Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick, Griphook), Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood), Mark Williams (Arthur Weasley), David Bradley (Argus Filch), Jessie Cave (Lavender Brown) and many more to be named later*.

I cannot wait to go! I got my ticket on July 31st when the tickets went on sale and guys, it literally sold out within 24 minutes. I'm not kidding! But I leave November 10th for the celebration! I CAN'T WAIT! But let me tell you, the package was EXPENSIVE!

So excited to be there!!! Booked for 4 nights and 5 days of Harry Potter fun with my gal pal, Gigi. Fingers crossed for a Seamus and Neville sighting xxxx

I'm glad I got the celebration package. As much as they were charging people for the premiere one, they should have more celebrities coming, especially the more popular ones. I love all the cast, but this isn't worth 700 dollars to me. So I'm glad to just go to a Q and A.

I'm going to do my best to go but What do they mean by"talent attendees if they are talking about the ones scheduled so far it's ok to say that because all that played in the series are very talented

OMG OMG OMG!!!!!! I can actually go AGAIN!

I do not want to put a damper on a couple posts here but I hate to tell you... you are NOT going to meet them all. Only the ones at YOUR autograph session. They will be split up and you are not going to know who you get till you get there. They said probably three or so at each session. So you'll probably meet about three or so...

Where did you read this? They said we will be able to travel to different posts they will be at throughout WWOHP.

Do not fret! They said more will be coming. This thing will be huge...it's the very last Potter event regarding the movies so more people are bound to come. Don't forget the crew, as well... We are 2 months from the event and they've already listed quite a few! Everything will be ok :)

Who else does everyone think will go?

I am currently battling with myself over whether or not to go! I have the funds (it'll only cost about $450 for both my mom and I to attend) and it really isn't a terrible deal with all that you are getting - even in the cheaper package! - and I would love to see whomever my Q&A would get.

No, they did have Dan & Rupert there for the Grand Opening; however, it was shortly after they finished filming and most of them hadn't started their major projects yet. Dan wasn't performing H2$ 8 days a week at the time :) But James & Oliver were at the Grand Opening, as well. And Tom has said on Twitter and in interviews that he would love to make it to the Celebration, so I'm wondering if they are trying to confirm with his schedule!

this is exciting! i think its great to see the other cast members besides the main trio for a change. I love seeing them but its fun to see the other actors as well

Yeah, I see what you mean. I was there for the opening and saw all who went. I'm hoping most of the people who were there for that will be there for here as well. Like I said, it's the last promotion for the movies they'll get to do and I hope a lot want to take part.

I can't wait. I do have the premier package, and here's hoping that the "many more" will include some of my favorites. I imagine that these guys are the ones who aren't as busy with other projects, and could commit sooner; the others are probably in negotiations to appear, as they're not longer under contract to do anything HP-related.
