| | Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 - What did you think?
As the famous tagline says, 'It All Ends.' But not for die-hard Harry Potter fans.
The SnitchSeeker news team invites all members of the site, and fans from around the world, to partake in a discussion right here about the finale of the incredible Harry Potter saga, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, set to hit theatres on Friday, July 15, 2011, in most countries.
Several nations released the final film as early as Wednesday, so we again invite everyone to discuss their favourite parts of the final film, what they'll miss the most, what broke their hearts and made them laugh out loud. Come one and all, and celebrate the end of the Harry Potter film series right here.
Yes, spoilers are allowed in the comments, for those who have seen it. Members are allowed to ask one another questions about the finale, and the series as a whole if they so choose to. This is an open discussion on the finale, once again, and of course, all site and forums rules apply.
Everyone sitting and waiting for midnight shows tonight - have fun, and don't forget to bring some tissues! We hope you enjoy the movie; the news staff has seen the film, and will agree with Daniel Radcliffe when we say it is the best of the franchise by far.
So, without further ado... Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 - What did you think?!
One last note: rest assured that this is hardly the end of the Harry Potter fandom, and hardly the end of SnitchSeeker. It is indeed another chapter closed in the fandom (the first being four years ago with the release of the seventh book), but there is so much more to come. From Pottermore to Harry Potter: the Exhibition and the Harry Potter Leavesden Tours in the UK, Harry Potter will live on forever. We hope you stick with us for the entire ride. |

It was amazing! I saw it at midnight and you could feel the excitement in the theater!
Neville was awesome. I loved the epilogue scene and the Prince's Tale. I wish Fred, Remus, and Tonks didn't die and I'd really like to know if Lavender died.

The theater was basically a family of strangers, but we laughed and cried at the same time. The girl next to me and I blubbered like babies when Snape died; we held each and wipped each others eyes. Amazing experience.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Kaela Amber Knightsly First Year | The Movie was great! I grew up reading Harry Potter and have watched most of the movies. My friend, fortunately, asked me to go watch the 8th film with her and, I bawled. Never have I, in public, cried so much. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows-Part 2 was spectacular. |

I loved part 2. I do think that Fred's death didn't serve him any justice I was expecting something more then what was shown. But that's just my opinion. Other than that I absoutly loved it |

It's so cool!!!!
but sadly my most favorite character died in a horrible way, good thing Neville killed that Nagini...still, Snape's love for Lily won!!!
..."your eyes, they're your mother's..."
"Always.."
Oh, and the twins....Fred and George, they're not complete anymore...
.....I was just a little disappointed because there were awesome parts in the books that they didn't show in the movie...but still, they did a very remarkable job especially, at the last fight of Harry and Voldie!!!

The movie was amazing!
1) I loved the part when Harry and Severus bonded, before Snape died.
2) Neville killing Nagini was awesome.
3) The random kissing scenes were kind of cheesy, but nonetheless adorable.
4) The whole battling between Voldemort was epic.
5) There are so many unforgettable quotes.
ex: "After all this time?" "Always."
6) I was happy that they included the epilogue.

I loved the movie! The only thing is I was expecting was the Harry/Voldemort duel to take place like it did in the book. Harry out from the cloak to protect mrs. Weasley, and a better angle on the Ron and Hermione kiss. But it is still my favorite in the series!

I just came back from seeing again. this willl make 4 times I have seen it.
I would have enjoyed a longer movie, but the movie is simply fantastic. Just a day brightener for a late-comer fan such as myself.
My initial rating was 3 and 1/2 stars but I make this a four star movie, worthy of an Oscar win for best picture. An awesome credit to British film making!

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is well.
Just wondering, what is the scene with the resurrection stone like? I know that Lily and Sirius talk to Harry, but do James and Remus say anything to him to help him?

best part of all was the Prince Tale , cant believe they we so faithful to that part, Alan rickman's portrayal of snape was so superb, you would really feel the pain of the lost of his beloved, it was really one of the best parts of the movie
there were some parts that was changed i think i was for the continuity of the story
since the movie was less than 2 hrs i was hoping well wishing they added a little bit of additional scenes at the end, provded new information about the other characters.. well thats just my piece. Have a good day peeps!!!

I thought this movie was really well done. Especially paired with part 1, the pacing was just right.
One of the best parts of seeing it though was the audience's reaction. My little sister clung to me during the scarier parts (such as Snape's death). Some of the audience boo'd the epilogue the first time I saw it. Really the audience is one of the best reasons to see it in theaters.

I saw it at midnight also. I really liked it and cried also. I loved The Prince's Tale, the acting was amazing and I was suprised that they stayed so accurate to the book, I'm glad they did though as it was my favorite part of the book. There was alot of cheering, clapping and boo'ing when I saw it; I agree with FelicisQuest that the audience is one of the best reasons to see it theaters.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Allison "Ally" Arendell Fifth Year | "Those cunning folk use any means to achieve their ends." I actually don't know what I think about it.. It followed the book closely of course but I don't know, I was just expecting more. The movie didn't feel like the end, and it also didn't make me cry either. 'The Princes Tale' is my FAVOURITE chapter in HP history but the film adaption of it was pretty disappointing.. However, the battle scenes were brilliant, especially when the trio ran out into the battle while this AMAZING music played (I forget what scene it was after), but it gives me chills, everytime.. |

It was amazing. Admittedly, It could've be more true to the book. But the soundtrack and the effects were truly outstanding. If I'm honest, I was crying when the opeing credits started rolling. My childhood has ending. But it's not the end, it's just the start of a legend.
