I have a feeling they would bring him back, since Yates said he is gonna try and bring everyone back. They could use a body replica for Neville to hold like the Katie Bell repleca Hagrid was holding in HBP.

Rest in peace Colin... Well, that's the thing. When Oliver Wood carried Colin's body into the Great Hall, I believe it was, Harry noted that he was 'even small in death'. So I always figured Colin was a smallish kid, even at 16.
