Nah that's not true the most anticipated movie of 2008 was The Dark Knight and it was by far the best movie of the year so far! The Dark Knight lived up to the hype and Heath Ledgers performance as the Joker was Brilliant and definately Oscar worthy! As for next year there are alot of movies coming out that are worth seeing: Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen , X- Men Origins: Wolverine, Fast and Furious, Dragonball and G.I Joe are a few examples. 2009 is going to be a very good year!

Okay, I apologize, if that is not true. I just remembered, that there had already been a similar news months ago. HBP was probably among the top 5 for 2008 or something.
(My point was not so much that it topped the list, but that we only get to read such a news the second time around, because the movie was pushed back into 2009.)

I was just about to say there's no way HBP would have come close to TDK on the 2008 Anticipation List, but I'm not surprised it topped the 2009 list.
I've been a Harry Potter fan since the beginning and can't waaait for HBP but I really think it has a long way to go to come close to The Dark Knight.
[still gutted they pushed the release date so far back -_-]

personally, i'm not that surprised, considering it was supposed to come out this year then didn't...they should never of changed the date!!!
But its great 4 them, i know i'm definitely looking forward to it!!!
The problem is, we have to wait almost a whole year to go and see it, just so they can make money. grrrrrrrrr!
